the document scanning unit is used for acquiring scanned signing documents after signing the agreement documents by the user of the requiring party and the user of the provider, transmitting the scanned signing documents to the other party, scanning the signed documents and transmitting the scanned documents to the two parties; the scanned signature file is obtained by shooting the signature file by the client terminal and the provider terminal.

the first encryption unit is used for acquiring a private encryption key provided by a user of a demand party, and transmitting the private encryption key corresponding to the user of the demand party to the user of the provider when a bid request is initiated by the user of the provider to bid information of the user of the demand party, so that the user of the provider encrypts a bid file by using the private encryption key.
