Description

Mountain pomelo oil health food capable of assisting in reducing blood sugar and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of health-care food, in particular to a pomelo oil health-care food capable of assisting in reducing blood sugar and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of the living standard of modern people, the living style and the diet structure of people are greatly changed, and the probability of suffering from various diseases is increased to a certain extent. Diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized mainly by hyperglycemia, and is accompanied by a series of complications involving multiple tissues and organs. Most commonly, such as nephropathy, retinopathy, neuropathy, cardiomyopathy, etc., can cause diabetics to suffer from blindness, stroke, renal failure, heart attack, etc., severely affecting physical and mental health. The traditional Chinese medicine is three-component toxin, and the conventional diabetes treatment medicines at present comprise glimepiride, metformin, acarbose and the like, and have the toxic and side effects of hypoglycemia, large blood sugar fluctuation, gastrointestinal tract reaction and the like in the use process, and the long-term administration of the traditional Chinese medicine can generate drug resistance, so that the application of the traditional Chinese medicine is limited. Along with the improvement of the living standard of people, the market demand of traditional Chinese medicine health products is more and more increased, and the traditional Chinese medicine health products become an important component of national health industry. The auxiliary blood sugar-reducing health food is suitable for people with high blood sugar, can regulate body functions of human bodies, does not generate any acute, subacute or chronic harm to the human bodies, and becomes more and more dependent on people. At present, the existing auxiliary blood sugar-reducing health-care food is prepared by mixing and compounding a plurality of Chinese herbal medicines, and has an auxiliary blood sugar-reducing effect to a certain extent, but has an unobvious effect.
Tea-oil camellia, also known as tea tree, tea oil tree, is commonly referred to in Hainan as pomelo, and the oil prepared from pomelo seeds is referred to as pomelo oil. The mountain pomelo is mainly distributed in the counties of Jones, chengmai, and Anemone of Hainan, and the mountain pomelo oil contains rich nutrition because mountain camellia seeds with good quality can be produced in the unique geographical environment of Hainan. The content of unsaturated fatty acid in the pomelo oil is up to more than 90%, and the content of oleic acid is up to 80-83%, so that the content of different varieties is slightly different. As the Hainan mountain pomelo oil contains a plurality of functional components, the Hainan mountain pomelo oil has the special effects of protecting heart, reducing blood sugar, regulating blood fat, reducing cholesterol, resisting inflammation, preventing cancer and the like, and is an ideal raw material for developing health-care food. However, the application of the pomelo oil to the health-care food is less in the current research, so that the pomelo oil has a wide application prospect in the health-care food.
