When the water purifying device is started for the first time, the display time of the liquid crystal display is a first preset number of days; the first preset days are declined for one day when the water purifying device is used for one day; when the first preset days drop to the second preset days, generating a first early warning instruction, feeding back the first early warning instruction to the communication module, and sending the first early warning instruction to a wireless receiving end of a user based on the communication module so as to inform the user that the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 108 is ready to be replaced; when the first preset days are reduced to 0, a second early warning instruction is generated, the second early warning instruction is sent to the communication module and the control module, the second early warning instruction is sent to a wireless receiving end of a user based on the communication module, the user is informed of replacing the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 108, and the electric control valve is controlled to be closed based on the control module, so that water flow is turned off.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the lcd display is capable of displaying the usage time of the device, displaying the usage days in a countdown manner, wherein the display time is 365 days when the device is started for the first time, the number of the usage days drops by 1 day, when the number drops to 10, the data is uploaded to the control module, and the control module sends a first early warning instruction to send a short message to the set mobile phone through the communication module to prompt the user to prepare for replacing the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 108; when the number is reduced to 0, the data is uploaded to the control module, the control module outputs a second early warning instruction, the communication module sends a short message to the set mobile phone to prompt the replacement of the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 108 and sends an alarm signal, and meanwhile, the control module controls the electric control valve to be closed so as to cut off water flow. Through this mode, can automatic identification whether the life of ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 108 has reached early warning time, can indicate that the user is ready to change ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 108 after reaching early warning time, can inform the user in advance, leave enough time and carry out the preparation work for the user to make purifier can continuous operation. And after the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 108 reaches the service life, the user can be timely informed of replacing the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 108 so as to ensure that the water body can be effectively sterilized and the reliability is improved; and after the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 108 fails, the water flow can be cut off timely, and the reliability of the device is further improved.
The second aspect of the invention discloses a control method of an intelligent water purifying device, which is applied to any one of the intelligent water purifying devices, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a first real-time ultraviolet intensity value inside the water purifying tank through an ultraviolet intensity sensor at a first preset time node, acquiring a second real-time ultraviolet intensity value inside the water purifying tank through the ultraviolet intensity sensor at a second preset time node, and calculating to obtain an ultraviolet intensity change rate based on the first real-time ultraviolet intensity value and the second real-time ultraviolet intensity value;
comparing the ultraviolet intensity change rate with a preset change rate; if the ultraviolet intensity change rate is larger than the preset change rate, acquiring an ultraviolet intensity value fed back by the ultraviolet intensity sensor at each moment in a preset time period, and establishing an ultraviolet intensity change curve graph according to the ultraviolet intensity value fed back by the ultraviolet intensity sensor at each moment;
extracting a first ultraviolet intensity value, a second ultraviolet intensity value and a third ultraviolet intensity value from the ultraviolet intensity variation graph; the first ultraviolet intensity value is an ultraviolet intensity value corresponding to a curve starting point in the ultraviolet intensity change curve graph, the second ultraviolet intensity value is a minimum ultraviolet intensity value in the ultraviolet intensity change curve graph, and the third ultraviolet intensity value is an ultraviolet intensity value corresponding to a curve ending point in the ultraviolet intensity change curve graph;
Subtracting the first ultraviolet intensity value from the second ultraviolet intensity value to obtain a first intensity difference; subtracting the first ultraviolet intensity value from the third ultraviolet intensity value to obtain a second intensity difference; comparing the second intensity difference with the first intensity difference;
if the second intensity difference value is equal to the first intensity difference value, the electric control valve is controlled to be closed so as to cut off water flow, and an actual ultraviolet intensity value in the water purifying cavity is obtained through the ultraviolet intensity sensor; comparing the actual ultraviolet intensity value with a third ultraviolet intensity value;
if the actual ultraviolet intensity value is smaller than the preset value, indicating that the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp is failed, generating failure information at the moment, transmitting the failure information to a communication module, and transmitting the failure information to a wireless receiving end of a user based on the communication module so as to inform the user of changing the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp;
if the actual ultraviolet intensity value is equal to the preset value, the long-time water turbidity phenomenon is indicated, and if the water turbidity is high, scheduling information is generated, and the scheduling information is sent to a control module so as to schedule the turbid water body to a preset area.
