It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the above-described flow or flow diagrams of the figures may be performed in a computer system, such as a set of computer-executable instructions, and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flow diagrams, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order other than that illustrated herein.
The present embodiment also provides a prize accounting system for implementing the foregoing embodiments and preferred embodiments, which have been described and will not be described in detail. As used below, the terms "module," "unit," "sub-unit," and the like may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. While the means described in the following embodiments are preferably implemented in software, implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware, is also possible and contemplated.
FIG. 7 is a block diagram of a prize accounting system, according to an embodiment of the application, as shown in FIG. 7, comprising: a collection module 70, a standard accounting module 71, a prize distribution module 72, wherein:
a collection module 70 for obtaining base data related to prize accounting;
the standard accounting module 71 is configured to perform standard accounting according to the basic data, obtain bonus standard data, and send the bonus standard data to an approval node;
and the bonus dispensing module 72 is configured to dispense the bonus standard data to the organization structure through a preset policy when the audit passing information of the bonus standard data is received.
Compared with the mode of conducting prize accounting by relying on personnel through excel and other office software in the related art through the system, the embodiment of the application provides an automatic prize accounting system based on a FIROI+ECC system, which can support prize accounting rule configuration and execute prize accounting and distribution processes, realizes planning and automation of the prize accounting processes, opens up information channels among manpower departments, auditing departments and prize distribution departments, can reduce the problem of poor prize accounting efficiency caused by the related art and the like, and can improve the convenience of the prize accounting process.
In one embodiment, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of an internal structure of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 8, an electronic device, which may be a server, is provided, and an internal structure diagram thereof may be as shown in fig. 8. The electronic device includes a processor, a network interface, an internal memory, and a non-volatile memory connected by an internal bus, where the non-volatile memory stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The processor is used for providing computing and control capabilities, the network interface is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection, the internal memory is used for providing an environment for the operation of an operating system, the computer program is executed by the processor to implement a prize accounting method, and the database is used for storing data.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 8 is merely a block diagram of a portion of the structure associated with the present application and is not limiting of the electronic device to which the present application is applied, and that a particular electronic device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. The nonvolatile memory can include Read Only Memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), memory bus direct RAM (RDRAM), direct memory bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM), among others. The above examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the application, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the application. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the application, which are all within the scope of the application. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present application is to be determined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A prize accounting method, the method comprising:
acquiring basic data related to prize accounting;
performing standard accounting according to the basic data to obtain bonus standard data, and sending the bonus standard data to an approval node;
and under the condition that the prize standard data output by the approval node is received to pass the examination and approval information, distributing the prize standard data to a prize harvest node.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein performing a standard accounting based on the base data to obtain prize standard data comprises:
acquiring multilevel preset coefficients, prize constants and abnormal deduction information from the basic data;
obtaining personal bonus standard data according to the multilevel preset coefficient, the bonus constant and the abnormal deduction information;
and obtaining department bonus standard data based on the personal bonus standard data and department addition and subtraction constant in the basic data.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein assigning the bonus criteria data to a bonus pickup node comprises:
generating a house prize distribution task according to the prize accounting standard and a first instruction input by the prize management node;
setting credit information for the department store prize distribution task according to an instruction input by a compensation management node, wherein the credit information comprises the department store prize credit and the prize credit of the department store management node;
under the condition that the approval of the department prize distribution task is completed, acquiring department prize distribution type according to a second instruction of the prize management node, and generating employee prize distribution task according to the prize distribution type;
and executing the employee bonus distribution task to complete employee bonus distribution.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein said performing said employee prize distribution tasks to complete employee prize distribution comprises:
in the case of employee prize indirect distribution mode:
distributing the prize money amount information of each staff in the department according to a first instruction of the department management node, and distributing the prize money amount of other staff except the department management node according to a second instruction of the department management node after the prize money amount information is approved;
in the case of employing the employee bonus indirect distribution mode:
distributing the prize money of each employee in the department according to the second instruction of the department management node, and completing the prize money distribution of each employee according to the prize money;
and after receiving the information of the prize distribution tasks completed by all departments in the department, acquiring the prize distribution information of all staff in the department according to a third instruction of the department management node.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after distributing the bonus criteria data to a bonus pick-up node, the method further comprises:
writing back the distribution result of the bonus standard data to employee pay data;
storing the employee payroll data into a database table, wherein the employee payroll data dynamically changes according to the distribution result of the bonus standard data, the database stores organization structure information, and the employee payroll data corresponds to the organization structure information;
and receiving a query instruction, and acquiring target prize distribution information from the database according to the configuration condition in the query instruction.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein prior to the obtaining bonus standard data from the standard accounting of the base data, the method further comprises:
receiving a first configuration instruction input by a prize management node, and determining a prize attribution node according to the first configuration instruction;
and receiving a second configuration instruction input by the prize management node, and determining a prize distribution node according to the second configuration instruction, wherein the prize distribution node and the prize attribution node are determined according to the organization architecture information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after assigning the bonus criteria data to the target object by a preset rule, the method further comprises:
tracking state information of a prize money receiving node and an approval node in the prize money accounting process;
and sending the state information to a visual interface, and indicating the visual interface to display the state information, wherein a first indication information mark is configured for the completed state, and a second indication information mark is configured for the unfinished state.
8. A prize accounting system, the system comprising: the system comprises an acquisition module, a standard accounting module, a bonus distribution module and a write-back module, wherein:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring basic data related to bonus accounting;
the standard accounting module is used for carrying out standard accounting according to the basic data to obtain bonus standard data and sending the bonus standard data to an approval node;
and the bonus distribution module is used for distributing the bonus standard data to the bonus receiving node under the condition that the bonus standard data output by the approval node is received to audit the passing information.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method according to any of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program, when being executed by a processor, implements the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
