In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the embodiment of the application provides a method, a device, equipment and a computer storage medium for determining credit. The method for determining the credit limit provided by the embodiment of the application is first described below.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a method for determining credit according to an embodiment of the application.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for determining credit line provided in the embodiment of the present application includes S110 to S160.
S110, receiving input of a user to a target interface in an organization, wherein the input comprises an organization identifier, the organization comprises a small micro enterprise, and the organization comprises at least one user.
In some embodiments, the organization may include, but is not limited to, a small micro-business, such as a tobacco retail business, and the organization identification may be an organization name. Here, the small micro-enterprise is a generic term for small enterprises, micro-enterprises, and home-shop enterprises.
S120, responding to the input, and acquiring the business years of the organization, the number of orders, the order placing frequency and the license term under the condition that the organization identification is the target organization identification.
In some embodiments, the organization identification and the target organization identification are compared, and in the case that the organization identification is the target organization identification, the business years of the organization, the number of orders, the frequency of placing the orders, and the license terms are obtained, wherein the target organization identification comprises at least one.
S130, acquiring grade information and order information corresponding to the organization identification under the condition that the business years, the number of orders, the frequency of placing the orders and the license deadline meet target conditions.
In some embodiments, the access rule base stores a business year threshold, a number of orders placed threshold, a frequency of orders placed threshold, and the target condition may include a business year greater than the business year threshold, a number of orders placed greater than the number of orders placed threshold, a frequency of orders placed greater than the frequency of orders placed threshold, and a number of days from the expiration date of the license greater than the target value. In some embodiments, the level information characterizes a range in which an organization is located in all organizations, for example, the level information may be that the level of the organization is represented by a numerical value, and the higher the numerical value, the higher the range is. The order information may include, but is not limited to, whether an organization opens up to a public settlement house at a bank, whether an organization records the number of months at a bank with a substitute, where the organization is located, the amount of the order in the month, and the number of times the order was placed in the year, where the order information includes at least one piece.
And S140, determining the gear parameters of the organization based on the corresponding relation between the grade information and the gear parameters.
In some embodiments, the gear parameter characterizes a parameter corresponding to an interval in which gears are organized in all organizations.
As an example, the gear parameters corresponding to the intervals in which the different gears are located are different, for example, the ranks of all the organizations are ordered, that is, the numerical values representing the ranks are ordered from big to small, the interval in which the gears are located is the first 20% of the organization, the corresponding gear parameter is a, the interval in which the gears are located is 20% -40% of the organization, the corresponding gear parameter is B, the interval in which the gears are located is 40% -60% of the organization, the corresponding gear parameter is C, the interval in which the gears are located is 60% -80% of the organization, the corresponding gear parameter is D, the interval in which the gears are located is 80% -100% of the organization, and the corresponding gear parameter is E, wherein a > B > C > D > E.
In another example, the gear parameter may be calculated by equation (1), equation (1) as follows:
X=f(a) (1)
wherein X represents a gear parameter, and a represents grade information. f represents a correspondence relationship between the gear parameter and the grade information.
And S150, grading the order information by utilizing grading rules of the order information to obtain grading values.
In some embodiments, the scoring rule of the order information includes scoring rule of each piece of order information, for example, the scoring rule of the order information includes scoring rule of cumulative order placement times in year, in order to add a score to an organization in case that the cumulative order placement times in year is greater than a preset times (the score value may be changed according to the setting in the scoring rule and is not limited to only add a score), and if not, add no score, where the preset times are times set in advance; the scoring rule of the order information includes a scoring rule of the place where the organization is located, and a score is added to the organization when the place where the organization is located is within a preset range (the score value can be changed according to the setting in the scoring rule and is not limited to only one score), if not, the score is not added, and the preset range is set in advance. And grading the order information by utilizing grading rules of the order information, wherein the obtained grading value is an accumulated grading value.
As one example, the score value may be calculated by equation (2), equation (2) as follows:
wherein b represents whether to open a public account at a bank, c represents that an organization records the number of months when the organization has a substitute at the bank, d represents that the organization is at the place, e represents the amount of an order in the month, m represents the number of times of accumulated order placement in a year, and g represents the grading rule of order information. It should be noted that the number of independent variables can be changed here, and is not limited to 5 (i.e., b, c, d, e and m).
S160, determining the credit limit of the organization by using the gear parameter, the grading value and the turnover coefficient.
In some embodiments, the turnover factor is a constant value that is used to adjust the credit of the output, e.g., the turnover factor may be represented by Z, which is a constant.
As one example, the credit of the organization may be determined by calculating the product of the gear parameter, the scoring value, and the turnover factor.
Thus, the level information and the order information of the organizations meeting the conditions are obtained, the credit line of the organizations is calculated through the level information and the order information of the organizations, the organizations can be precisely positioned, different organizations are differentially managed, the credit line of the small-sized organizations is calculated in a targeted manner, and the credit line of the organizations can be more accurately determined.