The preset value is an ultraviolet irradiation intensity value obtained by an ultraviolet intensity sensor when the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp is empty in the clean water tank.
In the working process of the water purifying device, the real-time ultraviolet intensity value inside the water purifying tank is obtained at preset time intervals respectively, so that the ultraviolet intensity change rate is calculated; if the ultraviolet intensity change rate is greater than the preset change rate, it can be stated that the ultraviolet irradiation intensity in the clean water tank is rapidly reduced, and the sterilization effect is affected due to insufficient ultraviolet irradiation intensity, so that the drinking water after the sterilization treatment does not reach the standard. The ultraviolet irradiation intensity is rapidly reduced due to two reasons, namely, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp in the water purifying device emits faults, which are caused by the device; secondly, the introduced water source is turbid, and the turbid water body shields the ultraviolet intensity sensor, so that the ultraviolet irradiation intensity is rapidly reduced in the time period, and the device is not in fault. Therefore, in order to make appropriate control measures for different situations, it is necessary to further determine what causes the rapid decrease in the intensity of the ultraviolet radiation.
Specifically, firstly, if the ultraviolet intensity change rate is greater than a preset change rate, acquiring an ultraviolet intensity value fed back by an ultraviolet intensity sensor at each time point (unit is seconds) in a preset time period, establishing an ultraviolet intensity change curve graph according to the ultraviolet intensity value fed back by the ultraviolet intensity sensor at each time point, and extracting a first ultraviolet intensity value, a second ultraviolet intensity value and a third ultraviolet intensity value from the ultraviolet intensity change curve graph; and calculating according to the first ultraviolet intensity value, the second ultraviolet intensity value and the third ultraviolet intensity value to obtain a first intensity difference value and a second intensity difference value. If the first intensity difference is equal to the second intensity difference, the ultraviolet intensity change graphs of the endpoints corresponding to the second ultraviolet intensity value and the third ultraviolet intensity value are mutually overlapped, and the ultraviolet irradiation intensity is still weaker in the period of time, and the ultraviolet irradiation intensity does not have a rising trend (the ultraviolet irradiation intensity does not return to the normal irradiation intensity value), which belongs to a serious abnormal condition, at the moment, the electric control valve is immediately controlled to be closed so as to cut off the water source, and after the water source is thoroughly cut off (when the water purifying tank is in an empty tank state), the actual ultraviolet intensity value in the water purifying cavity is obtained through the ultraviolet intensity sensor again; and then comparing the actual ultraviolet intensity value with a preset value, if the actual ultraviolet intensity value is smaller than the preset value, the ultraviolet irradiation intensity value in the clean water tank is still too low after the water flow is cut off (after the clean water tank is in an empty state), and at the moment, it can be stated that the ultraviolet irradiation intensity is reduced and is not caused by water turbidity, at the moment, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp can be stated to be failed, at the moment, failure information is generated, the failure information is transmitted to a communication module, the failure information is transmitted to a wireless receiving end of a user based on the communication module, so that the user can be informed of changing the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp (the user mobile phone APP is connected through a wireless port, and then the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp is fed back to a manufacturer and the user). If the actual ultraviolet intensity value is equal to the preset value, it is indicated that the ultraviolet irradiation intensity value in the clean water tank has a tendency to rise after the water flow is cut off (after the clean water tank is in an empty tank state), and can rise back to the preset value, at this time, it may be indicated that the decrease in the ultraviolet irradiation intensity before that is not caused by the failure of the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp, because the ultraviolet irradiation intensity value in the clean water tank can rise back to the preset value after the water flow is cut off, by this means, it may be proved that the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp is normal, at this time, it is indicated that the water source water body has a long-time turbidity phenomenon, and the turbidity of the water body is high, at this time, scheduling information is generated, and the scheduling information is sent to the control module, so as to schedule the turbid water body to a preset area, such as to schedule the turbid water body to the sedimentation tank, or schedule the turbid water body to the farmland irrigation water area, etc.
