Preferably, the oil delivery unit further comprises an oil distribution unit, the oil distribution unit comprises an oil distributor 71 and a plurality of oil distribution valves, and referring to fig. 5, the oil delivery unit further comprises a plurality of oil distribution valves, and the oil distributor 71, the oil distribution valves and the oil distribution valves are all arranged in the pump compartment 5 11; the number of the oil distributing valves is the same as that of the oil conveying units, the first pump ports of the cargo oil pumps of the plurality of oil conveying units are respectively connected with the first valve ports of the plurality of oil distributing valves, the second valve ports of the plurality of oil distributing valves are respectively connected with the oil distributor 71, the third valve ports of the plurality of oil distributing valves are connected with the loading pipeline, one ends of the plurality of cargo oil valves are respectively connected with the second pump ports of the cargo oil pumps, and the other ends of the plurality of cargo oil valves are respectively connected with one ends of the plurality of cargo oil pipelines one by one; the oil separator 71 is used for controlling the opening and closing of the plurality of oil separating valves, the opening and closing of the plurality of cargo oil valves, and the operating states of the cargo oil pumps of the plurality of oil delivery units, so that the crude oil extracted from the loading device 3 by each oil delivery unit is uniformly distributed into each cargo oil tank. By arranging the oil separator 71 and enabling the first cargo oil pump 211 of the first conveying unit, the second cargo oil pump 221 of the second conveying unit and the third cargo oil pump of the third conveying unit to be connected with the oil separator 71 through oil separating valves respectively, when the weight of crude oil stored in each cargo oil tank 11 is uneven, the control of opening and closing the plurality of oil separating valves and the control of opening and closing the plurality of cargo oil valves through the oil separator 71 and the control of forward and backward rotation of the first cargo oil pump 211, the second cargo oil pump 221 and the third cargo oil pump realize that crude oil stored in the cargo oil tank 11 with heavy crude oil weight is conveyed into the cargo oil tank 11 with light crude oil weight, so that the crude oil is evenly distributed into each cargo oil tank, and the gravity center of the crude oil ship is ensured to be stable in the sailing process.
Preferably, the upper deck 12 of the hull 1 is provided with a plurality of repair wells 81, the repair wells 81 are respectively communicated with the tops of the cargo oil tanks, the repair wells 81 are arranged at the positions, close to the center line of the hull 1, of the cargo oil tanks, the upper cover of each repair well 81 is provided with a detachable repair cover plate, one side of each repair well is provided with a ventilation device 82, and the ventilation devices 82 are used for exhausting gas in the cargo oil tanks 11. Preferably, the ship further comprises a water hand storage chamber 94 and a front isolation cabin 95, wherein the water hand storage chamber 94 is arranged at the bow of the ship body 1, and the front isolation cabin 95 is arranged between the water hand storage chamber 94 and the cargo oil cabin. By arranging the front isolation cabin 95 between the water hand storage chamber 94 and the cargo oil tank of the ship body 1, the front isolation cabin 95 can be an empty cabin, so that the water hand storage chamber 94 is separated from the cargo oil tank, crude oil 11 in the cargo oil tank is prevented from directly leaking into the water hand storage chamber 94 at the bow part of the ship body 1, the tightness of the water hand storage chamber 94 is ensured, no explosion-proof equipment is needed, and the space of the water hand storage chamber 94 occupying the bow part of the ship body 1 is saved.

Claims (10)
1. The oil storage system of the crude oil ship is characterized by comprising a ship body, a plurality of oil transportation units and a loading device, wherein the loading device is arranged on an upper deck of the ship body, a plurality of cargo oil tanks are arranged in the ship body, and the cargo oil tanks are communicated with the loading device through the plurality of oil transportation units respectively;
the ship body is internally provided with a plurality of transverse bulkheads and a plurality of longitudinal bulkheads, the transverse bulkheads are sequentially arranged along the central line in the ship body cabin, the transverse bulkheads are perpendicular to the central line in the ship body cabin and are arranged on two sides of the transverse bulkheads, and the transverse bulkheads and the longitudinal bulkheads divide the ship body cabin into a plurality of cargo oil cabins;
the oil conveying unit is used for uniformly distributing the crude oil extracted by the loading device into the cargo oil tanks which are adjacent left and right and are spaced front and back; the oil conveying unit comprises an oil pump, a loading pipeline and a plurality of oil pipelines, wherein the oil pump is arranged in the ship body, a first pump port of the oil pump is connected with the loading pipeline, the loading pipeline is connected with the loading device, a second pump port of the oil pump is connected with one ends of the oil pipelines, and the other ends of the oil pipelines are connected with the oil tanks which are respectively adjacent to the left side and the right side and are spaced front and back;
the ship body is internally provided with a plurality of ballast tanks, and the plurality of ballast tanks are distributed at the bottoms and the outer sides of the plurality of cargo oil tanks one by one to form the ship body with a double-layer bottom structure.
2. An oil storage system for a crude oil carrier according to claim 1, wherein a pump compartment is further provided in the hull, said pump compartment being provided at one end of the interior of the pump compartment, said cargo pump and said plurality of cargo valves being provided in said pump compartment, a bulkhead being provided between said pump compartment and an adjacent cargo compartment, one end of said loading duct being provided in said pump compartment, the other end of said loading duct extending upwardly to the upper deck of the hull and being connected to said loading means, one end of said cargo duct being provided in said pump compartment, the other end of said cargo duct extending through said bulkhead into said cargo compartment.
3. An oil storage system for a crude oil carrier according to claim 2, wherein said cargo oil pipeline comprises a first pipe section and a second pipe section, one end of said first pipe section being located in said pump compartment and connected to said cargo oil pump, the other end of said first pipe section extending through said bulkhead and through said bulkhead and at least one of said longitudinal bulkheads into said cargo oil compartment, the top end of said second pipe section being connected to said first pipe end by an elbow joint, the bottom end of said second pipe section extending vertically downward.

