Claims (4)
1. The friction-increasing lubricating grease composition is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
60-90 parts of base oil, wherein the base oil is naphthenic base oil;
9-15 parts of thickening agent, wherein the thickening agent consists of stearic acid, sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and calcium hydroxide aqueous solution;
4-8 parts of friction increasing agent, wherein the friction increasing agent is one or more of 212 phenolic resin, tert-butyl phenolic resin or 871 resin;
3-8 parts of viscosity temperature improver which is one or more of isobutene, ethylene-propylene rubber, polyisobutylene or butadiene;
1-3 parts of antirust agent which is one or more of barium petroleum sulfonate, sodium petroleum sulfonate, zinc naphthenate or sodium nitrite.
2. The friction enhancing grease composition according to claim 1, characterized in that: the base oil is ethylene tar or hydrocarbon oil rich in aromatic hydrocarbon.

The friction enhancing grease composition according to claim 1, characterized in that: the weight ratio of stearic acid to aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide to aqueous solution of calcium hydroxide in the thickener is 8:1-2:1, the weight ratio of sodium hydroxide to water in aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide is 1:1, and the weight ratio of calcium hydroxide to water in aqueous solution of calcium hydroxide is 1:3.
4. A method of preparing the friction enhancing grease composition of claim 1, characterized by the specific steps of:
step S1: 15-30 parts by weight of base oil is pumped into a saponification kettle, 7-10 parts by weight of stearic acid is added, and stirring and heating are carried out;
step S2: when the temperature is raised to 85-90 ℃, adding 1-3 parts by weight of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and 1-2 parts by weight of calcium hydroxide aqueous solution, wherein the weight ratio of sodium hydroxide to water in the sodium hydroxide aqueous solution is 1:1, and the mass ratio of calcium hydroxide to water in the calcium hydroxide aqueous solution is 1:3;
step S3: heating to 100-105 deg.C, and saponifying for 1 hr;
step S4: heating to 130 ℃ and keeping the temperature for 30 minutes, adding 4-8 parts by weight of friction increasing agent and 3-8 parts by weight of viscosity-temperature improving agent, continuously heating to 180 ℃ and keeping the temperature for 10 minutes, adding 30-75 parts by weight of base oil, and cooling;
step S5: cooling to 100 ℃, adding 1-3 parts by weight of antirust agent, stirring uniformly, and degassing to obtain grease.