In summary, the specific cause of the decrease of the ultraviolet irradiation intensity in the water purifying tank can be rapidly analyzed by the method, so that treatment measures can be made according to different conditions, the intelligent degree of the water purifying device is improved, and the reliability of the quality of drinking water can be improved.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method further comprises the steps of:
if the second intensity difference value is not equal to the first intensity difference value, subtracting the first intensity difference value from the second intensity difference value, and calculating a difference value threshold; comparing the difference threshold with a preset difference threshold;
if the difference threshold is larger than the preset difference threshold, the instant water turbidity phenomenon is indicated to occur, the water turbidity degree is low, and at the moment, the water is not scheduled;
if the difference threshold is not greater than the preset difference, indicating that the long-time water turbidity phenomenon occurs, generating scheduling information if the water turbidity is high, and sending the scheduling information to a control module to schedule the turbid water body to a preset area.
If the second intensity difference is not equal to the first intensity difference, it is indicated that the end points corresponding to the second ultraviolet intensity value and the third ultraviolet intensity value are not coincident in the ultraviolet intensity change curve chart, the second ultraviolet intensity value and the third ultraviolet intensity value are not equal, it is indicated that the ultraviolet irradiation intensity is in a trend of rising to a normal value from the time in the time period, and it is indicated that the condition is not caused by the failure of the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp, but caused by the occurrence of turbidity in the water body, and further analysis is needed. Specifically, if the second intensity difference is not equal to the first intensity difference, subtracting the first intensity difference from the second intensity difference, and calculating a difference threshold; comparing the difference threshold with a preset difference threshold; if the difference threshold is larger than the preset difference threshold, the ultraviolet irradiation intensity in the water purifying tank returns to the normal range in a very short time, and the current water turbidity phenomenon is only indicated to occur, and the water turbidity degree is low, so that the water is not scheduled. Otherwise, if the difference threshold is not greater than the preset difference, although the ultraviolet irradiation intensity in the clean water tank has a rising trend, the rising kinetic energy is lower, which indicates that the ultraviolet irradiation intensity in the clean water tank still does not return to the normal range in a longer time, which indicates that the long-time water turbidity phenomenon occurs currently, and the water turbidity degree is high, scheduling information is generated at the moment, and the scheduling information is sent to the control module so as to schedule the turbid water body to a preset area, such as scheduling the turbid water body to a sedimentation tank, or scheduling the turbid water body to a farmland irrigation water area. The method can treat the water body according to the actual condition of the turbid water body, and achieves intelligent regulation and control.
In addition, the method for generating the scheduling information and sending the scheduling information to the control module to schedule the turbid water body to the preset area specifically comprises the following steps:
acquiring factory order information of drinking water, and determining the required factory amount of the drinking water in preset time based on the factory order information; and obtaining stock quantity for drinking water; judging whether the stock quantity is larger than the delivery quantity;
if the stock quantity is not greater than the delivery quantity, generating first scheduling information, and scheduling the current turbid water body to a sedimentation tank for sedimentation treatment based on the first scheduling information;
if the stock quantity is larger than the delivery quantity, acquiring current water source demand information to be irrigated through the Internet of things, determining plant characteristic information of different irrigation areas based on the water source demand information to be irrigated, and determining a plurality of evaluation indexes according to the plant characteristic information of the different irrigation areas; wherein, the characteristic information of the plants to be irrigated comprises the types of the plants and the growth stages;
acquiring chemical component information of a current turbid water body, and determining an evaluation score according to the chemical component information;
calculating weight values between the evaluation scores and a plurality of evaluation indexes by using an analytic hierarchy process to obtain a plurality of weight values;
Constructing a sorting table, importing a plurality of weight values into the sorting table to sort the sizes of the weight values, extracting the maximum weight value from the sorting table after sorting is completed, acquiring an irrigation area corresponding to the maximum weight value, and generating second scheduling information based on the irrigation area corresponding to the maximum weight value;
and dispatching the current turbid water body to an irrigation area corresponding to the maximum weight value for irrigation based on the second dispatching information.
