in the embodiment of the application, the new block is verified according to a preset consensus mechanism of the block chain. For example, a DPoS (distributed Proof of trust) consensus mechanism is used, which votes for master nodes for all nodes in the network, and these master nodes become representatives, and they get the authority of the slave nodes and obtain the right to pack the blocks, and the rights between each master node are equal, and the blocks are packed in turn according to a predetermined time schedule. The main node which is currently responsible for generating the new block sends the generated new block to other main nodes for verification and confirmation, and after the main nodes exceeding the preset proportion confirm the generation of the new block, the new block acquires data consensus.
S507: and storing the block with the acquired data consensus as the first electronic notarization information.
In the embodiment of the application, after the newly generated block obtains the data consensus, the main node broadcasts the newly generated block to the nodes of the whole network. And after receiving the new block which is broadcasted by the main node and acquired by common identification, the whole network node updates the new file block to the respective maintained whole account page electronic file storage to form first electronic notarization information, namely, the new file block and the previous file block are connected into a chain to complete data chaining.
The embodiment of the present application further discloses an electronic notarization information processing apparatus, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of the electronic notarization information processing apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 6, the processing apparatus includes:
a receiving module 601, configured to receive an electronic public certificate query request, where the query request carries verification information;
an obtaining module 603, configured to determine, according to the verification information, first electronic notarization information from the blockchain network, and determine second electronic notarization information from the storage area; the first electronic notarization information and the second electronic notarization information are determined based on the acquired original electronic notarization information;
the feedback module 605 is configured to generate a file query feedback according to the second electronic notarization information when the matching degree of the first electronic notarization information and the second electronic notarization information is greater than or equal to a preset degree value, where the file query feedback carries the electronic notarization information.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic notarization information processing system provided in the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 7, the processing system includes a client 701 and a server 703,
the client 701 includes:
the information submitting device is used for submitting the verification information;
the electronic notarization information inquiry device is used for inquiring the electronic notarization information;
the server 703 includes:
the electronic certificate generating device is used for generating original electronic certificate information according to the certificate checking information;
the block chain network is used for storing the original electronic notarization information as first electronic notarization information;
the storage device is used for storing the original electronic notarization information as second electronic notarization information;
and the electronic official certificate information verifying device is used for determining the matching degree of the first electronic official certificate information and the second electronic official certificate information according to the first identification information, the original certificate handling information, the second identification information and the certificate handling information.
In the embodiment of the application, the user selects the information submitting device and the electronic notarization information inquiring device through the client, and the server provides corresponding services according to the information of the client. The server side is provided with an electronic public certificate generating device, a block chain network, a storage device and an electronic public certificate information verifying device, the electronic public certificate generating device is deployed in each public certificate authority, the electronic public certificate generating device receives the electronic public certificate handling requirements of the client side, and information required by the electronic public certificate is extracted according to information provided by a user to generate the electronic public certificate. The electronic notarization completed with stamping needs to generate original electronic notarization information, verification information and the like according to the serial number of the electronic notarization, and the original electronic notarization information is respectively stored in a storage device and a block chain network; and returning the verification information to the corresponding client. The storage device is deployed in each notarization institution and comprises an information storage module and an information extraction module. An information storage module: storing the second electronic notarization information; an information extraction module: and receiving a query request of the electronic notarization information verification device, extracting corresponding information, and returning a corresponding result to the electronic notarization information verification device. The block chain network is deployed in notarization mechanisms participating in building of the block chain network, each notarization mechanism is a block chain node, the block chain network is maintained jointly and normal operation of the block chain is guaranteed to provide service, and the block chain network is divided into an information acquisition module, an information uplink module and an information query module. The information acquisition module: the information acquisition module acquires the hash value and the original certificate handling information of an original electronic public certificate, the original electronic public certificate information and the verification information are sent to a block chain network of a corresponding public certificate authority in the electronic public certificate generation device, the information acquisition module in the block chain network calculates the hash value of the original electronic public certificate by using the data processing rule of the block chain, and sends the hash value, the verification information and the certificate handling information of the electronic public certificate to the information