In a specific implementation, the second server is a server associated with a judicial organization, and is associated with the first server and the first block link point device. S502, the second server obtains the evidence obtaining data from the first server.

In a specific implementation, a judicial organization needs to judge whether evidence data submitted by a party is valid, and needs to acquire evidence obtaining data from a first server through a second server, so that second fingerprint data in certificate data is matched with first fingerprint data in the evidence obtaining data, if the second fingerprint data in certificate data is matched with the first fingerprint data in the evidence obtaining data, platform protocol data or activity announcement data indicated in the second fingerprint data is consistent with the platform protocol data or activity announcement data indicated in the first fingerprint data, and the evidence data submitted by the party is valid.
In one embodiment, the data processing method provided by the present application mainly involves a user platform, a first block link point device, a first server, and a second server, as shown in fig. 6, specifically, S601 the user platform sends first fingerprint data including platform protocol or activity announcement data to the first block link point device, S602 the first block link device uploads the first fingerprint data to a block chain, and S603 returns a storage address and transaction information after storing the address fingerprint data in the block chain to the user platform, when the first block link point receives a fairness notification sent by the first server at S604, S605 uploads a first fairness certificate of the first fingerprint data in the fairness notification to the block chain network, so that, if a decision request received from the second server at S606 is that the first fingerprint data and the first fairness certificate that have been linked can be obtained from the block chain network at S607, and sending the first fingerprint data and the first justice certificate to a second server, wherein the user platform can be an e-commerce platform, an insurance platform and the like, the first block link point device can be a server device associated with the user tie-in, the first server can be a server device associated with a justice authority, and the second server can be a server device associated with a judicial authority, which is not limited herein.
The embodiment of the application provides a data processing method, which is applied to a second server, when the second server receives evidence data, fingerprint extraction is carried out on the evidence data to obtain second fingerprint data, evidence obtaining data is obtained from a first server, and when the second fingerprint data is detected to be matched with first fingerprint data in the evidence obtaining data and a first justice certificate is a valid certificate, the evidence is confirmed to be the valid data. Therefore, the judicial institution can judge whether the evidence data submitted by the party is effective or not, thereby effectively maintaining and guaranteeing the rights and interests of the party.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a block link point apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the block link point apparatus being configured to perform steps performed by a first block link point apparatus according to the method embodiment shown in fig. 3 to 5, the block link point apparatus including: one or more processors 701; one or more input devices 702, one or more output devices 703, and memory 704. The processor 701, the input device 702, the output device 703, and the memory 704 are connected by a bus 705. The memory 702 is used for storing a computer program comprising program instructions, and the processor 701, the input device 702, and the output device 703 are used for executing the program instructions stored in the memory 704 to perform the following operations:
an input device 702 receives first fingerprint data sent by a user platform, wherein the first fingerprint data comprises a digest hash of at least one of platform protocol data and activity announcement data of the user platform;
the processor 701 performs uplink processing on the first fingerprint data;
after receiving a fairness notification sent by a first server, the fairness notification includes the first fingerprint data and a first fairness certificate of the first fingerprint data by an input device 702;
the processor 701 performs uplink processing on the first justice certificate;
when receiving a decision request sent by a second server, the input device 702 obtains the first fingerprint data and the first certificate of justice from the blockchain, and sends the first data fingerprint and the first certificate of justice to the second server, so that the judicial platform obtains a reference result according to the first fingerprint data and the first certificate of justice after obtaining the first fingerprint data and the first certificate of justice through the second server.
In one implementation, the processor 701 performs uplink processing on the first fingerprint data, including:
verifying the first fingerprint data;
when the first fingerprint data is successfully verified, sending the first fingerprint data to each second block chain node point device in a block chain network, so that each second block chain node point device performs block chain consensus on the first fingerprint data;
when the block chain consensus passes, storing the first fingerprint data into a consensus ledger of the block chain network.
In one implementation, after the storing the first fingerprint data in the consensus ledger of the blockchain network, the processor 701 includes:
acquiring address information and transaction information of the first fingerprint data stored in the consensus ledger;
and sending the address information and the hash of the transaction information to the user platform.
