Claims (10)

storing the target ticket information in a blockchain, wherein the target ticket information comprises ticket content and a ticket signature, and the ticket signature comprises: the system comprises a first public key and a second public key, wherein the first public key is an encrypted public key corresponding to a bill application user on a block chain network, and the second public key is an encrypted public key corresponding to a bill management user on the block chain network;
when a transfer request for the target bill information is received, matching and verifying a private key to be verified and the first public key carried in the transfer request, or matching and verifying the private key to be verified and the second public key carried in the transfer request;
and if the matching verification result is that the private key to be verified is matched with the first public key or the private key to be verified is matched with the second public key, responding to the transfer request, and transferring the target bill information according to the bill reimbursement user identification included in the transfer request.

The method of claim 1, wherein the request for transfer of the target ticket information comprises: when receiving a transfer request for the target bill information, a first transfer request sent by a bill management user performs matching verification on a private key to be verified and the first public key carried in the transfer request, or performs matching verification on the private key to be verified and the second public key carried in the transfer request, including:
according to the target bill identification carried in the first transfer request, inquiring target bill information corresponding to the target bill identification in a block chain;
extracting a private key of the bill management user carried in the first transfer request as a private key to be verified;
verifying whether the private key to be verified is matched with a second public key included in the inquired target bill information;
