Description
技术领域
本发明涉及半潜船领域,尤其涉及一种三体半潜船。
背景技术
半潜船是将大型货物装运在自身开敞甲板上的一种特殊运输船舶,它能够借助自身强大的压载系统实现船舶自身的注、排水操作,进而实现船舶的下潜和上浮操作。半潜船主要运载尺寸和重量都十分巨大的货物,如海洋油气钻进平台、FPSO、生产平台等等。由于这类货物重量大、重心高,因此在装载这类货物时,需要特别关注半潜船的稳性能否满足要求。
1、目前,市面上的半潜船绝大多数采用的都是单船体结构型式,其水下部分由单个整体的主船体组成,其方形系数在0.72~0.85之间。为了能够满足运送上述货物时的稳性,单体半潜船的设计越来越趋于超大型化。超大的尺寸必然带来了高昂的建造成本,同时船东还需要日常支付不菲的港口费、引航费等费用。而另一方面,半潜船实际营运过程中,有一半的时间是在不装运货物的轻压载状态航行。在吃水无法降低的前提下(保证螺旋桨浸没),单体船的水下排水量仍然很大,意味着船舶航行时需要携带很多不能创造经济价值的压载水航行,经济性不高;即使在满载航行时,考虑到稳性的安全裕度,其允许运送的最大货物重量通常也大大小于设计载重量指标,同样造成设计经济性不高。
2、对于具有两个片体的双体半潜船来说,目前全球还没有实船,只有某文献上提出过类似思路。双体半潜船最大的问题是中间连接桥的强度问题,即连接左右水下片体的中间部分的强度问题。当双体半潜船在海上运输超大型货物时,由于船舶运动和波浪影响,左右片体之间的横向与扭转强度会成为一个非常严重的问题。而半潜船型深通常都比较低,因此中间连接桥的设计尺度不可能太大,很难解决上述强度问题。
现有半潜船均为单体半潜船,采用大方型系数线型设计。随着载运货物的大型化,半潜船的主尺度也越来越大,造成其压载航行时的经济性越来越低。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中的不足,本发明提供一种三体半潜船,以相对较低的代价,解决半潜船的稳性问题;在满足货物运输要求的前提下,优化船舶的载重量设计。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种三体半潜船,包括一中片体、一左片体和一右片体;所述左片体和所述右片体连接于所述中片体的两侧;所述左片体和所述右片体自所述中片体的船首部后一固定距离处向后延伸至船尾;所述左片体和所述右片体顶面与所述中片体的主甲板平齐;所述左片体和所述右片体的底面高于所述中片体的底面。
优选地,所述左片体和所述右片体邻近所述中片体的所述船首的一端自与所述中片体连接处逐步过渡到对应所述左片体和所述右片体的外侧。
优选地,所述左片体和所述右片体分别设置有若干压载水舱。
优选地,所述固定距离为所述中片体自所述船首部后的四分之一处。
优选地,所述左片体和所述右片体的底面高于所述三体半潜船的一轻载吃水线。
优选地,所述左片体和所述右片体的截面呈大方型系数横剖面线型。
本发明由于采用了以上技术方案,使其具有以下有益效果:
中片体、左片体和右片体之间依靠船体结构相互连接;所述左片体和所述右片体的底面高于所述中片体的底面;当不装货轻载航行时,船舶吃水较浅,仅中间片体部分浸没在水中,可以大幅减少航行时的阻力,减少燃油消耗;当装载重货时,船舶两侧片体也浸没水中,船舶的稳性可以显著提高,确保货物安全。左右片体内部以及设有压载舱,可调拨压载水使得船舶上浮或下潜,满足船舶载运货物的需要。本发明相比其他半潜船,空船重量更轻,建造成本更低,轻载工况航速更高,燃油经济性更好。

下面根据附图图1~图2,给出本发明的较佳实施例,并予以详细描述,使能更好地理解本发明的功能、特点。
请参阅图1~图2,本发明实施例的一种三体半潜船,包括一中片体1、一左片体2和一右片体3;左片体2和右片体3连接于中片体1的两侧;左片体2和右片体3自中片体1的船首部后一固定距离处向后延伸至船尾;左片体2和右片体3顶面与中片体1的主甲板4平齐;左片体2和右片体3的底面高于中片体1的底面。
左片体2和右片体3邻近中片体1的船首的一端自与中片体1连接处逐步过渡到对应左片体2和右片体3的外侧。
左片体2和右片体3分别设置有若干压载水舱。
固定距离为中片体1自船首部后的四分之一处。
左片体2和右片体3的底面高于三体半潜船的一轻载吃水线。
左片体2和右片体3的截面呈大方型系数横剖面线型。
本发明实施例的一种三体半潜船,包括两侧较小的左片体2、右片体3,和中间较大的中间片体;左片体2、右片体3以及中间片体之间依靠船体结构相互连接;片体的顶部为主甲板4,用作货物的装载区域;在主甲板4下面片体内部设有压载舱,通过调控所述压载舱的压载水量可相应控制主甲板4潜至水下或浮出水面。
当不装货轻载航行时,船舶吃水较浅,仅中间片体部分浸没在水中,可以大幅减少航行时的阻力,减少燃油消耗;
当装载重货时,船舶两侧片体也浸没水中,船舶的稳性可以显著提高,确保货物安全。

1.一种三体半潜船,其特征在于,包括一中片体、一左片体和一右片体;所述左片体和所述右片体连接于所述中片体的两侧;所述左片体和所述右片体自所述中片体的船首部后一固定距离处向后延伸至船尾;所述左片体和所述右片体顶面与所述中片体的主甲板平齐;所述左片体和所述右片体的底面高于所述中片体的底面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三体半潜船,其特征在于,所述左片体和所述右片体邻近所述中片体的所述船首的一端自与所述中片体连接处逐步过渡到对应所述左片体和所述右片体的外侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三体半潜船,其特征在于,所述左片体和所述右片体分别设置有若干压载水舱。
4.根据权利要求1所述的三体半潜船,其特征在于,所述固定距离为所述中片体自所述船首部后的四分之一处。
5.根据权利要求1所述的三体半潜船,其特征在于,所述左片体和所述右片体的底面高于所述三体半潜船的一轻载吃水线。
