Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cordyceps militaris, and particularly relates to a cordyceps militaris cultivation medium.
Background
Cordycepin (3' -deoxyadenosine): antiviral, antibacterial, and can obviously inhibit tumor growth and interfere with RNA and DNA synthesis of human body. Especially, among the Cordyceps species, cordycepin having the most characteristic representative component can be produced, and Cordyceps militaris is the only variety capable of producing a large amount of cordycepin. The cordycepin content in Cordyceps militaris is about 20 times that of natural Cordyceps militaris.
The Cordyceps militaris is based on artificial nutrition, and the different matrixes do not influence the formation of final substances of the Cordyceps militaris, wherein the cordycepin content is used as the main component. No matter what substrate the cordyceps sinensis grows on, the cordyceps sinensis is decomposed to become a nutrition source for the growth of the cordyceps sinensis and generate cordyceps sinensis fruiting bodies.
The sorghum contains more fat and iron than rice. The main nutritional ingredients of the sorghum are 9% of crude protein, 3.3% of crude fat, 85% of carbohydrate, 1% of crude fiber, and trace elements such as calcium, phosphorus, iron and the like and vitamin B groups according to dry matters. The sorghum has certain efficacy, and has the effects of harmonizing stomach, strengthening spleen, removing food retention, warming spleen and stomach, astringing intestines and stomach and stopping cholera. The sorghum contains tannin, has the functions of astringing and relieving depletion, and has obvious curative effect when patients suffering from chronic diarrhea frequently eat sorghum rice porridge. The protein in the sorghum is a incomplete protein which is more alcohol-soluble protein, has fewer amino acids necessary for human bodies such as tryptophan, lysine and the like, and is not easy to be absorbed by human bodies. If it is mixed with other grains, the nutritive value can be improved. The white sorghum rice is best to eat, contains the least tannins, contains the most cutin, has good eating quality, is ground into powder and is used as starch, and the flour quality is better. The sorghum is not only directly eaten, but also can be used for preparing sugar and wine. Gao Lianggen it is also indicated for asthma, diuresis and hemostasis. In grains, the sorghum protein has the lowest lysine content, and thus the protein quality is also the worst; gao Liangde the content of niacin is not as high as that of corn, but can be absorbed by human body, so that the region taking sorghum as main food rarely suffers from scab.
Based on the method, the invention provides a novel cordyceps militaris cultivation medium which contains sorghum components, so that the cost is reduced and the growth condition of cordyceps militaris is ensured.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a cultivation medium for cordyceps militaris, which adopts sorghum as a substrate, is compounded with soybean powder, corn flour, sucrose, yeast and vitamins based on the special advantages of being rich in calcium, iron, vitamin B and the like, and can fully meet the requirement of good growth of cordyceps militaris and realize good growth condition of cordyceps militaris while reducing the cost.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted is as follows:
a culture medium for cordyceps militaris, comprising: sorghum, soybean meal, corn meal, sucrose, yeast, and vitamins.
Further, the vitamin is vitamin b1.

Still further, the cultivation matrix comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5-2.0 parts of soybean powder, 0.1-1.6 parts of corn flour, 0-0.75 parts of sucrose, 0.061 parts of yeast, 0.0032 parts of vitamin b1 and 30 parts of sorghum.
Still further, the cultivation matrix comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3.4 parts of soybean powder, 3.1 parts of corn flour, 0.9 part of sucrose, 0.19 part of yeast, 0.01 part of vitamin b1 and 92.4 parts of sorghum.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the culture medium for cordyceps militaris adopts sorghum which is widely cultivated in China, northeast and Shaanxi are main production areas, and edible sorghum grains are adopted as the medium, so that the culture medium is easy to obtain and low in cost.
2. The key point of the cultivation of the cordyceps militaris is that the nutrition components, proportion, morphology and absorption conditions provided by the human body can meet the requirement of good growth of cordyceps militaris. The cultivation medium for the cordyceps militaris is beneficial to the production of cordyceps militaris by reasonable compounding.
3. The culture medium for cordyceps militaris has low cost, can meet the requirement of good growth of cordyceps militaris, and has good culture effect.
