Abstract

1. An online bidding method, comprising:
receiving a bidding document uploaded by a bidding terminal, and generating a two-dimensional code corresponding to a cloud storage address of the bidding document;
downloading the bidding document by the bidding terminal through identifying the two-dimensional code, uploading the corresponding bidding document according to the bidding document, and then acquiring the equipment parameters of the bidding terminal;
acquiring a characteristic identifier and equipment parameters of the bid evaluation terminal;
judging whether the tender document can be read by the tender evaluation terminal according to the equipment parameters of the bid evaluation terminal and the bid evaluation terminal, and if the tender document can not be read, converting the tender document into a tender document which can be read by the tender evaluation terminal;
encrypting the tender according to the characteristic identification of the tender evaluation terminal to generate an encrypted tender;
and sending the encrypted tender to the tender evaluation terminal so that the tender evaluation terminal decrypts the encrypted tender and finishes tender evaluation according to the characteristic identification.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the characteristic parameters include a type and a version number of software, and the obtaining of the device parameters of the bidding terminal after the bidding terminal downloads the bidding document by recognizing the two-dimensional code and uploads the corresponding bidding document according to the bidding document comprises:
after the registration information uploaded by the bidding terminal is verified, generating a digital certificate corresponding to the bidding terminal;
after the digital certificate is downloaded and installed at the bidding terminal, recognizing the two-dimensional code and downloading the bidding document;
according to the bidding document, an electronic bidding document is generated through bidding document making software and the digital certificate is verified;
and acquiring the equipment parameters of the bidding document making software from the bidding terminal.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the characteristic mark comprises a mainboard ID number of a computer or a mobile phone number of a mobile phone, the obtaining of the characteristic mark and the device parameter of the comment terminal comprises,
sending an inquiry signaling to the bid evaluation terminal so that the bid evaluation terminal feeds back the feature identifier and the equipment parameters of the bid evaluation software according to the inquiry signaling;

and comparing the type and the version number of the bid evaluation software with the bid making software, and if the type and the version number of the bid evaluation software are different from the version number of the bid making software, converting the bid evaluation into a readable file of the bid evaluation software in the bid evaluation terminal.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the encrypting the tender according to the feature identifier of the tender evaluation terminal to generate an encrypted tender comprises,
generating a key by using a symmetric encryption algorithm according to the characteristic identifier of the bid evaluation terminal;
and encrypting the tender through the key to generate the encrypted tender.
6. An online bidding device, comprising,
the receiving module is used for receiving the bidding document uploaded by the bidding terminal and generating a two-dimensional code corresponding to the cloud storage address of the bidding document;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the equipment parameters of the bidding terminal after the bidding terminal downloads the bidding document by identifying the two-dimensional code and uploads the corresponding bidding document according to the bidding document;
the obtaining module also obtains the characteristic identification and the equipment parameter of the bid evaluation terminal;
the processing module is used for judging whether the tender document can be read by the tender evaluation terminal according to the equipment parameters of the bid evaluation terminal and the bid evaluation terminal, and converting the tender document into a tender document which can be read by the tender evaluation terminal if the tender document can not be read;

and encrypting the tender through the key to generate the encrypted tender.
9. An online bidding system, comprising,
the bidding terminal uploads the bidding document to the server, and the server generates a two-dimensional code corresponding to the cloud storage address of the bidding document;
the bidding terminal identifies the two-dimensional code to download the bidding document, uploads the corresponding bidding document to the server according to the bidding document and sends the equipment parameters of the bidding terminal to the server;
the bid evaluation terminal sends the characteristic identification and the equipment parameters of the bid evaluation terminal to the server;
the processing terminal judges whether the tender document can be read by the tender evaluation terminal according to the equipment parameters of the bid evaluation terminal and the bid evaluation terminal, and if the tender document can not be read, the tender document is converted into a tender document which can be read by the tender evaluation terminal;
the encryption terminal encrypts the tender according to the characteristic identification of the tender evaluation terminal to generate an encrypted tender;
and the server sends the encrypted tender to the tender evaluation terminal so that the tender evaluation terminal decrypts the encrypted tender and finishes tender evaluation according to the characteristic identification.
