Abstract

本发明属于医疗器械,特别是有关一种椎间复位器。一种椎间复位器,其包括:一填充块体,其在外侧面具有一或复数个斜向上接触面及/或斜向下接触面的斜向孔;一或复数支骨钉,用以由填充块体的外侧面经由斜向孔穿出填充块体的上接触面及/或下接触面,并穿入上脊椎骨节及/或下脊椎骨节,或其取代物或类似装置。本发明的椎间复位器和脊椎骨节结合成一体,确保椎间复位器不致由脊椎骨节间脱出。

Description

椎间复位器
                         技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械,特别是有关一种椎间复位器。
                         背景技术
传统的椎间支撑体(disc spacer),例如美国AcroMed公司的PAMPS系列产品,均未被破坏脊椎骨节的终板(endplate),因此不能和脊椎骨节融合。为使其能达成固定复位功能,并防止椎间支撑体脱出,一般均以骨钉、固定杆等作为辅助固定装置。如果使用该等辅助固定装置,将使椎间支撑体上下脊椎骨节的相对运动受到限制,且无法确保椎间支撑体不致由二脊椎骨节间脱出。
                         发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种椎间复位器。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一由具有斜向孔的填充块体和骨钉所构成的椎间复位器。
本发明是有关一种椎间复位器,其包括:
一填充块体,其在外侧面具有一或复数个斜向上接触面及/或斜向下接触面的斜向孔;
一或复数支骨钉,用以由该填充块体的外侧面经由该斜向孔穿出填充块体的上接触面及/或下接触面,并穿入上脊椎骨节及/或下脊椎骨节,或其取代物或类似装置。
本发明的椎间复位器,利用骨钉穿过填充块体后,再锁入脊椎骨节,使本发明的椎间复位器和脊椎骨节结合成一体,确保椎间复位器不致由脊椎骨节间脱出。
上述所谓上,意指手术后向头部的方向,而相反方向则为下方。所谓外侧面意指朝向手术切口的面。接触面意指和脊椎骨节的终板(endlate)接触的面。
上述填充块体的上及/或下接触面,可具有突起,例如直排状突起(参见图1至5),麻花状突起或不规则状突起。
上述填充块体的上接触面及/或下接触面,可为实质上平面或成配合脊椎骨节形状的凸弧状。
上述的骨钉可为任意已知的骨钉。
上述骨钉和填充块体的斜向孔,其结合方式可为固定的结合,例如斜向孔具有和该骨钉的螺钉部匹配的螺牙,以便螺合;也可为非固定式的结合,例如单纯让骨钉穿过斜向孔,其中骨钉的外缘和斜向孔内缘并无实质结合关系。
上述骨钉和填充块体斜向孔的结合方式,以非固定结合方式为较佳,因其可使填充块体相对于骨钉及脊椎骨节具有微动(micromotion)关系,以促进其骨质生长(bone ingrowth)。而由于由骨钉斜向插入填充块体的斜向孔中,使骨钉及/或填充块体只能依填充块体斜向孔的斜向脱出,但该方向受限于其上下骨节,因此不可能脱出,即骨钉和填充块体斜向孔即使并无实质结合关系,仍具有防止填充块体脱落的功能。
上述填充块体至少含一斜向孔,以含二斜向孔为较佳,以含一向上斜的斜向孔和一向下斜的斜向孔为更佳。
上述椎间复位器的外侧面的斜向孔外,也可辅以任意已知的辅助固定器,例如辅助固定条(参见图8)。所述的辅助固定条为ㄇ形。
上述填充块体、骨钉和辅助固定器可使用任意适用于骨科手术的生物相容性物料,例如不锈钢316LVM、Ti-6-4、钴—钼—镍合金等。
本发明的椎间复位器,利用骨钉穿过填充块体后,再锁入脊椎骨节,使本发明的椎间复位器和脊椎骨节结合成一体,确保椎间复位器不致由脊椎骨节间脱出。
下面结合较佳实施例和附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述。

                      具体实施方式
图1中100为填充块体,110,121,122分别为填充块体的外侧面、斜向孔出口和直排状突起,111和112为斜向孔;200为骨钉,210和220分别为其螺钉部和螺帽部,其结合后如图2至图5所示。
图2至图5各标号定义同图1,而250为骨钉200外的另一支骨钉,400和450均为脊椎骨节。
图6为上接触面不具有突起的外侧面,其外侧面110仅有一斜向孔入口,但有二斜向孔出口,一在上接触面121,一在下接触面171。
图7为其锁入二骨钉200和250后的结合状态。
图8中标号100,120,121,200,250的定义同前述各图,300为由辅助固定条310和320所构成的辅助固定器。

Claims (8)

1.一种椎间复位器,其包括:
一填充块体,其在外侧面具有一或复数个斜向上接触面及/或斜向下接触面的斜向孔;
一或复数支骨钉,用以由填充块体的外侧面经由斜向孔穿出填充块体的上接触面及/或下接触面,并穿入上脊椎骨节及/或下脊椎骨节;
所述的上接触面及/或下接触面具有突起。
2.如权利要求1所述的椎间复位器,其中所述的填充块体具有二斜向孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的椎间复位器,其中所述的二斜向孔之一为上斜斜向孔,另一个为下斜的斜向孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的椎间复位器,其中所述的突起为直排状突起。
5.如权利要求1、2或3所述的椎间复位器,其中所述的外侧面的斜向孔外进一步加设辅助固定器。
6.如权利要求4所述的椎间复位器,其中所述的外侧面的斜向孔外进一步加设辅助固定器。
7.如权利要求5所述的椎间复位器,其中所述的辅助固定器为ㄇ形辅助固定条。
8.如权利要求6所述的椎间复位器,其中所述的辅助固定器为ㄇ形辅助固定条。
