Claims (10)

1. A car angle assembly system, comprising:
a track (3);
the angle iron assembling station (1) and the lower part working station (2) are respectively arranged on the rail (3) along the extending direction of the rail (3);
the lifting appliance (4) is arranged on the track (3) in a sliding manner, and the lifting appliance (4) is connected with a driving device which is used for lifting or putting down the carriage (8) and driving the lifting appliance (4) to slide along the track (3).
2. The car angle assembly system of claim 1, wherein the spreader (4) comprises:
a hanger (41) which is slidably provided on the rail (3);
the hanging leg assembly (43) is movably arranged on the hanging frame (41) through the pushing seat (46), the hanging leg assembly (43) comprises a first supporting leg (431) and a second supporting leg (432), the first supporting leg (431) and the second supporting leg (432) are respectively arranged on two sides of the track (3) along the extending direction of the track (3), and the pushing seat (46) is used for driving the first supporting leg (431) and the second supporting leg (432) to move in opposite directions or in opposite directions.
3. The car angle assembly system of claim 2, wherein:
the lifting appliance (4) further comprises a lifting part (42), one end of the lifting part (42) is movably connected with the track (3), and the other end of the lifting part is connected with the lifting bracket (41).
4. The car angle assembly system of claim 2, wherein:
it also comprises a supporting frame (31), and the track (3) is erected on the supporting frame (31):

7. A method of assembling a car angle, comprising the steps of:
providing a car angle assembly system as defined in any one of claims 1-6;
conveying the carriage (8) to an angle iron assembly station (1), and lifting the carriage (8) by using a lifting appliance (4) to perform angle iron assembly operation;
after the angle iron assembly operation is completed, the lifting appliance (4) conveys the carriage (8) to the lower part working position (2) along the track (3);
and (3) lowering the carriage (8) to a workpiece unloading station by using the lifting appliance (4).
8. A method of car angle assembly as defined in claim 7, wherein:
the lifting device comprises a lifting device (4), a lifting part (42) and a lifting leg assembly (43), wherein the lifting leg assembly (43) is movably arranged on the lifting device (41) through a pushing seat (46), the lifting leg assembly (43) comprises a first supporting leg (431) and a second supporting leg (432), the first supporting leg (431) and the second supporting leg (432) are respectively arranged on two sides of a track (3) along the extending direction of the track (3), one end of the lifting part (42) is movably connected with the track (3), and the other end of the lifting part is connected with the lifting device (41);
lifting the carriage (8) by using the lifting appliance (4), and performing angle iron assembly operation comprises:
the lifting piece (42) lowers the hanging leg assembly (43), and the pushing seat (46) drives the first supporting leg (431) and the second supporting leg (432) to clamp the carriage (8);
the lifting piece (42) lifts the hanging leg assembly (43), and workers perform angle iron assembly operation on the carriage (8).
9. A method of car angle assembly as defined in claim 8, wherein:
a lower switch (33) is arranged on the track (3), the lower switch (33) is positioned on the lower work station (2), and the lower switch (33) is electrically connected with the lifting appliance (4) or connected through a signal;
after angle bar assembly operation is accomplished, hoist (4) is carried carriage (8) to work station (2) down along track (3) to use hoist (4) to drop carriage (8) to work station (2) down include:
the lifting appliance (4) moves to the position of the lower part switch (33) to stop conveying, and the lifting part (42) lowers the carriage (8) to the lower part working position (2).
10. A method of car angle assembly according to claim 8, wherein transporting the car (8) to the angle assembly station (1) comprises:
the carriage (8) is moved to the angle-iron assembly station (1) using the traveling carriage (6).
