When the target transaction matching type is determined to be matched according to the whole enterprise, matching management is further performed on transaction information according to the step S3205, in the step S3205, firstly, summary data corresponding to the transaction tasks are obtained as matching item information, in an optional embodiment, the summary data corresponding to the transaction tasks at this time can be automatically obtained by the system, in an optional embodiment, the summary data can also be obtained in response to the import operation of the user, in an optional embodiment, the system can also give consideration to active obtaining and user confirmation, for example, the system can firstly actively obtain the summary data corresponding to the transaction tasks at this time, display the summary data, and then confirm the summary data by the user, so that the correct and complete summary data can be obtained while the workload of the user is reduced. Then, the summary data is sequentially pre-matched, confirmed matched and completely matched, when matching is performed according to the whole enterprise, matching of transaction information of each sub-enterprise is not needed, matching management is only needed to be performed on the whole enterprise data, and unless the matching sequence and the matching item information are different, the specific matching process is consistent with that in the step S3204, which is not repeated herein. When the number of subordinate sub-enterprises of the enterprise is small, the enterprise is subjected to overall transaction information matching management, so that the matching items are few, the matching workload is low, and the matching efficiency of the transaction tasks is improved.
It should be noted that, in the above steps, when the type of the dedicated resource is a single plan, and when the type of the dedicated resource is an aggregate plan, it is directly determined that the target transaction matching type corresponding to the current transaction task is matched according to the whole enterprise, but since the aggregate plan refers to a system in which the same consignee delivers the annual funds of enterprises to which a plurality of clients are centrally managed, when the type of the dedicated resource is an aggregate plan, the matching item information is not summary information, but transaction details, specifically to each client; the specific matching sequence is consistent with the type of the exclusive resource in the single plan according to the whole enterprise matching, and is also pre-matching, confirmation matching and complete matching, which is not described in detail in the present disclosure.
It should be noted that fig. 3 is an exemplary illustration of the management of the transaction tasks when the business scenario is the annual fund of the enterprise, and the present disclosure is also applicable to other application scenarios that need to perform matching of the transaction tasks, and includes but is not limited to the application scenarios described above.
In conclusion, the corresponding transaction matching types are determined by fully considering the enterprise scale difference, so that different enterprises are allowed to have the corresponding transaction matching types under the same service type, and the influence of the enterprise scale on the transaction task management is avoided; meanwhile, matching item information and matching logic corresponding to the target transaction matching type are selected, and matching schemes are distinguished according to two aspects of matching content and rules, so that matching management of transaction tasks is more targeted and normalized, and the accuracy of transaction task matching is improved; in addition, the matched and managed transaction tasks are not required to be managed manually and repeatedly, the manual workload is reduced, meanwhile, the risk of manual checking is avoided, the subsequent business system can realize accurate business processing according to the management result, and the accuracy and efficiency of the overall business processing are improved.
In addition, in the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a management apparatus for a transaction task is further provided, which may be used to execute the above management method for a transaction task of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 4, the management apparatus 400 for the transaction task may include an obtaining module 410, a comparing module 420, and a matching management module 430. In particular, the amount of the solvent to be used,
an obtaining module 410, configured to obtain deal information corresponding to an exclusive resource set based on a preset purpose, where the deal information includes an enterprise scale of an enterprise to which the exclusive resource belongs;
a comparison module 420, configured to compare the enterprise scale with a preset enterprise scale, and determine a target deal matching type according to a comparison result;
and the matching management module 430 is configured to obtain matching item information and matching logic corresponding to the target transaction matching type, and perform matching management on the matching item information according to the matching logic.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the enterprise size includes a number of sub-enterprises corresponding to the enterprise; the comparison module may further include:
the comparison unit is used for comparing the number of the sub-enterprises with a preset enterprise scale value;
the first determining unit is used for determining that the target transaction matching type is matched according to the sub-enterprises when the number of the sub-enterprises is larger than or equal to the preset enterprise specification value;
and the second determining unit is used for determining that the target transaction matching type is matched according to the whole enterprise when the number of the sub-enterprises is smaller than the preset enterprise scale value.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes a determining module, configured to determine that the pricing date corresponding to the matching item information matches a preset pricing date when the target deal matching type is sub-enterprise matching.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the matching management module may include:
the information acquisition unit is used for acquiring a transaction detail corresponding to the transaction task as the matching item information when the target transaction matching type is matching according to the sub-enterprises;
