In particular embodiments, memory 402 may include Read Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic disk storage media devices, optical storage media devices, flash memory devices, electrical, optical, or other physical/tangible memory storage devices. Thus, in general, the memory includes one or more tangible (non-transitory) computer-readable storage media (e.g., memory devices) encoded with software comprising computer-executable instructions and when the software is executed (e.g., by one or more processors), it is operable to perform the operations described with reference to the scientific enterprise assessment methods provided in accordance with embodiments of the present application.
The processor 401 reads and executes the computer program instructions stored in the memory 402 to implement the scientific and technological enterprise evaluation method provided by the embodiment of the present application.
In one example, the electronic device may also include a communication interface 403 and a bus 410. As shown in fig. 4, the processor 401, the memory 402, and the communication interface 403 are connected via a bus 410 to complete communication therebetween.
The communication interface 403 is mainly used for implementing communication between modules, apparatuses, units and/or devices in the embodiments of the present application.
Bus 410 includes hardware, software, or both to couple the components of the electronic device to each other. By way of example, and not limitation, a bus may include an Accelerated Graphics Port (AGP) or other graphics bus, an Enhanced Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, a Front Side Bus (FSB), a Hypertransport (HT) interconnect, an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, an infiniband interconnect, a Low Pin Count (LPC) bus, a memory bus, a Micro Channel Architecture (MCA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, a PCI-Express (PCI-X) bus, a Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) bus, a video electronics standards association local (VLB) bus, or other suitable bus or a combination of two or more of these. Bus 410 may include one or more buses, where appropriate. Although specific buses are described and shown in the embodiments of the present application, any suitable buses or interconnects are contemplated by the present application.
In addition, in combination with the scientific and technological enterprise evaluation method in the foregoing embodiment, the embodiment of the present application further provides a computer storage medium for implementation. The computer storage medium having computer program instructions stored thereon; the computer program instructions, when executed by the processor, implement the scientific and technological enterprise evaluation method provided by the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer program product, and when an instruction in the computer program product is executed by a processor of an electronic device, the electronic device executes the scientific and technological enterprise evaluation method provided in the embodiment of the present application.
It is to be understood that the present application is not limited to the particular arrangements and instrumentality described above and shown in the attached drawings. A detailed description of known methods is omitted herein for the sake of brevity. In the above embodiments, several specific steps are described and shown as examples. The code segments may be downloaded via computer networks such as the internet, intranet, etc.
It should also be noted that the exemplary embodiments mentioned in this application describe some methods or systems based on a series of steps or devices. However, the present application is not limited to the order of the above-described steps, that is, the steps may be performed in the order mentioned in the embodiments, may be performed in an order different from the order in the embodiments, or may be performed simultaneously.

Claims (15)

1. A scientific and technological enterprise evaluation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S101, obtaining attribute information of a scientific and technological enterprise to be evaluated, wherein the attribute information comprises technical field information of the scientific and technological enterprise to be evaluated and at least one scientific and technological creation evaluation index value corresponding to the scientific and technological enterprise to be evaluated;
step S102, determining a scientific and creative evaluation index weight and an adjustment coefficient corresponding to the scientific and technological enterprise to be evaluated according to the technical field information, wherein the adjustment coefficient is related to the technical field and a credit policy;
and S103, evaluating the technological innovation capability of the to-be-evaluated technological enterprise according to the at least one scientific evaluation index value, the scientific evaluation index weight and the adjusting coefficient.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step S102 comprises:
classifying the scientific and technological enterprises to be evaluated according to the technical field information;
and determining the scientific creation evaluation index weight and the adjusting coefficient corresponding to the scientific and technological enterprise to be evaluated according to the classification result of classifying the scientific and technological enterprise to be evaluated.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step S103 comprises:
carrying out weighted summation according to the at least one scientific creation evaluation index value and the scientific creation evaluation index weight to obtain a scientific creation evaluation value corresponding to the scientific and technological enterprise to be evaluated;
and calculating the product of the scientific evaluation value and the adjusting coefficient to obtain an enterprise value corresponding to the scientific enterprise to be evaluated so as to evaluate the scientific innovation capability of the scientific enterprise to be evaluated.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and determining the scientific and technological innovation level of the scientific and technological enterprise to be evaluated according to the corresponding relation between the scientific and technological innovation level and the enterprise value range so as to evaluate the scientific and technological innovation capability of the scientific and technological enterprise to be evaluated.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
updating the technological innovation level of the to-be-evaluated technological enterprise according to at least one early warning item of the following items:
credit policy, negative list, technical conversion power, development stability.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the at least one scientific evaluation index value corresponding to the scientific and technological enterprise to be evaluated comprises:
and all scientific and technological evaluation index values corresponding to the scientific and technological enterprises to be evaluated.
7. A scientific and technological enterprise evaluation device, characterized in that the device includes:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring attribute information of a to-be-evaluated scientific and technological enterprise, and the attribute information comprises technical field information of the to-be-evaluated scientific and technological enterprise and at least one scientific and creative evaluation index value corresponding to the to-be-evaluated scientific and technological enterprise;

the classification submodule is used for classifying the scientific and technological enterprises to be evaluated according to the technical field information;
and the determining submodule is used for determining the scientific and technological creation evaluation index weight and the adjusting coefficient corresponding to the scientific and technological enterprise to be evaluated according to the classification result of classifying the scientific and technological enterprise to be evaluated.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the evaluation module comprises:
the weighting submodule is used for carrying out weighted summation according to the at least one scientific and technological evaluation index value and the scientific and technological evaluation index weight to obtain a scientific and technological evaluation value corresponding to the scientific and technological enterprise to be evaluated;
