3. An oil filling vessel according to claim 2,
the cargo oil handling system (2) comprises at least one offshore pipeline (21), and a first oil pump (22) and a second oil pump (23), and a third oil pump (24) and a fourth oil pump (25);
one end of the first oil pump (22) can be communicated with one of the offshore pipelines (21), and the other end of the first oil pump (22) is communicated with the first group of first side separation spaces (111) and the second group of second side separation spaces (112) and the fourth group of first side separation spaces (141) and the sixth group of second side separation spaces (162) through a first oil inlet branch pipeline;

6. An oil filled vessel according to claim 5, characterised in that the seventh group of first side compartments (171) and the seventh group of second side compartments (172) are residual oil washing tanks and are equipped with washing equipment.
7. A method of oil filling an oil filling vessel, the method further comprising:
an oil filled vessel according to any one of claims 2 to 6;
filling the first group of first side partitioned spaces (111) and the first group of second side partitioned spaces (112), and the fourth group of second side partitioned spaces (142) and the sixth group of first side partitioned spaces (161) with oil by the cargo handling system (2); or
Filling the second group of first side partitioned spaces (121) and the second group of second side partitioned spaces (122), and the fourth group of first side partitioned spaces (141) and the sixth group of second side partitioned spaces (162) with oil by the cargo handling system (2); or
Filling the third group of second side bays (132) and the fifth group of first side bays (151), and the seventh group of second side bays (172) with oil by the cargo handling system (2); or
Filling the third group first side partitioned space (131) and the fifth group second side partitioned space (152), and the seventh group first side partitioned space (171) with oil by the cargo handling system (2).
