s2, the operation ship salvages a mooring anchor chain 2 which is wet at the sea bottom, enters the operation radius range of the semi-submersible production platform crane and keeps a certain safe operation distance with the platform;
s3, the semi-submersible production platform crane transmits the information chain 1 to a working ship;
s4, connecting the mooring anchor chain 2 and the information chain 1 together through mounting chain rings on a deck of a working ship;
s5, the operation ship uses a towing winch to lower the mooring anchor chain 2 after connection is completed, and the semi-submersible production platform anchor machine synchronously recovers the information chain 1;
