The present embodiment also provides a spraying device, as shown in fig. 7-10, comprising a power device 12, a spraying assembly 13 and a spraying auxiliary device according to any of the above, wherein the power device 12 may be a traction device or a push-pull device, such as a tractor, for driving the spraying auxiliary device to move for actual spraying operation. The spraying component 13 is connected with the supporting frame 1 through the angle adjusting device 14, can adjust the spraying angle and the spraying direction in a certain interval, and the liquid ray sprayed out of the liquid outlet of the spraying component intersects with the ground up and down to form an included angle of 0-90 degrees. The land width of the spraying surface of the spraying agent can be changed by adjusting the included angle between the spraying component 13 and the ground, so that the spraying equipment is beneficial to being suitable for various working environments with different heights of target crops, and is especially suitable for the working environment of soybean and corn interplanting. The support frame 1 of the spraying auxiliary equipment is connected with the power equipment 12 through a plurality of first connecting rods 15; one end of the first connecting rod 13 is rotatably connected with the support frame 1, the other end is rotatably connected with the power equipment 12, and the telescopic first supporting device 16 is further included, and as an alternative, the first supporting device 16 may be an air cylinder, an oil cylinder, an electric push rod, etc., and in this embodiment, the air cylinder is preferred. One end of the first supporting device 16 is rotationally connected with the power equipment 12, the other end of the first supporting device 16 is rotationally connected with the first connecting rod 15, the first supporting device 16, the first connecting rod 15 and the power equipment 12 form a triangular space, the first connecting rod 15 is favorable for driving the supporting frame 1 to rotate under the action of the first supporting device 16, and the height of the supporting frame 1 relative to the ground is adjusted, so that the spraying equipment can adaptively adjust crops with different heights. The shielding device 11 further comprises a second connecting rod 11-2, and two ends of the second connecting rod 11-2 are respectively connected with the power equipment 12 and the air outlet device 11-1 in a rotating mode. As shown in fig. 8, the device further comprises a telescopic second supporting device 17, two ends of the second supporting device 17 are respectively and rotatably connected with the power equipment 12 and the second connecting rod 11-2, and alternatively, the first supporting device 16 can be a cylinder, an oil cylinder, an electric push rod and the like.
Example 2
In this embodiment, a pesticide spraying machine is taken as an example to specifically explain according to the actual working environment of the spraying device, and the spraying agent is a herbicide, as shown in fig. 11, and the working environment is the weeding operation of the soybean and corn interplanting environment:
as shown in fig. 7-8, the laxative machine includes a power plant 12, a spray assembly 13, and a spray assist device, the power plant 12 in this embodiment preferably being a tractor. The spraying auxiliary equipment comprises a support frame 1 and one or more baffles 2; in this embodiment, 4 baffles 2 are preferable. The support frame 1 of this embodiment is the cuboid frame-type structure of constituteing by a plurality of support units, and support frame 1 includes mounting bracket 1-1, walking wheel support 1-2 and baffle support 1-3, walking wheel support 1-2, baffle support 1-3 all are connected with mounting bracket 1-1, be connected with walking wheel 10 on the walking wheel support 1-2, baffle 2 passes through connecting piece 3 and is connected with baffle support 1-3. Further preferably, the baffle bracket 1-3 is detachably connected to the mounting frame 1-1, and this embodiment is preferably a snap connection.
As shown in fig. 1, the support frame 1 is provided with a connecting piece 3, the baffle 2 is connected with the support frame 1 through the connecting piece 3, and part or whole of the baffle 2 can move up and down relative to the support frame 1, in this embodiment, the whole of the baffle 2 can move up and down relative to the support frame 1. The baffle 2 divides the space in front of or behind the support frame 1 into two or more working spaces, the working spaces are located on the left side or the right side of the baffle, the baffle 2 can move up and down relative to the support frame 1 as a whole, the baffle 2 can move up and down through the connecting piece 3, one end of the connecting piece 3 is connected with the support frame 1, the other end is connected with the baffle 2, the two ends of the connecting piece 3 move relatively along with the up and down movement of the baffle 2, and the connecting piece 3 deforms along with the up and down movement of the baffle 2. The deformation of the connecting member 3 may be performed by the connecting member 3 itself