the data acquisition unit is used for acquiring total transaction data corresponding to the transaction task as the matching item information when the target transaction matching type is matched according to the whole enterprise; wherein the transaction detail comprises sub transaction detail corresponding to the sub enterprise.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the matching logic comprises matching modes comprising pre-matching, full matching and confirmed matching.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the matching logic includes a matching order of each of the matching manners;
the matching management module may further include:
the first matching processing unit is used for sequentially carrying out the pre-matching, the complete matching and the confirmation matching on the matching item information when the target transaction matching type is matching according to sub-enterprises;
and the second matching processing unit is used for sequentially carrying out the pre-matching, the confirmation matching and the complete matching on the matching item information when the target transaction matching type is the enterprise-based overall matching.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the deal information comprises a type of the exclusive resource; the comparison module may further include a first resource type determination unit configured to determine that the type of the dedicated resource is a single plan type.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the comparison module may further include a second resource type determination unit, configured to determine that the target deal matching type is an enterprise-specific overall matching if the type of the dedicated resource is an aggregation plan type.
Since each functional module of the management apparatus for a transaction task according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention is the same as that in the embodiment of the present invention of the management method for a transaction task, it is not described herein again.
It should be noted that although in the above detailed description several modules or units of the management device of the bargaining task are mentioned, this division is not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more modules or units described above may be embodied in one module or unit according to embodiments of the invention. Conversely, the features and functions of one module or unit described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of modules or units.
Further, in an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a computer storage medium capable of implementing the above-described method. On which a program product capable of implementing the above-described method of the present specification is stored. In some possible embodiments, aspects of the invention may also be implemented in the form of a program product comprising program code means for causing a terminal device to carry out the steps according to various exemplary embodiments of the invention described in the above-mentioned "exemplary methods" section of the present description, when said program product is run on the terminal device.
Referring to fig. 5, a program product 500 for implementing the above method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is described, which may employ a portable compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM) and include program code, and may be run on a terminal device, such as a personal computer. However, the program product of the present invention is not limited in this regard and, in the present document, a readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
The program product may employ any combination of one or more readable media. The readable medium may be a readable signal medium or a readable storage medium. A readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the readable storage medium include: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable disk, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A readable signal medium may also be any readable medium that is not a readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computing device, partly on the user's device, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computing device and partly on a remote computing device, or entirely on the remote computing device or server. In the case of a remote computing device, the remote computing device may be connected to the user computing device through any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computing device (e.g., through the internet using an internet service provider).
In addition, in an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, an electronic device capable of implementing the above method is also provided. As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, aspects of the present invention may be embodied as a system, method or program product. Thus, various aspects of the invention may be embodied in the form of: an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment (including firmware, microcode, etc.) or an embodiment combining hardware and software aspects that may all generally be referred to herein as a "circuit," module "or" system.
An electronic device 600 according to such an embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 6. The electronic device 600 shown in fig. 6 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 600 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of the electronic device 600 may include, but are not limited to: the at least one processing unit 610, the at least one memory unit 620, a bus 630 connecting different system components (including the memory unit 620 and the processing unit 610), and a display unit 640.
Wherein the storage unit stores program code that is executable by the processing unit 610 such that the processing unit 610 performs the steps according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention as described in the above section "exemplary method" of the present specification.
The storage unit 620 may include readable media in the form of volatile memory units, such as a random access memory unit (RAM)6201 and/or a cache memory unit 6202, and may further include a read-only memory unit (ROM) 6203.
The memory unit 620 may also include a program/utility 6204 having a set (at least one) of program modules 6205, such program modules 6205 including, but not limited to: an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which, or some combination thereof, may comprise an implementation of a network environment.
Bus 630 may be one or more of several types of bus structures, including a memory unit bus or memory unit controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, a processing unit, or a local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures.
