When the application is used for spraying the lining rubber storage tank, the lining rubber storage tank is firstly lifted by external lifting equipment, then is rightly placed on the supporting plate 11, is abutted against a supporting seat of the lining rubber storage tank by the limiting block 12 to limit, then the supporting plate 11 with the lining rubber storage tank is forked on the supporting plate 31 by an external forklift, is shaped and limited by the shaping plate 34, then the lifting mechanism 3 lifts the lining rubber storage tank to enable the lining rubber storage tank to be matched with the extrusion unit, thus each pipe orifice of the lining rubber storage tank is plugged, the lining rubber storage tank is fixed, one side of the lifting mechanism 3 is lifted, the lining rubber storage tank is deflected by a certain angle by matching with the stepping motor 25, then is sprayed by the spraying mechanism 4 on one side, then the lining rubber storage tank is rotated to the other side by a certain angle, the lining rubber storage tank is replaced after spraying is finished, and the shielding part and dead angle of the sprayed lining rubber storage tank are manually sprayed, so that the integrity of the outer surface of the lining rubber storage tank is ensured.