In one implementation, the first certificate of fairness includes the first fingerprint data identifier and time information of the first fingerprint data, where the time information is used to indicate that the first fingerprint data exists before a time corresponding to the time information, and the first fingerprint data identifier is used to indicate accuracy of platform protocol data or activity advertisement data associated with the first fingerprint data.
In one implementation, before the first block link point device receives the first fingerprint data sent by the user platform, the processor 701 further includes:
obtaining a storage certificate request sent by at least one user through the user platform, wherein the user comprises an enterprise user or an individual user;
and after the certificate storing request is received, sending a data instruction to the user platform, wherein the data instruction is used for prompting the user platform to extract a data abstract of the platform protocol data or the activity announcement data, and performing digital signature on the data abstract to obtain first fingerprint data.
In one implementation, the processor 701 further includes:
acquiring the platform protocol data or the activity announcement data in the first fingerprint data;
and verifying whether the platform protocol data or the activity announcement data are publicly issued valid data.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a block link point apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the block link point apparatus is used to perform steps performed by a first block link point apparatus in the method embodiments corresponding to fig. 3 to fig. 5, and the block link point apparatus may include:
a fingerprint data receiving unit 801, configured to receive first fingerprint data sent by a user platform, where the first fingerprint data includes a digest hash of at least one of platform protocol data and activity announcement data of the user platform;
a fingerprint data processing unit 802, configured to perform uplink processing on the first fingerprint data;
the fingerprint data receiving unit 801 is further configured to receive a fairness notification sent by a first server, where the fairness notification includes the first fingerprint data and a first fairness certificate of the first fingerprint data;
the fingerprint data processing unit 802 is further configured to perform uplink processing on the first certificate of justice;
the fingerprint data receiving unit 801 is further configured to, when receiving a decision request sent by a second server, obtain the first fingerprint data and the first certificate of justice from the blockchain, and send the first data fingerprint and the first certificate of justice to the second server, so that after obtaining the first fingerprint data and the first certificate of justice through the second server, the judicial platform obtains a reference result according to the first fingerprint data and the first certificate of justice.
In one implementation, the fingerprint data processing unit 802 performs uplink processing on the first fingerprint data, including:
verifying the first fingerprint data;
when the first fingerprint data is successfully verified, sending the first fingerprint data to each second block chain node point device in a block chain network, so that each second block chain node point device performs block chain consensus on the first fingerprint data;
when the block chain consensus passes, storing the first fingerprint data into a consensus ledger of the block chain network.
In one implementation, after the fingerprint data processing unit 802 stores the first fingerprint data in the consensus ledger of the blockchain network, the method further includes:
acquiring address information and transaction information of the first fingerprint data stored in the consensus ledger;
and sending the address information and the hash of the transaction information to the user platform.
In one implementation, the first certificate of fairness includes the first fingerprint data identifier and time information of the first fingerprint data, where the time information is used to indicate that the first fingerprint data exists before a time corresponding to the time information, and the first fingerprint data identifier is used to indicate accuracy of platform protocol data or activity advertisement data associated with the first fingerprint data.
In one implementation, before the first tile link node device receives the first fingerprint data sent by the user platform, the fingerprint data processing unit 802 further includes:
obtaining a storage certificate request sent by at least one user through the user platform, wherein the user comprises an enterprise user or an individual user;
and after the certificate storing request is received, sending a data instruction to the user platform, wherein the data instruction is used for prompting the user platform to extract a data abstract of the platform protocol data or the activity announcement data, and performing digital signature on the data abstract to obtain first fingerprint data.
In one implementation, the fingerprint data processing unit 802 further includes:
acquiring the platform protocol data or the activity announcement data in the first fingerprint data;
and verifying whether the platform protocol data or the activity announcement data are publicly issued valid data.