having a deformation capability, such as a spring, a flexible plate, or the like, or may be other structures capable of deforming. The present embodiment specifically defines the connection member 3 as the following deformed structure: as shown in fig. 2, the connecting piece 3 is a first connecting piece 4, the first connecting piece 4 includes a first connecting seat 4-1, a first rod body 4-2 and a second rod body 4-3, the first connecting seat 4-1 is connected with the supporting frame 1, the first rod body 4-2 and the second rod body 4-3 are oppositely arranged, two ends of the first rod body 4-2 are respectively movably connected with the first connecting seat 4-1 and the baffle 2, and two ends of the second rod body 4-3 are respectively movably connected with the first connecting seat 4-1 and the baffle 2; the movable connection mode can be rotary connection, hinging connection and the like, and the embodiment is preferably rotary connection. The baffle 2 and the first connecting seat 4-1, the first rod body 4-2 and the second rod body 4-3 form a four-bar structure together, the height of the baffle 2 can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to the fluctuation of the ground, the ground obstacle crossing and the like through the movement (such as rotation) of the first rod body 4-2 and the second rod body 4-3, the distance (gap) between the baffle 2 and the ground is favorably controlled, and the spray is prevented from drifting from the gap between the baffle 2 and the ground and damaging other areas. In this embodiment, preferably, the baffle bracket 1-3 is provided with a sleeve 8 and a third rod body 9 sleeved in the sleeve 8, two ends of the third rod body 9 extend out of the sleeve 8, and the first connecting seat 4-1 of the first connecting piece 4 is connected with the third rod body 9.
The baffle 2 of this embodiment is vertical to be set up, and the size is 80cm x 80cm, can be favorable to baffle 2 to pass through from the row of crop to the row, and vertical setting can maximize increases the operation space, prevents that the spray from drifting by baffle 2 top. The bottom of the baffle plate 2 is in contact with the ground and is arranged as a chamfer angle near one corner of the support frame 1. Further preferably, the sponge rubber plate is arranged at the chamfer, so that the wear resistance and the shock absorption are facilitated, and the deformation or the abrasion of the chamfer of the baffle plate 2 is prevented.
As shown in fig. 7-10, the spraying component 13 is connected with the support frame 1 through the angle adjusting device 14, so that the spraying angle and the spraying direction can be adjusted in a certain interval, and the landing width of the spraying surface of the spraying agent can be adjusted by adjusting the included angle between the spraying component 13 and the ground, so that the spraying equipment is beneficial to being suitable for various working environments with different heights of target crops, and is particularly suitable for the working environment of soybean and corn interplanting. The supporting frame 1 of the spraying auxiliary equipment is connected with the power equipment 12 through a plurality of first connecting rods 15, and the embodiment is preferably provided with 4 first connecting rods 15; one end of the first connecting rod 13 is rotatably connected with the support frame 1, and the other end of the first connecting rod is rotatably connected with the power equipment 12, and the first connecting rod further comprises a telescopic first supporting device 16. One end of the first supporting device 16 is rotationally connected with the power equipment 12, the other end of the first supporting device 16 is rotationally connected with the first connecting rod 15, the first supporting device 16, the first connecting rod 15 and the power equipment 12 form a triangular space, the first connecting rod 15 is favorable for driving the supporting frame 1 to rotate under the action of the first supporting device 16, and the height of the supporting frame 1 relative to the ground is adjusted, so that the spraying equipment can adaptively adjust crops with different heights.
As shown in fig. 8, the pesticide spraying machine of this embodiment further includes a shielding device 11, where the shielding device 11, the baffle 2 and the ground enclose a spraying space. Further preferably, the shielding device 11 may be an air outlet device 11-1, which is favorable for preventing the spraying agent from drifting above the baffle plate, and further avoiding affecting or damaging other areas. The shielding device 11 further comprises a second connecting rod 11-2, and two ends of the second connecting rod 11-2 are respectively connected with the power equipment 12 and the air outlet device 11-1 in a rotating mode. The device also comprises a telescopic second supporting device 17, two ends of the second supporting device 17 are respectively connected with the power equipment 12 and the second connecting rod 11-2 in a rotating way, and in the embodiment, the first supporting device 16 and the second supporting device 17 are preferably cylinders.