The electronic device 600 may also communicate with one or more external devices 700 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, bluetooth device, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 600, and/or with any devices (e.g., router, modem, etc.) that enable the electronic device 600 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may occur via an input/output (I/O) interface 650. Also, the electronic device 600 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network such as the Internet) via the network adapter 660. As shown, the network adapter 660 communicates with the other modules of the electronic device 600 over the bus 630. It should be appreciated that although not shown in the figures, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with the electronic device 600, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will readily understand that the exemplary embodiments described herein may be implemented by software, or by software in combination with necessary hardware. Therefore, the technical solution according to the embodiment of the present invention can be embodied in the form of a software product, which can be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which can be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.) or on a network, and includes several instructions to make a computing device (which can be a personal computer, a server, a terminal device, or a network device, etc.) execute the method according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Furthermore, the above-described figures are merely schematic illustrations of processes involved in methods according to exemplary embodiments of the invention, and are not intended to be limiting. It will be readily understood that the processes shown in the above figures are not intended to indicate or limit the chronological order of the processes. Claims (10)

1. A method for managing a transaction task is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring deal information corresponding to an exclusive resource set based on a preset purpose, wherein the deal information comprises the enterprise scale of an enterprise to which the exclusive resource belongs;
comparing the enterprise scale with a preset enterprise scale, and determining a target transaction matching type according to a comparison result;
and acquiring matching item information and matching logic corresponding to the target transaction matching type, and performing matching management on the matching item information according to the matching logic.
2. The method for managing transaction tasks according to claim 1, wherein the size of the enterprise comprises the number of sub-enterprises corresponding to the enterprise; the step of comparing the enterprise scale with a preset enterprise scale and determining a target transaction matching type according to a comparison result comprises the following steps:
comparing the number of sub-enterprises with a preset enterprise scale value;
if the number of the sub-enterprises is larger than or equal to the preset enterprise specification value, determining that the target transaction matching type is matched according to the sub-enterprises;
and if the number of the sub-enterprises is smaller than the preset enterprise scale value, determining that the target transaction matching type is matched according to the whole enterprise.
3. The method for managing delivery tasks according to claim 2, wherein when the target delivery matching type is sub-enterprise matching, before the obtaining of the matching item information and the matching logic corresponding to the target delivery matching type, the method further comprises:
and determining that the pricing date corresponding to the matching item information is matched with a preset pricing date.
4. The method for managing a deal task according to claim 2, wherein the acquiring matching item information and matching logic corresponding to the target deal matching type includes:
when the target transaction matching type is matching according to the sub-enterprises, acquiring transaction details corresponding to the transaction tasks as the matching item information;
when the target transaction matching type is matched according to the whole enterprise, acquiring summarized data corresponding to the transaction task as the matching item information;
wherein the transaction detail comprises sub transaction detail corresponding to the sub enterprise.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the matching logic comprises matching modes, the matching modes comprising pre-matching, full matching, and confirmed matching.
6. The method for managing transaction tasks according to claim 5, wherein the matching logic includes a matching sequence of each matching manner; the matching management of the matching item information according to the matching logic includes:
when the target matching type is matched according to the sub-enterprises, the pre-matching, the complete matching and the confirmation matching are sequentially carried out on the matching item information;
and when the target matching type is the enterprise-based overall matching, sequentially carrying out the pre-matching, the confirmation matching and the complete matching on the matching item information.
7. The method for managing a transaction task according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the transaction information includes a type of the exclusive resource;
before the comparing the enterprise size with the preset enterprise size and determining the target deal matching type according to the comparison result, the method further comprises the following steps:
determining the type of the dedicated resource as a single plan type.
8. An apparatus for managing a transaction task, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring transaction information corresponding to an exclusive resource which is set based on a preset purpose, and the transaction information comprises the enterprise scale of an enterprise to which the exclusive resource belongs;
the comparison module is used for comparing the enterprise scale with a preset enterprise scale and determining a target transaction matching type according to a comparison result;
and the matching management module is used for acquiring matching item information and matching logic corresponding to the target transaction matching type and performing matching management on the matching item information according to the matching logic.
9. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements a method of managing a transaction task according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor;
wherein the processor is configured to perform the method of managing a transaction task of any one of claims 1 to 7 via execution of the executable instructions.