A computer-readable storage medium is further provided in the embodiments of the present application, and the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, where the computer program includes program instructions, and when the program instructions are executed by a processor, the steps S301 to S305 executed in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the steps S401 to S403 executed in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, and the steps S501 to S503 executed in the embodiment shown in fig. 5 may be executed.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Claims (10)

1. A data processing method applied to a first block link point device, the method comprising:
receiving first fingerprint data sent by a user platform, wherein the first fingerprint data comprises abstract hash of at least one of platform protocol data and activity announcement data of the user platform;
performing uplink processing on the first fingerprint data;
after a fairness notification sent by a first server is received, the fairness notification comprises the first fingerprint data and a first fairness certificate of the first fingerprint data;
performing uplink processing on the first justice certificate;
when a judgment request sent by a second server is received, the first fingerprint data and the first justice certificate are obtained from the block chain, and the first data fingerprint and the first justice certificate are sent to the second server, so that a judicial platform obtains a reference result according to the first fingerprint data and the first justice certificate after obtaining the first fingerprint data and the first justice certificate through the second server.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the uplink processing the first fingerprint data comprises:
verifying the first fingerprint data;
when the first fingerprint data is successfully verified, sending the first fingerprint data to each second block chain node point device in a block chain network, so that each second block chain node point device performs block chain consensus on the first fingerprint data;
when the block chain consensus passes, storing the first fingerprint data into a consensus ledger of the block chain network.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the verifying the first fingerprint data comprises:
receiving second fingerprint data sent by the user platform, wherein the second fingerprint data is summary hash generated by the user platform according to platform protocol data or activity announcement data;
and matching the first fingerprint data and the second fingerprint data, and when the matching is successful, determining that the first fingerprint data is verified successfully.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the first certificate of fairness includes the first fingerprint data identifier and time information of the first fingerprint data, the time information indicating that the first fingerprint data exists before a time corresponding to the time information, and the first fingerprint data identifier is used for marking platform protocol data or activity announcement data associated with the first fingerprint data, or is used for marking platform protocol data and activity announcement data associated with the first fingerprint data.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein before the first block-link-point device receives first fingerprint data sent by a user platform, the method further comprises:
obtaining a storage certificate request sent by at least one user through the user platform, wherein the user comprises an enterprise user or an individual user;
and after the certificate storing request is received, sending a data instruction to the user platform, wherein the data instruction is used for prompting the user platform to extract a data abstract of the platform protocol data or the activity announcement data, and performing digital signature on the data abstract to obtain first fingerprint data.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to said uplink processing of said first fingerprint data, said method further comprises:
acquiring the platform protocol data or the activity announcement data in the first fingerprint data;
and verifying whether the platform protocol data or the activity announcement data are publicly issued valid data.
7. A data processing method applied to a first server, the method comprising:
when a forensics request is received, acquiring characteristic information of forensics personnel carried by the forensics request;
verifying the characteristic information, wherein the verification comprises verifying whether the characteristic information of the evidence obtaining personnel is real information;
and after the verification is passed, acquiring the first fingerprint data and the first certificate of fairness from the blockchain network as forensic data.
8. A data processing method applied to a second server, the method comprising:
when evidence data are received, fingerprint extraction is carried out on the evidence data to obtain third fingerprint data;
obtaining forensics data from a first server;
and when the third fingerprint data is detected to be matched with the first fingerprint data in the evidence obtaining data and the first certificate in the evidence obtaining data is a valid certificate, confirming that the evidence data is valid data.
9. A data processing system is characterized by comprising a first block chain node device, a first server and a second server, wherein the first block chain node device is used for acquiring first fingerprint data from a user platform and uploading the first fingerprint data and a first public certificate to a block chain network, the first server is used for acquiring the first fingerprint data and the first public certificate from the block chain network after receiving a forensics request and sending the first fingerprint data and the first public certificate to the second server, and the second server is used for verifying whether the evidence data is valid data according to the first fingerprint data, the first public certificate and the received evidence data.
10. A terminal having a data processing application installed thereon, comprising a processor, an input device, an output device and a memory, the processor, the input device, the output device and the memory being interconnected, wherein the memory is configured to store a computer program comprising program instructions, and wherein the processor is configured to invoke the program instructions to perform the data processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