Claims (10)

1. A spraying auxiliary device, characterized by comprising a support frame (1), one or more baffles (2);
the support frame (1) is provided with a connecting piece (3), the baffle (2) is connected with the support frame (1) through the connecting piece (3), and part or whole of the baffle (2) can move up and down relative to the support frame (1);
the baffle (2) divides the space in front of or behind the support frame (1) into two or more working spaces, and the working spaces are positioned on the left side or the right side of the baffle (2).

The spraying auxiliary device according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting piece (3) deforms with the up-and-down movement of the baffle plate (2), or the baffle plate (2) is slidably connected with the connecting piece (3), or the connecting piece (3) is slidably connected with the supporting frame (1), or the baffle plate is of a telescopic structure.

A spraying auxiliary device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that one end of the connecting piece (3) is connected with the supporting frame (1), the other end is connected with the baffle plate (2), and the two ends of the connecting piece (3) are relatively displaced along with the up-and-down movement of the baffle plate (2);
or, a chute (2-1) is arranged on the baffle (2) or the support frame (1), and a sliding block (6-3) matched with the chute (2-1) is arranged on the connecting piece (3);
or, the baffle (2) comprises an upper plate (2-2) and a lower plate (2-3), and the upper plate (2-2) and the lower plate (2-3) can slide relatively and are used for the expansion and contraction of the baffle (2) so as to realize the up-and-down movement of part of the baffle (2) relative to the support frame (1).

A spraying auxiliary device according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the connecting piece (3) is a first connecting piece (4), the first connecting piece (4) comprises a first connecting seat (4-1), a first rod body (4-2) and a second rod body (4-3), the first connecting seat (4-1) is connected with the supporting frame (1), the first rod body (4-2) and the second rod body (4-3) are oppositely arranged, two ends of the first rod body (4-2) are respectively movably connected with the first connecting seat (4-1) and the baffle (2), and two ends of the second rod body (4-2) are respectively movably connected with the first connecting seat (4-1) and the baffle (2);
or, the connecting piece (3) is a second connecting piece (5), the second connecting piece (5) comprises a second connecting seat (5-1) and a plurality of springs (5-2), the second connecting seat (5) is connected with the supporting frame (1), one end of each spring (5-2) is connected with the second connecting seat (5-1), and the other end of each spring is connected with the baffle (2);
or, the connecting piece (3) is a third connecting piece (6), the baffle (2) is provided with a chute (2-1), the third connecting piece (6) comprises a third connecting seat (6-1) and a connecting part (6-2), one end of the connecting part (6-2) is connected with the third connecting seat (6-1), the other end of the connecting part passes through the chute (2-1) to be connected with the baffle (2), and the baffle (2) can move up and down relative to the third connecting piece (6) through the chute (2-1);
or, connecting piece (3) are fourth connecting piece (7), fourth connecting piece (7) are including the flexplate, flexplate one end is connected with support frame (1), and the other end is connected with baffle (2).
5. The spraying assistance device according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom of the baffle (2) is parallel to the ground and the angle of the baffle (2) to the ground is not less than 45 °, preferably the baffle (2) is arranged vertically;
and/or, the bottom of the baffle plate (2) is in contact with the ground and is close to one corner of the support frame (1) to be a chamfer;
and/or the support frame (1) is a frame structure consisting of a plurality of support units.
6. The spraying auxiliary device according to claim 1 or 5, wherein the supporting frame (1) comprises a mounting frame (1-1), a travelling wheel bracket (1-2) and a baffle bracket (1-3), the travelling wheel bracket (1-2) and the baffle bracket (1-3) are connected with the mounting frame (1-1),
the walking wheel bracket (1-2) is connected with a walking wheel (10), and the baffle (2) is connected with the baffle bracket (1-3) through a connecting piece (3).
7. The spraying auxiliary device according to claim 1, further comprising a shielding means (11), wherein the shielding means (11) encloses a spraying space with the baffle plate (2) and the ground, and preferably, the shielding means (11) is an air outlet means (11-1).
8. A spraying device, characterized by comprising a power device (12) and a spraying aid according to any of claims 1-8, said spraying aid being connected to the power device (12),
also included is a spray assembly (13) located within the working space.
9. A spraying device according to claim 8, characterized in that the spraying assembly (13) is connected to the support frame (1) by means of an angle adjusting means (14), the angle adjusting means (14) being adapted to adjust the angle of the spraying assembly (13) to the ground.

The spraying equipment according to claim 8, characterized in that the supporting frame (1) of the spraying auxiliary equipment is connected with the power equipment (12) through a plurality of first connecting rods (15), and two ends of the first connecting rods (15) are respectively connected with the supporting frame (1) and the power equipment (12) in a rotating way;
the power equipment further comprises a plurality of first supporting devices (16), the first supporting devices (16) are telescopic, and two ends of each first supporting device (16) are respectively connected with the power equipment (12) and the first connecting rod (15) in a rotating mode.