A crude oil tanker's oil storage system according to claim 3, wherein the bottom of said cargo tank is provided with an inclined bottom plate, said inclined bottom plate being inclined downwards from the side of said hull towards said hull centre line, one side of said inclined bottom plate being provided with an oil sump, said oil sump being located at the lowest point of the bottom of said cargo tank, the bottom end of said second pipe section extending into said oil sump.

The oil storage system of claim 2, wherein two dirty oil tanks are further arranged in the ship body, the two dirty oil tanks are arranged between the pump tank and the cargo oil tank left and right, the two dirty oil tanks are separated by the longitudinal bulkhead, one side of the dirty oil tank is provided with the transverse bulkhead, the bulkhead partition plate is arranged on the other side of the dirty oil tank, the ballast tanks are arranged on the outer side and the bottom of the dirty oil tank, and the volume ratio of the dirty oil tank to the cargo oil tank is 0.3-0.4: 1.
6. the crude oil carrier storage system as set forth in claim 5 further comprising a blow down valve and a blow down pipe, said blow down valve being disposed within said pump compartment, a first port of said blow down valve being connected to one end of said blow down pipe, the other end of said blow down pipe extending into said dirty oil compartment, a second port of said blow down valve being connected to said first pump port of said cargo pump, and a third port of said blow down valve being connected to said loading conduit.

The oil storage system of a crude oil carrier according to claim 2, further comprising an oil distribution unit, said oil distribution unit comprising an oil distributor and a plurality of oil distribution valves, said oil distribution unit further comprising a plurality of cargo oil valves, said oil distributor, said oil distribution valves and said cargo oil valves being disposed within said pump compartment; the number of the oil distributing valves is the same as that of the oil conveying units, first pump ports of cargo oil pumps of the plurality of oil conveying units are respectively connected with first valve ports of the plurality of oil distributing valves, second valve ports of the plurality of oil distributing valves are respectively connected with the oil distributor, third valve ports of the plurality of oil distributing valves are connected with the loading pipeline, one ends of the plurality of cargo oil valves are respectively connected with second pump ports of the cargo oil pumps, and the other ends of the plurality of cargo oil valves are respectively connected with one ends of the plurality of cargo oil pipelines one by one; the oil separator is used for controlling the opening and closing of the plurality of oil distributing valves, the opening and closing of the plurality of oil distributing valves and the working state of the oil pumps of the plurality of oil conveying units, so that crude oil extracted by the oil conveying units from the loading device is uniformly distributed into the oil tanks.
8. The oil storage system of a crude oil carrier according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of repair wells are formed in an upper deck of the ship body, the repair wells penetrate through tops of the cargo oil tanks respectively, the repair wells are formed in positions, close to a center line of the ship body, of the cargo oil tanks, a detachable repair cover plate is arranged on an upper cover of each repair well, and a ventilation device is arranged on one side of each repair well and used for exhausting gas in the cargo oil tanks.
9. The oil storage system of a crude oil carrier according to claim 1, further comprising a main cabin, an upper isolation cabin and a rear isolation cabin, wherein the main cabin is arranged at a stern of the hull, the pump cabin is arranged between the main cabin and the cargo oil cabin, the rear isolation cabin is arranged at two sides of the pump cabin, and the upper isolation cabin is arranged between the pump cabin and a main deck of the hull.
10. The oil storage system of claim 1, further comprising a water craft storage compartment and a front shelter, wherein the water craft storage compartment is provided at the bow of the hull, and wherein the front shelter is provided between the water craft storage compartment and the cargo tank.
