The lifting assembly comprises a thread groove 111 formed in the middle of the upper side of the fixed seat 11 and slide ways 112 formed in the left and right parts of the upper side of the fixed seat 11, the slide ways 112 and the thread groove 111 penetrate through the upper end face and the lower end face of the fixed seat 11, limiting rods 16 are slidably nested in the two slide ways 112, the upper ends of the two limiting rods 16 are connected with a fixed plate 17 together, the lower ends of the two limiting rods 16 are connected with a support plate 18 together, a second screw rod 19 is nested in the thread groove 111 in a threaded manner, the upper end of the second screw rod 19 is rotatably connected with the lower side of the fixed plate 17, and the lower end of the second screw rod 19 is rotatably connected with a second rotating head 191 penetrating through the support plate 18;
the first connecting seat 21 is connected with the fixed plate 17 through bolts, so that the connection between the fixed lifting mechanism 1 and the horizontal adjusting mechanism 2 is realized, and the connection is simple and firm.
In the application, the arm bracket is moved to enable the bed edge of the operation table to be arranged between the extrusion plate 15 and the bottom plate 13, the first screw rod 14 is driven to rotate by rotating the first rotating head 141, the extrusion plate 15 is pushed to move downwards by the rotation of the first screw rod 14, and the extrusion plate 15 moves downwards to enable the extrusion plate 15 and the bottom plate 13 to act together to extrude the bed edge of the operation table, so that the arm bracket is fixed, and the fixation is simple and convenient;
when the arm placing height of the patient needs to be adjusted, the second rotating head 191 is rotated to drive the second screw rod 19 to rotate, and the second screw rod 19 rotates under the thread action of the thread groove 111 and the limiting action of the limiting rod 16, so that the second screw rod 19 moves upwards to push the fixing plate 17 to move upwards, thereby driving the first connecting seat 21 to move upwards, and the first connecting seat 21 moves upwards to enable the horizontal adjusting mechanism 2 to move upwards integrally, so that the height of the arm bearing mechanism 4 can be adjusted, and the arm placing height of the patient is adjusted.
