as shown in fig. 1, the pesticide sprayer of the embodiment comprises a support frame 1, a spraying assembly 3 and one or more baffles 2, and the pesticide sprayer can be connected with an external traction device, such as a tractor head; the baffle 2 is connected with the support frame 1, the space behind the support frame 1 is divided into two or more spraying areas by the baffle 2, the spraying areas are located on the left side or the right side of the baffle 2, the spray heads 3-2 of the spraying assemblies 3 are located in the spraying areas, the embodiment is preferred, the whole spraying assemblies 3 are located in the spraying areas, the support frame 1 is provided with the angle adjusting device 4, the spraying assemblies 3 are connected with the support frame 1 through the angle adjusting device 4, and the angle adjusting device 4 is used for adjusting the included angles between the spraying assemblies 3 and the ground so as to change the height from the spray heads to the ground, and the landing width of a liquid medicine fan-shaped spraying plane can be adjusted. One end of the spraying component 3, which is far away from the support frame 1, is provided with a liquid outlet, so that the spraying direction of the liquid outlet is backward, the spraying agent can be prevented from drifting, and the height of the spraying component is reduced.
The supporting frame 1 comprises an installation frame 1-1, the installation frame 1-1 is connected with a baffle plate support 1-2, a spraying support 1-4 and a walking wheel support 1-3, and the baffle plate 2 is connected with the baffle plate support 1-2 through a connecting piece; the spraying assembly 3 is connected with spraying supports 1-4 through an angle adjusting device 4, and walking wheels 7 are connected to the walking wheel supports 1-3. The angle adjusting device 4 can be close to the circle center of the walking wheel 7, and when the spraying equipment walks, the shaking amplitude of the spraying assembly 3 is favorably reduced, so that the spraying assembly is kept in a stable state. The spraying assembly 3 is connected with the spraying brackets 1-4 through an angle adjusting device 4. The specific connection mode of the angle adjusting device 4 is as follows: as shown in fig. 6, the angle adjusting device 4 includes a first mounting base 4-1, a first limiting member 4-2, and a first rotating member 4-3, the first mounting base 4-1 and the first limiting member 4-2 are both connected to the spray bracket 1-4, the first rotating member 4-3 is movably connected to the first mounting base 4-1, the first rotating member 4-3 extends from the first mounting base 4-1 to the first limiting member 4-2 and contacts with the first limiting member 4-2, the first rotating member 4-3 can rotate around the first limiting member 4-2 or the first mounting base 4-1, and the spray assembly 3 is connected to the first rotating member 4-3. Preferably, the first mounting seat 4-1 and the first limiting member 4-2 are arranged up and down, and the first limiting member 4-2 is close to the bottom end of the spray bracket 1-4. In the preferred embodiment, the top end of the first rotating member 4-3 is provided with a through hole, the adjusting bolt is used as a first mounting seat 4-1, a first limiting member 4-2 is arranged below the adjusting bolt, the first rotating member 4-3 can be driven to rotate around the first limiting member 4-2 by rotating the adjusting bolt, a sleeve can be further arranged on the first rotating member 4-3, the first limiting member is U-shaped, the first limiting member 4-2 is rotatably connected with the sleeve through a pin shaft, the first rotating member 4-3 rotates and drives the spraying assembly 3 to rotate, the spraying angle and direction of the spraying assembly 3 are further adjusted, and the spraying device is suitable for the operation environment for interplanting soybean and corn; the spraying component angle adjusting mechanism achieves the requirement of the landing width of the fan-shaped spraying plane of the liquid medicine by adjusting the included angle between the spraying component and the ground, can firstly determine the height of the spraying component when in use, then achieves the requirement of the landing width of the fan-shaped spraying plane of the liquid medicine by adjusting the angle, and uniformly sprays the liquid medicine on a designated operation surface.
The first rotating member 4-3 is arc-shaped, V-shaped or linear, preferably, the first limiting member 4-2 is located between the spraying assembly 3 and the first installation base 4-1, one end of the first rotating member 4-3 is connected with the first installation base 4-1, and the other end of the first rotating member passes through the first limiting member 4-2 to be connected with the spraying assembly 3, and the first installation base 4-1 and the first limiting member 4-2 are vertically arranged. Preferably, the first rotating member 4-3 is V-shaped, and the included angle of the V-shape is greater than 90 °. The specific first rotating part 4-3 can be a V-shaped rod, a V-shaped plate, an arc-shaped rod, an arc-shaped plate, a straight rod or a straight plate, and the like, the first rotating part 4-3 is designed into an arc shape or a V shape, and when the first rotating part 4-3 rotates and is in contact with the first limiting part 4-2, compared with a linear shape, if an arc-shaped opening or a V-shaped opening faces the spraying support 1-4, the spraying range of the spraying assembly 3 is favorably expanded; if the arc-shaped opening or the V-shaped opening faces away from the spray brackets 1 to 4, the spray range of the spray assembly 3 can be reduced.
