香紫苏醇是合成龙涎香产品的理想原料,主要用于香紫苏内酯及降龙涎醚等天然龙涎香代用品的合成。现在技术中还报道有,香紫苏醇具有抗菌和杀菌活性,比如“天然源和厚朴酚和异黄腐酚的抗菌活性评价及(和)厚朴酚的复配增效研究”的文献中公开了紫苏醇和香紫苏醇对立枯丝核菌的EC50分别为97.52mg/L和10.76mg/L,对核盘菌的EC50分别为95.24mg/L和138.05mg/L,对灰葡萄菌的EC50分比为63.67mg/L和10.35mg/L,对禾谷镰刀菌的EC50分别为92.86mg/L和184.33mg/L,对稻瘟病菌的EC50分别为120.95mg/L和54.05mg/L。
复硝酚钠是一种高效植物生长调节剂,其能促进植物生长发育,改善产品品质,提高产量,同时还可以提高作物抗病、抗寒、抗旱、抗盐碱和抗倒伏等抗逆能力,广泛适用于粮食作物、经济作物及花卉等。另外,复硝酚钠可增强植物免疫能力,增强植物抗病能力,减少病原菌侵染,而且经过复硝酚钠的调节可促使受害植物快速恢复生长。
水稻纹枯病是由立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)引起的真菌病害,是世界上重要的水稻病害之一。水稻纹枯病一般从分蘖期开始到抽穗前后发病最重,其危害叶鞘和叶片,严重时也能危害穗部和深入到茎秆,导致水稻结实率下降,千粒重降低,严重影响水稻产量。通过喷施合适的化学药剂可以有效防除农作物病害,减低病害对农作物生长和产量的影响。但很多时候这些化学药剂仅是防除靶标病菌,并不会促进农作物的生长发育或提高农作物抗病等抗逆能力,而且农作物病害对很多现有化学药剂都已产生不同程度的抗药性,导致防治效果降低。

本发明的目的在于提供一种杀菌促生长植物生长调节剂,其既含有杀菌活性成分,又含有植物生长调剂活性成分复硝酚钠。使用时,杀菌活性成分可以提高对病害的防治效果,复硝酚钠可以可增强植物免疫能力,增强植物抗病能力,减少病原菌侵染,两者相互配合,可以保证农作物的健康生长。

一种杀菌活性成分,所述杀菌活性成分由香紫苏醇与氰烯菌酯、噻呋酰胺或戊唑醇复配而成;其中,
所述香紫苏醇与氰烯菌酯的质量比为1-7:19-1;
所述香紫苏醇与噻呋酰胺的质量比为1-20:13-1;
所述香紫苏醇与戊唑醇的质量比为1-42:8-1。
本发明还提供了一种杀菌促生长植物生长调节剂,以质量百分比计由以下组分组成:所述杀菌活性成分0.5-40%、植物生长调节剂活性成分0.01-0.1%、润湿剂1-6%、分散剂2-10%,余量填料。

实施例3
一种杀菌促生长植物生长调节剂,以质量百分比计由以下组分组成:由香紫苏醇与戊唑醇按1:1的质量比复配而成的杀菌活性成分38%、复硝酚钠0.075%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠6%、木质素磺酸钠10%,余量硅藻土。
实施例4
1.供试菌株
采自水稻种植田内染病稻株,在实验室内分离和纯化,经鉴定为立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani),保存于PDA培养基上,备用。
2.供试药剂
98%香紫苏醇原药(上海源叶生物科技有限公司)、95%氰烯菌酯原药(江苏省农药研究所股份有限公司)、96%噻呋酰胺原药(河北三农农用化工有限公司)、95%戊唑醇原药(内蒙古世杰化工有限公司)
以上供试药剂先用二甲基亚砜溶解,再用0.1%吐温-80水溶液稀释,配制成单剂母液,设置多组配比,各单剂母液和配比混剂均按等比方法设置5个质量浓度梯度。
3.试验方法
采用菌丝生长速率法。将45mL冷却至50℃的PDA培养基加入无菌锥形瓶中,吸取药液5mL加入上述锥形瓶中,充分摇匀后等量倒入5个直径为9cm的培养皿中,制成相应浓度的含药平板;并设不含药剂的处理作空白对照,每个质量浓度药液设置10个平板重复。用打孔器在供试菌株菌落边缘切取直径为5mm菌饼,接种于含药平板和空白对照平板中央,盖上皿盖后置于25℃恒温箱培养3d,用十字交叉法测量菌落直径,计算不同处理对菌丝生长抑制率。
4.数据分析:采用DPS软件进行数据统计分析,以杀菌剂浓度对数值为x,对应的菌丝生长抑制率几率值为y进行线性回归,得出毒力回归方程及药剂对靶标病菌的毒力EC50值,并根据孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC)。
5.测定结果
根据计算的共毒系数(CTC)评价药剂的增效作用,CTC≤80为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120为增效作用,结果见表1-3。

由表1可知,香紫苏醇和氰烯菌酯复配后,在质量比为1-7:19-1内对立枯丝核菌的共毒系数均大于120,表现为增效作用,尤其是当质量比为1:7时,共毒系数达到了516.4357,增效作用尤其显著。

由表2可知,香紫苏醇和噻呋酰胺复配后,在质量比为1-20:13-1内对立枯丝核菌的共毒系数均大于120,表现为增效作用。

由表3可知,香紫苏醇和戊唑醇复配后,在质量比为1-42:8-1内对立枯丝核菌的共毒系数均大于120,表现为增效作用。
综上所述,香紫苏醇与氰烯菌酯、噻呋酰胺或戊唑醇复配时,对防治农作物病害具有增效作用,可以提高对病害的防治效果,有利于降低农药的施用量。同时,本发明的杀菌活性成分可以延缓病原菌抗药性的发展。
Claims (6)
1.一种杀菌活性成分,其特征在于,所述杀菌活性成分由香紫苏醇与氰烯菌酯、噻呋酰胺或戊唑醇复配而成;其中,
所述香紫苏醇与氰烯菌酯的质量比为1-7:19-1;
所述香紫苏醇与噻呋酰胺的质量比为1-20:13-1;
所述香紫苏醇与戊唑醇的质量比为1-42:8-1。
2.一种杀菌促生长植物生长调节剂,其特征在于,以质量百分比计由以下组分组成:权利要求1所述杀菌活性成分0.5-40%、植物生长调节剂活性成分0.01-0.1%、润湿剂1-6%、分散剂2-10%,余量填料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的杀菌促生长植物生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述植物生长调剂活性成分为复硝酚钠。
4.根据权利要求2所述的杀菌促生长植物生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
5.根据权利要求2所述的杀菌促生长植物生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂为木质素磺酸钠。
6.根据权利要求2所述的杀菌促生长植物生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述填料为硅藻土。
