The dosage of each of the three examples of the pharmaceutical formulations may be adjusted within the above dosage ranges depending on the symptoms of the patient.
After the 3 medicines are decocted, the traditional Chinese medicine formula capable of nourishing heart, soothing nerves and clearing heart and calming is obtained and is taken warm before sleeping, and once in the morning and evening. The formula takes account of yin deficiency, spleen invigorating and qi replenishing, deficiency heat, blood deficiency, tranquillization, qi stagnation and phlegm dampness of patients, has good effects of tonifying, clearing heat, removing dampness, relieving restlessness and refreshing, and can be used for regulating ying and wei by using four qi and five flavors of the prescription medicine and the property bias of ascending and descending to sink and float by taking the decoction to correct the bias of the human body so as to regulate yin and calm yang and achieve the aim of eliminating pathogenic factors and relieving security.
In addition, according to the symptoms, such as weak body, deficiency of qi and blood, short breath, anemia, neurasthenia, arteriosclerosis, poor body resistance, deficiency of kidney-qi, insomnia, etc., ginseng radix can be added to strengthen primordial qi, invigorate spleen, benefit lung, promote salivation, tranquilize mind and improve intelligence.
If ginseng or/and polygala tenuifolia or/and calamus is/are used, if the patient is tired due to phlegm dampness, sleepiness, amnesia, dizziness and confusion, the patient is not awake. Radix Polygalae and rhizoma Acori Graminei can be added to achieve effects of removing dampness, eliminating phlegm, and refreshing mind.

1. A traditional Chinese medicine formula capable of nourishing heart, soothing nerves and clearing heart and stabilizing is characterized by comprising the following traditional Chinese medicines:
semen Ziziphi Spinosae, mume fructus, bulbus Lilii, semen Nelumbinis, fructus Gardeniae, lalang grass rhizome, folium Bambusae and fructus Citri.
2. The traditional Chinese medicine formula capable of nourishing the heart, soothing the nerves and clearing the heart and calming the mind according to claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
20-50 g of wild jujube seed, 3-8 g of dark plum fruit, 3-8 g of lily, 10-20 g of lotus seed, 10-20 g of cape jasmine, 20-50 g of cogongrass rhizome, 8-15 g of bamboo leaf and 3-8 g of citron.
3. The traditional Chinese medicine formula capable of nourishing heart, soothing nerves and clearing heart and calming mind according to claim 2, which is characterized in that the preferable dosage is as follows:
30g of wild jujube seed, 5g of dark plum fruit, 5g of lily, 15g of lotus seed, 15g of cape jasmine fruit, 30g of cogongrass rhizome, 10g of bamboo leaf and 5g of citron.
4. The traditional Chinese medicine formula capable of nourishing heart, soothing nerves and clearing heart and calming mind according to claim 2, which is characterized in that the preferable dosage is as follows:
20g of wild jujube seed, 3g of dark plum fruit, 3g of lily, 10g of lotus seed, 10g of gardenia, 20g of cogongrass rhizome, 8g of bamboo leaf and 3g of citron.
5. The traditional Chinese medicine formula capable of nourishing heart, soothing nerves and clearing heart and calming mind according to claim 2, which is characterized in that the preferable dosage is as follows:
50g of wild jujube seed, 8g of dark plum fruit, 8g of lily, 20g of lotus seed, 20g of cape jasmine fruit, 50g of cogongrass rhizome, 15g of bamboo leaf and 8g of citron.
6. The traditional Chinese medicine formula capable of nourishing the heart, soothing the nerves and clearing the heart and stabilizing the mind according to any one of the above claims, wherein the dosage form of the formula is a decoction or a pill.
7. The traditional Chinese medicine formula capable of nourishing heart, soothing nerves and clearing heart and calming according to claim 6, wherein ginseng or/and polygala tenuifolia or/and calamus or/and poria cocos can be added according to the complications.