chaining module. The information chaining module has the functions of intelligent contracts of the block chain, common identification algorithm, data synchronization and the like, and the information chaining module receives the information sent by the information acquisition module and then calls the intelligent contracts of the block chain to automatically realize the operations of data common identification, chaining, synchronization and the like. The information inquiry module receives the certificate verification information of the electronic notarization information verification device, acquires the corresponding first electronic notarization information on the block chain according to the verification information of the electronic notarization information and returns an inquiry result. The electronic notarization information verification device is deployed at the cloud end and provides a uniform electronic notarization inquiry entrance for the client, and after receiving an inquiry request, the electronic notarization information verification device acquires the electronic notarization information in the corresponding block chain network and the storage device according to the electronic notarization information verification information
Based on the electronic notarization information processing system, an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic notarization information processing method, fig. 8 is a flowchart of the electronic notarization information processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 8, the method includes:
s801: the client sends a certificate handling request;
s803: the server side receives a certificate handling request;
s805: the client sends the information for certificate checking;
s807: the server side audits the identity information, and generates a to-be-audited nuclear electronic certificate according to the to-be-certified information under the condition that the identity information is approved;
s809: the server side audits the electronic certificate to be audited, and generates original electronic notarization information under the condition that the electronic notarization to be audited passes the audit;
s811: the server side feeds back verification information to the client side;
s813: the server stores the original electronic notarization information as first electronic notarization information in a block chain network; storing the original electronic notarization information as second electronic notarization information in a storage area;
s815: a client sends an electronic public certificate inquiry request;
s817: the server receives the electronic public certificate inquiry request and analyzes the verification information in the inquiry request;
s819: the server side determines first electronic notarization information from the block chain network according to the verification information and determines second electronic notarization information from the storage area;
s821: the server side judges whether the matching degree of the first electronic notarization information and the second electronic notarization information is larger than or equal to a preset degree value or not; if yes, go to step S823; if not, go to step S825;
s823: the server side generates file inquiry feedback according to the second electronic notarization information;
s825: the server side generates warning information according to the second electronic notarization information;
s827: the client receives the electronic public certificate;
s829: the client receives the warning information.
The embodiment of the application also discloses electronic equipment, which comprises a processor and a memory, wherein at least one instruction or at least one program is stored in the memory, and the at least one instruction or the at least one program is loaded by the processor and executes the electronic notarization information processing method.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal can be a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer or a desktop computer. A terminal may also be referred to by other names such as user equipment, portable terminal, laptop terminal, desktop terminal, etc. Generally, a terminal includes: a processor and a memory. The processor may include one or more processing cores, such as a 4-core processor, an 8-core processor, and so forth. The processor may be implemented in at least one hardware form of DSP (digital signal processing), FPGA (Field-programmable gate array), PLA (programmable logic array). The processor may also include a main processor and a coprocessor, where the main processor is a processor for processing data in an awake state, and is also called a Central Processing Unit (CPU); a coprocessor is a low power processor for processing data in a standby state. In some embodiments, the processor may be integrated with a GPU (graphics processing unit), which is responsible for rendering and drawing the content that the display screen needs to display. In some embodiments, the processor may further include an AI (artificial intelligence) processor for processing computing operations related to machine learning. The memory may include one or more computer-readable storage media, which may be non-transitory. The memory may also include high speed random access memory, as well as non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory storage devices. In some embodiments, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium in a memory is used to store at least one program code for execution by a processor to implement the blockchain based medical data storage method provided by the method embodiments herein.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a computer readable storage medium, wherein at least one instruction or at least one program is stored in the storage medium, and the at least one instruction or the at least one program is loaded and executed by the processor to realize the electronic notarization information processing method.
In an embodiment of the present application, the storage medium may be located in at least one network server of a plurality of network servers of a computer network. Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
According to the electronic notarization information processing method, original electronic notarization information is stored in a block chain network and a storage area respectively, data in the block chain are not capable of being tampered, and data in the storage area are convenient to extract; when the electronic public certificate is inquired, the electronic public certificate is respectively extracted from the two last storage paths according to the verification information, so that the inquiry is facilitated, and the storage safety, the non-tampering property and the legality of the electronic public certificate are ensured. Meanwhile, a uniform electronic public certificate inquiry entrance is provided for the client side, and the electronic public certificate is convenient to use.