If the stock quantity is not greater than the delivery quantity, the drinking water yield is insufficient, and in order to ensure the yield of the water intake, the turbid water body is dispatched to a sedimentation tank for sedimentation treatment, and then the water source is continuously used for producing the drinking water so as to ensure the yield. If the stock quantity is larger than the delivery quantity, the stock quantity of the drinking water is sufficient, and the current turbid water body can be adjusted to be an irrigation water source so as to reduce the production cost, so that the turbid water body is used for irrigation, the process does not need to be subjected to precipitation treatment, the production cost can be effectively reduced, and the turbid water source is intermittent, for example, when the water supply source is used for construction, the water source in the construction period can be turbid, after a period of time after the construction is finished, the water source can be recovered to be normal, and therefore, under the condition of sufficient stock quantity of the drinking water, the turbid water source can be temporarily scheduled to be used for irrigation, the water precipitation step can be omitted, and the production cost is reduced. In addition, the optimal irrigation plant can be determined according to the real-time chemical components of the turbid water body through the method, so that the intelligent irrigation scheduling function is realized, and the real-time chemical components of the turbid water body can be obtained through a series of sensors.
In addition, the control method of the intelligent water purifying device further comprises the following steps:
acquiring signal information transmitted by a communication module in a preset time period through a wireless receiving end, and judging whether the signal information of the communication module can be received in the preset time period through the wireless receiving end;
if the wireless receiving end can not receive the signal information of the communication module within the preset time period, the communication module is indicated to have a fault;
if the wireless receiving end can receive the signal information of the communication module in a preset time period, the on-off frequency of the signal information is obtained, and the on-off frequency is compared with the preset on-off frequency;
and if the on-off frequency is larger than the preset on-off frequency, indicating that the communication module fails.
It should be noted that, through the method, whether the communication module has a fault or not can be judged, and after the communication module has a fault, an maintainer can overhaul in time, so that the reliability of the device is improved.
In addition, the control method of the intelligent water purifying device further comprises the following steps:
obtaining standard air pressure values of the interior of the water purifying tank under different temperature conditions through a big data network, constructing a database, and importing the standard air pressure values of the interior of the water purifying tank under different temperature conditions into the database to obtain a characteristic database;
Acquiring real-time temperature information inside the water purifying tank through a temperature sensor, and importing the real-time temperature information into the characteristic database to obtain a preset standard air pressure value inside the current water purifying tank;
acquiring real-time air pressure information in the water purifying tank through an air pressure sensor, and comparing the real-time air pressure information with a preset standard air pressure value to obtain an air pressure difference value;
and comparing the air pressure difference value with a preset air pressure difference value, and if the air pressure difference value is larger than the preset air pressure difference value, controlling the electric control valve to be closed by the control module so as to cut off water flow, generating alarm information and generating the alarm information to the wireless receiving end.
It should be noted that, if the air pressure difference is greater than the preset air pressure difference, it is indicated that a large amount of gas exists in the water source, at this time, the concentration of bubbles in the water body is too high, and if drinking water is still produced at this time, the quality of the drinking water is affected, whether the water source has a large amount of gas can be effectively judged by the method, and if a large amount of gas exists, a worker can timely be informed to process the water source so as to ensure the quality of the drinking water.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments according to the present invention is provided as illustration and description, and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention is to be determined by the appended claims.
