Abstract
一种在中压配电柜母线容器内的、封闭式固体绝缘的母线上测量电压的装置,该中压配电柜配备有设置在气室内的真空断路器和三位式开关,并且在气室前的正面具有低压盒。该装置是通过设置在母线(SSE)上方和低压盒(NSK)后面的单相电压互感器(SW1、SW2、SW3)实现的,其中电压互感器(SW1、SW2、SW3)的接触是通过位于电压互感器上表面的适配连接件实现的。这种装置用于气体绝缘的功率开关装置8DC。
Description
本发明涉及一种在中压配电柜设置在母线容器内的、封闭式固体绝缘的母线上测量电压的装置,该中压配电柜配备有设置在气室内的真空断路器和三位式开关,并且在气室前的正面具有低压盒。
在西门子公司印刷出版物“中压设备”,产品目录HA35.11,1993,第26页中公开了这样一种装置。直接在母线容器上进行电压测量,其中电压互感器本身是绝缘的并设置在单独一个充有保护气体的机壳内。其中电压互感器可以直接通过一相应的接触引线与母线连接,或通过三位式开关的释放触点与母线进行可控的连接。后一种方案实现了不必事先将母线断开,即可对有故障的电压互感器进行调换。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种装置,在此装置中用非常小的代价即可实现对这种中压配电柜的电压测量并且操作简单,安全可靠。本发明的目的是通过下述特征实现的:
1.1.该装置是通过浇注的、单相的电压互感器实现的,
1.2.单相电压互感器直接设在母线上方的低压盒后面,
1.3.电压互感器与母线的接触分别通过一适配连接件实现,该适配连接件安装在某电压互感器的外表面。
由于采用了浇注的电压互感器,因而已不再需要用于装纳电压互感器的通用的气密封的机壳。另外,这种结构的电压互感器具有良好的防触电性能。由于电压互感器直接设置在母线容器的上方和低压盒的后面,因而实现了这种装置的紧凑结构。带有母线触点连接端的电压互感器可以直接地或通过三位式开关的一释放触点与某设置在充气母线容器内的母线连接。
本发明的一种有益的设计的特征是:
2.1.电压互感器的外形是由一个三侧限定的六面体块构成,在其第四侧接有一个横截面向外逐步收缩的梯形块,
2.2.适配连接件位于逐步收缩的梯形块的上表面上,
2.3.电压互感器相向,从而使适配连接件近似呈直线地设置在一与低压盒正面平行的平面上,并且相互平行。
这样又进一步提高了该装置结构的紧凑性并且使在中压配电柜内所需占用的位置减到最小。另外,电压互感器与母线的接触是通过一个适配连接件实现的。
下面将通过在四幅附图中所示的实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,附图中:
图1和2示出中压配电柜主要的部件及部件间的相互位置,
图3和4为带有连接元件的电压互感器的详细示图。
图1为低压配电柜的侧视图,在该图中仅对理解本发明必要的部件作了具体的表示。从图中可以看出,母线SSE直接设置在真空开关管的图中未加以标示的气室上面。单相电压互感器SW1、SW2和SW3直接位于母线SSE上面:另外从图中还可以看出,电压互感器SW1、SW2、SW3被直接设置在低压盒NSK的后面。
图2为中压配电柜的正视图,其中在图中未示出低压盒NSK(图1)。从图中可以清楚地看出,各个电压互感器SW..通过其适配连接件AA..与母线SSE连接。另外,在图中标示出位于母线SSE下方的图中未标示的气室内的、此时正处于开关位置“断”的三位式开关DSS。
图3为电压互感器SW..的前视图,在图中仅示出带有适配器AD3的电压互感器SW3。另外从图中还可以看出,电压互感器SW3含有一个作为与次级连接端口连接的连接件的低压插接装置SKA。
图4为用于测量电压的带有三个电压互感器SW1、SW2、SW3的配置的下俯视图,从图中可以看出其横截面三侧限定的六面体块外形带有逐步收缩的梯形块轮廓以及这些六面体块之间的相互配置。另外还可以看出,适配连接件AA1、AA2、AA3在一与图中未示出的低压盒的正面平行的平面上,相互对准并且相互平行,所配属的适配器并未插在这些适配连接件上。
Claims (2)
1.一种在中压配电柜设置在母线容器内的、封闭式固体绝缘的母线上测量电压的装置,该配电柜配备有设置在气室内的真空断路器和三位式开关,并且在气室前的正面具有低压盒,其特征在于:
1.1.该装置是通过浇注的、单相的电压互感器(SW1、SW2、SW3)实现的,
1.2.单相电压互感器(SW1、SW2、SW3)直接在低压盒(NSK)后面的母线(SSE)上方,
1.3.电压互感器(SW1、SW2、SW3)与母线(SSE)的接通分别通过一适配连接件(AA1、AA2、AA3)来实现,该适配连接件安装在各自的电压互感器(SW1、SW2、SW3)的外表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的测量电压的装置,其特征在于:
2.1.电压互感器(SW1、SW2、SW3)的外形由一个三侧限定的六面体块构成,在其第四侧接有一个横截面向外逐步收缩的梯形块,
2.2.适配连接件(AA1、AA2、AA3)位于逐步收缩的梯形块的上表面上,
2.3.电压互感器(SW1、SW2、SW3)相向,从而使适配连接件(AA1、AA2、AA3)近似呈直线地设置在一与低压盒(NSK)的正面平行的平面内且相互平行。