It should be noted that: the sequence of the embodiments of the present application is only for description, and does not represent the advantages and disadvantages of the embodiments. And specific embodiments thereof have been described above. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims may be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the apparatus embodiment, since it is substantially similar to the method embodiment, the description is relatively simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiment.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.
The above description is only exemplary of the present application and should not be taken as limiting the present application, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the protection scope of the present application.
Claims (10)
1. An electronic notarization information processing method, characterized in that the method comprises:
receiving an electronic public certificate inquiry request, wherein the inquiry request carries verification information;
determining first electronic notarization information from a block chain network according to the verification information, and determining second electronic notarization information from a storage area; the first electronic notarization information and the second electronic notarization information are determined based on the acquired original electronic notarization information;
and if the matching degree of the first electronic notarization information and the second electronic notarization information is larger than or equal to a preset degree value, generating inquiry feedback according to the second electronic notarization information, wherein the inquiry feedback carries an electronic notarization.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before receiving the electronic public certificate query request, further comprising:
acquiring the original electronic notarization information;
storing the original electronic notarization information as first electronic notarization information in a block chain network;
and storing the original electronic notarization information as second electronic notarization information in a storage area.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein said obtaining said original electronic notary information comprises:
acquiring the certificate checking information, wherein the certificate checking information comprises identity information and information to be certified publicly;
verifying the identity information, and generating an electronic certificate to be verified according to the information to be certified under the condition that the identity information is verified;
and auditing the electronic certificate to be audited, and generating the original electronic certificate information under the condition that the electronic certificate to be audited passes the auditing.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the original electronic document information comprises an original electronic certificate and original transaction information; the storing the original electronic notarization information as first electronic notarization information in a blockchain network includes:
generating first identification information according to the original electronic public certificate;
packaging the first identification information and the original certificate handling information to generate a block;
performing data consensus on the blocks according to a preset consensus mechanism;
and storing the block with the obtained data consensus as the first electronic notarization information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the first electronic notary information comprises the first identification information and the original transaction information; the second electronic certificate information comprises an electronic certificate and certificate handling information; if the matching degree of the first electronic notarization information and the second electronic notarization information is larger than or equal to a preset degree value, before generating file query feedback according to the second electronic notarization information, the method further comprises the following steps:
generating second identification information according to the electronic public certificate;
and determining the matching degree of the first electronic official certificate information and the second electronic official certificate information according to the first identification information, the original official certificate information, the second identification information and the official certificate information.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
and if the matching degree of the first electronic notarization information and the second electronic notarization information is smaller than a preset degree value, generating warning information.
7. An electronic notarization information processing apparatus, characterized in that the processing apparatus comprises:
the receiving module is used for receiving an electronic public certificate inquiry request, wherein the inquiry request carries verification information;
the acquisition module is used for determining first electronic notarization information from the block chain network according to the verification information and determining second electronic notarization information from the storage area; the first electronic notarization information and the second electronic notarization information are determined based on the acquired original electronic notarization information;
and the feedback module is used for generating file query feedback according to the second electronic notarization information when the matching degree of the first electronic notarization information and the second electronic notarization information is more than or equal to a preset degree value, wherein the file query feedback carries the electronic notarization information.
8. An electronic notarization information processing system is characterized in that the processing system comprises a client and a server,
the client comprises:
the information submitting device is used for submitting the verification information;
the electronic notarization information inquiry device is used for inquiring the electronic notarization information;
the server side includes:
the electronic certificate generating device is used for generating original electronic certificate information according to the certificate checking information;
the block chain network is used for storing the original electronic notarization information as first electronic notarization information;
the storage device is used for storing the original electronic notarization information as second electronic notarization information;
and the electronic official certificate information verifying device is used for determining the matching degree of the first electronic official certificate information and the second electronic official certificate information according to the first identification information, the original certificate handling information, the second identification information and the certificate handling information.
9. An apparatus comprising a processor and a memory, wherein at least one instruction or at least one program is stored in the memory, and the at least one instruction or the at least one program is loaded by the processor and executes the electronic notarization information processing method according to any of claims 1-6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein at least one instruction or at least one program is stored in the storage medium, and the at least one instruction or the at least one program is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the electronic notarization information processing method as claimed in any one of claims 1-6.
