s4, adjusting the movable positioning block 302 to axially move and limit the positioning strip 4 and the rack to be processed through the magnetic action external force between the third electromagnet 306 and the fourth electromagnet 307, so that the butt joint of the tail end of the rack to be processed is convenient and stable, and the dislocation of the tail end of the rack to be processed cannot occur due to the vibration action during the continuous connection through the axial pressurization and the magnetic adsorption positioning action.
