Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lubricating grease, in particular to lubricating grease for sliding table guide rails and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The sliding table is an important machine tool accessory in a machining enterprise, and particularly on a precise machine, the smoothness and the accuracy of the sliding table operation are closely related to the quality of a machined product, so that the lubrication and maintenance of a sliding table guide rail are very important.
In general, maintenance of a sliding table guide rail is mainly performed by using lubricating grease, but the lubricating grease has excellent lubricating performance, and also has certain extreme pressure wear resistance, rust resistance, adhesiveness and other performances under the influence of the working environment. Therefore, the sliding table guide rail can be effectively maintained by selecting proper lubricating grease.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide composite calcium-based lubricating grease, which is characterized by outstanding wear resistance, rust resistance, adhesiveness and the like on the basis of guaranteeing the lubricating performance, and effectively solves a series of problems in the use process of a sliding table.
In order to achieve the aim, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the lubricating grease for the sliding table guide rail is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 60-75% of base oil, 25-35% of thickening agent, 1-2% of adhesive, 1-2% of rust inhibitor and 2-3% of extreme pressure antiwear agent.
Preferably, the thickener is a composite calcium-based thickener and is prepared by saponification reaction of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of calcium hydroxide aqueous solution, 5-8 parts of dodecahydroxystearic acid, 5-10 parts of glacial acetic acid and 2-3 parts of boric acid.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the calcium hydroxide to the water in the calcium hydroxide aqueous solution is: water= (0.5-1.5): (3-6).
Preferably, the base oil is any one or both of mineral-based lubricating oil and synthetic-based lubricating oil.
Preferably, the adhesive is one or a mixture of a plurality of polyisobutene, natural rubber and polymethacrylate.
Preferably, the rust inhibitor is one or a mixture of more than one of zinc naphthenate, lead stearate and barium petroleum sulfonate.
Preferably, the extreme pressure antiwear agent is one or a mixture of a plurality of sulfur isobutene, borate and dialkyl dithiophosphate.
The preparation method of the lubricating grease for the sliding table guide rail comprises the following steps:
adding the base oil into a reaction kettle, adding the prepared calcium hydroxide aqueous solution, and stirring for 15-30 minutes.
Glacial acetic acid is added and stirred for 10 to 15 minutes.
Heating to 75-85 ℃, adding the dodecahydroxystearic acid, and fully dissolving.
Boric acid is added at 85-95 ℃ and stirred for 15-30 minutes.
Saponification is carried out for 1-2 hours at 95-105 ℃.
Constant temperature of 130-150 deg.c for 15-30 min, 180-220 deg.c and constant temperature for 10-15 min.
Cooling to 80-100 deg.c, adding various additives, stirring, degassing and discharging grease.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention adds glacial acetic acid, boric acid and other low molecular acids, and the formed low molecular acid salt has the functions of a structure improver and a complexing agent, so that the obtained fatty acid calcium soap is more stable. Compared with common calcium grease, the composite calcium grease obtained by the invention has better indexes such as cone penetration, dropping point, extreme pressure property and the like. The invention adds a certain amount of adhesive, antirust agent and extreme pressure antiwear agent, which greatly helps to improve various indexes of the lubricating grease.

3. The grease for slide rails according to claim 2, wherein the mass ratio of calcium hydroxide to water in the aqueous solution of calcium hydroxide is: water= (0.5-1.5): (3-6).
4. A grease for a slide rail according to claim 1, wherein the base oil is any one or both of mineral-based lubricating oil and synthetic-based lubricating oil.
5. The grease for a slide rail according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive is one or a mixture of a plurality of polyisobutylene, natural rubber and polymethacrylate.
6. The grease for sliding guide rails according to claim 1, wherein the rust inhibitor is one or a mixture of several of zinc naphthenate, lead stearate and barium petroleum sulfonate.
7. The lubricating grease for sliding guide rails according to claim 1, wherein the extreme pressure antiwear agent is one or a mixture of a plurality of sulfur isobutylene, borate and dialkyl dithiophosphate.
8. The method for preparing the lubricating grease for the sliding table guide rail according to claim 2, comprising the steps of:
adding the base oil into a reaction kettle, adding the prepared calcium hydroxide aqueous solution, and stirring for 15-30 minutes;
adding glacial acetic acid and stirring for 10-15 minutes;
heating to 75-85 ℃, adding dodecahydroxystearic acid, and fully dissolving;
adding boric acid at 85-95 deg.c and stirring for 15-30 min;
saponifying at 95-105 deg.c for 1-2 hr;
constant temperature of 130-150 ℃ for 15-30 min, 180-220 ℃ for 10-15 min;
cooling to 80-100 deg.c, adding adhesive, antirust agent and extreme pressure antiwear agent, stirring, degassing and grease producing.
