the monitoring item construction module is used for constructing work items monitored on site in the environmental protection industry and generating a second operation page for a user to acquire monitoring data;
and the monitoring data processing module is used for acquiring, counting and uploading the monitoring data.
2. The mobile APP for off-line environmental protection industry field monitoring according to claim 1, wherein the basic function setting module comprises a basic function setting unit and a first operation page generating unit;
a basic function setting unit for setting a basic function of the mobile APP; the basic functions comprise login management items, basic setting items, log setting items, default display setting items and item setting items;
and the first operation page generation unit is used for generating a first operation page for performing functional operation according to the basic function.
3. The mobile APP for on-site monitoring of offline environmental protection industry according to claim 1, wherein the monitoring project construction module comprises a project basic information construction unit, a project sampling list setting unit and a second operation page generation unit;
the project basic information construction unit is used for constructing basic information of the monitoring project;
the project sampling list setting unit is used for setting operation information of the project sampling list;
and the second operation page generation unit is used for respectively generating a project operation page and a sampling sheet operation page according to the basic information of the monitoring project and the operation information of the project sampling sheet, and summarizing the project operation page and the sampling sheet operation page to obtain a second operation page.
4. A mobile APP for off-line environmental protection industry on-site monitoring as defined in claim 3 wherein the project basic information construction unit comprises a master project information setting subunit and a slave project information setting subunit;
a main item information setting subunit, configured to set the item number and the delegate unit name as main item information, and set an editing item of the main item information; editing items include downloading, updating, downloading static data and deleting;
and the sub-item information setting subunit is used for setting item details, client contacts and item progress as sub-item information, setting editing points and operation items for starting sampling in the item details sub-item information, and performing corresponding operations by using the operation items to jump to sub-items of the editing points and sub-items for starting sampling after clicking.
5. The mobile APP for off-line environmental protection industry field monitoring as defined in claim 4, wherein the project sampling sheet setting unit comprises a sampling type editing subunit and a sampling type setting subunit;
a sample type editing subunit for editing the sub-items based on the start of the sampling, editing the sub-item of the sample type; the sub item editing comprises new addition, uploading, task photographing, task attachment and deletion;
and the sampling type setting subunit is used for setting after selecting the sample type.
6. The mobile APP for off-line environmental protection industry on-site monitoring of claim 5 wherein the sampling type setting subunit comprises a category name setting subunit, a category content setting subunit, and a category operation setting subunit;
a category name setting molecular unit for setting a category name of the item sampling sheet;
a category content setting molecular unit for setting category content;
a category operation setting molecule unit for setting an operation item name of the category operation.
7. A mobile APP for off-line environmental protection industry field monitoring according to claim 3 wherein the monitoring data processing module comprises a data acquisition unit and a data processing unit;
the data acquisition unit is used for operating the first operation page, the project operation page and the sampling list operation page by a user to acquire monitoring data;
and the data processing unit is used for counting the monitoring data and uploading the counting result to the data processing server under the condition of network smoothness.

The mobile APP for on-site monitoring in an off-line environment-friendly industry according to claim 7, further comprising an operation error correction reminding module for monitoring the whole process of obtaining monitoring data by a user and carrying out error correction reminding on the operation; the operation error correction reminding module comprises an operation specification setting unit and an operation error reminding unit;
an operation specification setting unit, configured to set an operation specification data standard example library based on historical operation data of a user, and set a link prompt popup window and popup window content of an operation error;
the operation error reminding unit is used for auditing the real-time operation data of the user; the auditing comprises the steps of comparing the real-time operation data with the data standard examples of the operation specification data standard example library, triggering a popup link to prompt popup window if the comparison does not meet the preset requirement, and prompting a user to correct errors through popup window content.
