Abstract

一种代替乙炔气的液化烃类燃气,由普通液化烃类燃气中加入一定比例的过氧化物溶剂构成,使用时配用氧气,以代替乙炔气对金属材料进行割焊,其操作工艺与乙炔气相同,具有价廉物美,节能降耗,安全性好,运输方便,可液化,在相同重量下每罐燃气使用时间长等优点,能达到乙炔气的效果,且对盛装容器要求不高,是一种理想的金属材料焊割用新燃气。

一种代替乙炔气的液化烃类燃气
本发明涉及燃气,属一种代替乙炔气用于金属材料气焊、气割的燃气。
目前,我国对金属材料气割、气焊普遍以乙炔气为燃气,配以氧气使用。乙炔气生产工艺复杂,生产耗电极大,建厂投资也大,加之乙炔气的安全性较差,其每平方厘米超过1.5kg的压力易发生爆炸,气压不能超过1.5kg/cm2,不能液化,每瓶容器装入量较少,且对钢瓶容器质量要求较高,需绝对恒温,钢瓶采用双层设计,中间夹层抽取真空,钢瓶投资较大且笨重,因此,乙炔气存在生产成本较高,不便运输,安全性差,投资较大,耗能大,每瓶使用时间短等缺点。
本发明的主要目的是针对乙炔气的不足,提供一种性能相当,成本较低,安全性好,投资少,对容器要求较低的新的燃气,以代替乙炔气用于金属材料焊割。
本发明提供一种液化烃类燃气以代替乙炔气。该液化烃类燃气采用现社会上广泛使用的普通液化烃类燃气为主,加入一定比例的过氧化物溶剂组成,加入过氧化物溶剂在于提高液化烃类燃气的火焰温度。本发明的液化烃类燃气采用常规液化罐盛装,其制备过程也十分简单,首先将过氧化物溶剂用一种压力设备经液化罐角阀装入罐中,然后将定量的普通液化烃类燃气装入罐中即成,使用时工艺与乙炔气相同,配用氧气即可焊割各种厚度的金属材料,达到乙炔气的效果。
本发明的优点一目了然,该液化烃类燃气具有价廉物美,节能降耗,安全性好,运输方便,投资少,可液化,相同重量下每罐使用时间长等优点。
本发明的一种具体实施方案如下:首先将液化烃类燃气重量3‰的过氧化氢和5‰的高锰酸钾在防蚀反应釜内加入适量(以足够溶解为准)的软质水进行充分的搅拌反应,制得过氧化物溶剂,然后加压经角阀充入液化罐中,再将定量的液化烃类燃气充入液化罐中即成。
本发明的液化烃类燃气以液态贮存于液化罐中,罐内压力可达15--16kg/cm2,使用时配用氧气,其焊割操作与乙炔气相同,可焊割各种厚度的金属材料,在15mm厚度内,其所需焊割时间与乙炔气一样,当厚度大于15mm,则所用时间相对多一点。

Claims (2)

1、一种代替乙炔气的液化烃类燃气,其特征在于该液化烃类燃气由普通液化烃类燃气中加入适量的过氧化物溶剂组成。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种代替乙炔气的液化烃类燃气,其特征在于适量的过氧化物溶剂是由液化烃类燃气重量3‰的过氧化氢及5‰的高锰酸钾加入适量的软质水经充分搅拌而成的溶剂。
