Abstract
The invention provides a mildew inhibitor based on nano silver ions, which comprises the following raw materials: compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the mildew-killing auxiliary agent can firmly adsorb and penetrate cell walls of bacteria and mildew, and destroy a microorganism electronic transmission system, a respiratory system and a substance transmission system so as to quickly kill thalli; after entering the cell body, the bacterial cell can also react with hydroxyl groups of bacteria to solidify proteins of the bacteria, destroy the activity of bacterial cell synthetase and lead the cells to lose the division propagation capacity and die. Under the action of light, silver ions can become catalytic active centers, activate oxygen in water and air, generate OH free radicals and active oxygen ions with strong oxidizing ability, destroy the reproductive capacity in bacteria in a short time, and cause the death of the bacteria. When the bacterial body is deactivated, silver ions can be dissociated from the bacterial body, and the sterilization is repeated.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of clothing mildew removal, and particularly relates to a mildew inhibitor based on nano silver ions.
Background
Various fabrics such as pure cotton, blending, chemical fiber, non-woven fabrics and leather need to be subjected to washing-resistant long-acting antibacterial after-finishing treatment in the production process, so that the mildew-removing effect can be kept for a long time under the condition that the hand feeling, the color, the state and the like of the fabrics are unchanged, but if the sterilizing mildew-removing agent is not used in the washing-resistant long-acting antibacterial after-finishing treatment of various fabrics, the following problems possibly occur:
the antibacterial effect is not ideal: the antimicrobial agent typically contains an antimicrobial component that is effective in killing bacteria and fungi on the fabric. Bacteria and fungi on fabrics may not be effectively eliminated without the use of a bactericide, resulting in an undesirable antibacterial effect.
Bacterial and fungal growth: without the treatment of the sterilizing mold, bacteria and fungi on the fabric may grow and multiply, causing the fabric to become unclean, moldy or off-flavor.
Hygiene problem: bacteria and fungi on fabrics can pose a threat to human health. For example, certain bacteria and fungi may cause skin infections, allergic reactions, or respiratory problems. Without the treatment with the antimicrobial agent, the fabric may not provide adequate antimicrobial protection, increasing the risk of exposure to bacteria and fungi.
Therefore, in the washing-resistant long-acting antibacterial finishing treatment of various fabrics, the antibacterial effect of the fabrics can be ensured by using the sterilizing mildew agent, bacteria and fungi are prevented from breeding, and the sanitation and the health of the fabrics are maintained, so that the development of the mildew inhibitor for the washing-resistant long-acting antibacterial finishing is hoped.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects existing in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a mildew inhibitor based on nano silver ions, which solves the problems in the prior art.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the mildew preventive based on nano silver ions comprises the following raw materials: active silver ion solution, alcohol, deionized water and auxiliary agent.
As a preferred embodiment, the particle size of the active silver ion solution is between 2 and 5 nm.
As a preferred embodiment, the auxiliary agent is a mixture of ascorbic acid, polyamino acid, malic acid, citric acid, and sorbic acid.
As a preferred embodiment, potato dry powder, starch meal and agricultural and sideline products containing starch are used as raw materials, a culture medium is matched, the raw materials are steamed and boiled under normal pressure, cooled to an inoculation temperature, inoculated with starter propagation, placed into a starter disc for fermentation, and then fermentation broth is extracted by adopting the processes of calcium carbonate neutralization and sulfuric acid acidolysis, so that citric acid in the raw materials is obtained.
As a preferred embodiment, acetic acid is subjected to high-temperature pyrolysis to generate ketene, then is condensed with crotonaldehyde to form polyester, and sorbic acid in the raw materials is obtained through hydrolysis and refining.
As a preferred embodiment, the composition further comprises a freshener made of camellia extract or aloe extract.
As a preferred embodiment, the camellia extract is prepared by the following steps: taking red camellia, removing impurities, removing residual roots and old stems, firstly picking off leaves, putting the leaves again, moistening the stems with water, cutting into sections, sun-drying, mixing the leaves with the sun-drying, putting the mixture into a pulverizer, pulverizing, sieving with a 50-mesh sieve, and obtaining camellia extract in the raw materials.
As a preferred embodiment, the aloe in the aloe extract is a arborescent aloe, and is prepared by cold-treating with McAnalley and Coats, by washing and peeling aloe leaves, grinding into slurry, removing cellulose, precipitating with ethanol, centrifuging, filtering, and freeze-drying to obtain aloe extract.
After the technical scheme is adopted, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the mildew-killing auxiliary agent can firmly adsorb and penetrate cell walls of bacteria and mildew, and destroy a microorganism electronic transmission system, a respiratory system and a substance transmission system so as to quickly kill thalli; after entering the cell body, the bacterial cell can also react with hydroxyl groups of bacteria to solidify proteins of the bacteria, destroy the activity of bacterial cell synthetase and lead the cells to lose the division propagation capacity and die.

3. A nano-silver ion based mildewcide as defined in claim 2 wherein: the auxiliary agent is a mixture of ascorbic acid, polyamino acid, malic acid, citric acid and sorbic acid.
4. A nano-silver ion based mildewcide as defined in claim 2 wherein: the method comprises the steps of taking potato dry powder, starch meal and agricultural and sideline products containing starch as raw materials, preparing a culture medium, steaming and boiling at normal pressure, cooling to an inoculation temperature, inoculating starter, loading into a starter disc for fermentation, and extracting fermentation liquor by adopting a calcium carbonate neutralization and sulfuric acid acidolysis process to obtain citric acid in the raw materials.
5. A nano-silver ion based mildewcide as defined in claim 2 wherein: acetic acid is decomposed at high temperature to generate ketene, then condensed with crotonaldehyde to form polyester, and then hydrolyzed and refined to obtain sorbic acid in the raw materials.
6. A nano-silver ion based mildewcide as defined in claim 2 wherein: further comprises a freshener selected from camellia extract and aloe extract.
7. A nano-silver ion based mildewcide as defined in claim 6 wherein: the preparation method of the camellia extract comprises the following steps: taking red camellia, removing impurities, removing residual roots and old stems, firstly picking off leaves, putting the leaves again, moistening the stems with water, cutting into sections, sun-drying, mixing the leaves with the sun-drying, putting the mixture into a pulverizer, pulverizing, sieving with a 50-mesh sieve, and obtaining camellia extract in the raw materials.
8. A nano-silver ion based mildewcide as defined in claim 6 wherein: the aloe in the aloe extract is a Cande labra aloe, and is prepared by cold-treating with McAnalley and Coats, cleaning and peeling aloe leaf, grinding into slurry, removing cellulose, precipitating with ethanol, centrifuging, filtering, and freeze-drying.