Based on this, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, after S160 described above, the method may further include:
s170, deducting the credit line by utilizing a credit line deduction rule to obtain the target credit line of the organization.
In some embodiments, the credit limit deduction rule may include deducting the credit limit from the highest credit limit when the credit limit reaches the upper limit of the credit limit, and the credit limit deduction rule may further include a credit limit deduction rule customized according to different organizations, where the credit limit deduction rule is set in advance, and the credit limit deduction rule includes at least one credit limit.
Thus, the final loan amount can be generated through unified credit limit upper limit control and limit deduction rules, and the differentiated setting is satisfied.
Based on this, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the input includes a user identification, and S130 may specifically include S101 to S102.
S101, generating authority information of an organization under the condition that the user identification is a target user identification and the business years, the number of orders, the frequency of placing the orders and the license deadline meet target conditions.
In some embodiments, the user identification may be a user name, and the user identification may be a user identification of at least one user in the organization, the user being a user bound to the organization, e.g., for small micro-businesses, the user being a business owner.
In some embodiments, the admission rule base stores a plurality of target conditions, the admission rule base also stores a target organization identifier and a target user identifier, and the authority information of the organization is generated under the condition that the organization identifier and the user identifier are respectively consistent with the target organization identifier and the target user identifier, and the operation age, the number of orders, the frequency of placing orders and the license term meet the target conditions.
In some embodiments, the authority information for the organization is generated where the organization identification is consistent with the target organization identification, the user identification is consistent with the target user identification, and the business year of the organization is greater than a business year threshold, the number of orders placed is greater than a number of orders threshold, the frequency of orders placed is greater than a frequency of orders threshold, and the number of days from the license expiration date is greater than a target value. As one example, the target organization identification and the target user identification stored in the admission rule base include a target organization name and a target user name, and in the case where the organization name and the user name are identical to the target organization name and the target user name, authority information of the organization is generated.
In some embodiments, in the event that the organization identity and the user identity are inconsistent with the target organization identity and the target user identity, first information is generated for the organization, the first information characterizing that the organization does not qualify for credit.
S102, acquiring grade information and order information corresponding to the organization identification under the condition that the authority information meets preset authority information.
In some embodiments, the first information of the organization is generated in case the rights information does not satisfy the preset rights information.
Thus, when the organization has a request for the credit limit, the application input of the organization for the credit limit is received, whether the organization qualifies for applying for the credit limit is checked, the high-quality organization is screened, and the credit limit of the organization is calculated only under the condition that the authority information of the organization meets the preset authority information.
Based on this, in some embodiments, after S160 described above, the method may further include:
obtaining a credit value of an organization;
and under the condition that the credit value is larger than a preset threshold value, transferring the resource information to the resource receiving equipment of the organization according to the target credit line.
In some embodiments, the credit value may be determined from credit data of an organization. After the target credit line is determined, judging whether the credit value of the organization is larger than a preset threshold value, and transferring the resource information to the resource receiving equipment of the organization according to the target credit line under the condition that the credit value is larger than the preset threshold value, otherwise, not transferring the resource information.
Therefore, whether the resource transfer is to be performed is judged according to the credit value, and the safety of the resource information is improved.
Based on this, in some embodiments, the method may further comprise:
monitoring resource information;
and generating and displaying early warning information under the condition that the resource management equipment of the organization is detected to transfer the resource information to the resource management equipment of the target organization.
In some embodiments, the early warning information may be displayed on the display interface through a pop-up window, and the organization identifier may be displayed while the early warning information is displayed.
Thus, the dynamic state of the resource information is monitored in real time, and the safety of the resource information is improved.
Based on this, in some embodiments, the method may further comprise:
and updating the turnover coefficient of the organization according to the credit value.
Therefore, the turnover coefficient can be updated according to the credit value of the organization, the client credit is differentiated, and the defects of the traditional credit calculating method are overcome.
As an example, as shown in fig. 4, under the condition that a user in an organization inputs a credit limit in a target interface, judging whether the organization meets a target condition in an admission rule base, under the condition that an organization identifier is a target organization identifier, a user identifier is a target user identifier, and the business years, the number of orders, the frequency of placing orders and the license term meet the target condition in the admission rule base, generating authority information, under the condition that the authority information of the generated organization meets preset authority information, respectively determining a gear parameter and a grading value by using grade information and order information, determining the credit limit of the organization by using the gear parameter, the grading value and an adjusting coefficient, deducting the credit limit by using a credit limit deduction rule, obtaining the target credit limit of the organization, finally determining whether to transfer resource information (resource information corresponding to the target credit limit) to resource receiving equipment of the organization according to the credit value, and detecting and pre-warning the resource information after transferring the resource information; in the case that the organization information does not meet the target conditions in the admission rule library, the organization is not qualified to apply for credit, and the application is not passed. Wherein the scoring card includes a credit value.
