The shielding device can prevent cut earhair from entering a gap of the universal joint to influence the rotation of the universal joint; prolonging the service life of the deformation part.
The shielding device adopts umbrella shape or cover shape and the like capable of reducing wind resistance and preventing hair from being blocked, the outer wall of the cover shape can be a streamline outer wall, and the influence of turbulence on the scheme is reduced.
The motor and the air suction fan are arranged in the driving device, the front center of the air suction fan is sleeved on the rotating shaft of the motor, and the air suction fan is arranged above the motor, so that the space is saved; the motor rotating shaft extends out of the shell of the driving device and enters the driving tube, a blocking structure is formed by the driving tube and the shell of the driving device, the motor rotating shaft is sealed in the driving tube, and meanwhile, the motor is fixed through a fixing device in the shell.
The shell is an anti-slip shell, and the holding part of the anti-slip shell is provided with an anti-slip unit; the anti-skid unit is a silica gel protective sleeve sleeved on the holding part or anti-skid lines integrally formed with the holding part.
The design of the anti-slip shell can prevent a user from slipping by hand when in use, and reduce the risk of misoperation.
As shown in fig. 7, the driving tube 8 includes a first blocking portion 81 and/or a second blocking portion; the shape of the first blocking part is the same as that of the second blocking part;
the first blocking part 81 is fastened at the upper end of the driving pipe 8, the edge of the first blocking part is attached to the side wall of the driving pipe, the first blocking part is blocked at the top of the driving pipe through at least one earhair filter screen 82, and the center of the earhair filter screen is provided with a first through hole 83 for the power supply rotating shaft to pass through;

The design of first shutoff portion and second shutoff portion prevents that the ear hair that the chamber dropped from the second from getting into the drive tube, makes the pivot of motor can not break down because of the accumulation of ear hair.
The driving device further comprises a power supply and a switch, wherein the power supply is electrically connected with the motor, and the switch controls the motor to be started or stopped.
The bottom of the driving device is provided with an air outlet.
The working process of the invention comprises the following steps:
selecting a shearing cover and a shearing cutter head corresponding to the external auditory canal size of a patient, wherein in the embodiment of the invention, the shearing cover and the shearing cutter head can be of a child type size or an adult type size;
cleaning and installing a first earhair collecting net, a second earhair collecting net and an earhair filtering net; the shearing cover and the shearing tool bit entering the external auditory canal are disinfected, so that sanitation and cleanness are ensured. Before use, checking whether all parts of the pre-operation ear hair removing device for skin preparation are tightly connected;
the utility model can be observed in an auxiliary way through the otoscope, and the shearing cover is slowly plugged into the external auditory canal of the patient by adjusting the bending angle of the deformation part.
Pressing a switch of the driving device, starting the motor, and driving the shearing tool bit to rotate to shear the ear hair through the deformation part by rotating the motor; the motor drives the induced draft fan to work, adsorbs the auricle that the shearing tool bit sheared to first collection chamber, again through leading to the chamber, collects the auricle that a collection chamber dropped in the second collection chamber.
After use, the ear hair is cleaned and disinfected for standby.
The embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the edge of the first ear hair collecting net is propped against the inner wall of the first collecting part and is arranged above the bottom; the bottom of the first collecting cavity is connected with the top of the deformation part, and the outer wall of the deformation part is made of deformation materials and has deformation capacity; the universal rotating shaft is arranged in the outer wall and rotates through external force to drive the outer wall to deform; the universal joint in the universal rotating shaft uses a ball joint or a Hooke joint, a spring is added at the joint to serve as an intermediate piece, the sensitivity of angle change is improved, and vibration of a mechanical transmission part is buffered. The bottom of the deformation part is connected with the top of a second collecting cavity, and the second collecting cavity is provided with a second auricular hair collecting net in the same shape as the first collecting cavity; the bottom of the second collecting cavity is connected into the shell of the driving device through the driving pipe, so that the universal rotating shaft is upwards connected with the rotating shaft of the cutter head of the shearing cutter head and downwards connected with the rotating shaft of the motor of the driving device; the through hole of the shearing cover is connected with the shell of the driving device to form a through cavity, the driving device drives the motor to work, the motor rotating shaft drives the shearing tool bit to rotate through the universal rotating shaft, meanwhile, the motor drives the suction fan to work to suck the auricle into the shearing cover from the through hole, the auricle is sheared by the shearing tool bit and then is collected into the first collecting cavity, and then the auricle falling from the collecting cavity is collected into the multilayer auricle collecting net technical scheme in the second collecting cavity through the through cavity, so that the invention can not generate faults due to accumulation of the auricle;
the scheme integrally solves the problem of how to safely trim and clear the ear hair after trimming, the invention can adapt to clinical requirements, has simple operation, rapid trimming, no hurt to the external auditory canal, safe use, reduced operation time increase and misoperation risk caused by external auditory canal damage, unclean ear hair trimming or the ear hair falling into the external auditory canal in operation, can be operated by one hand, and is convenient for the other hand to operate other instruments simultaneously; the deformation part is used for producing deformation outside the external auditory meatus, so that the shearing cover is attached to the external auditory meatus wall to shear, the external auditory meatus is not damaged, enough space around the external auditory meatus can be exposed, the sight is not blocked, the operation of a clinical doctor is convenient, the medical cost is saved, and meanwhile, the discomfort of a patient in the ear hair process can be relieved when the external auditory meatus is prepared.

the bottom of the first collecting cavity is connected with the top of the deformation part, and the outer wall of the deformation part is made of deformation materials and has deformation capacity; the universal rotating shaft is arranged in the outer wall and rotates through external force to drive the outer wall to deform;
the bottom of the deformation part is connected with the top of a second collecting cavity, and the second collecting cavity is provided with a second auricular hair collecting net in the same shape as the first collecting cavity; the bottom of the second collecting cavity is connected into the shell of the driving device through the driving pipe, so that the universal rotating shaft is upwards connected with the rotating shaft of the cutter head of the shearing cutter head and downwards connected with the rotating shaft of the motor of the driving device; through cavity is constituteed to the shell of drive arrangement by the through-hole of shearing cover, through drive arrangement driving motor work, and the motor shaft is rotatory to drive the shearing tool bit through universal rotation axis and rotate, and the motor drives the suction fan work simultaneously and inhales the shearing cover from the through-hole and collect in the first chamber of collecting after shearing by the shearing tool bit, again through the cavity of leading to, collect the auricle that a chamber of collecting dropped in the second chamber of collecting.

The pre-operative ear hair removal device for skin preparation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top of the first collecting chamber is an adapter, the top inner wall of the adapter is tapped according to different sizes of the shearing cover, connected with the shearing cover, and the bottom outer wall is sleeved with threads, connected with the first collecting part;
the upper and lower both ends of first collecting portion inner wall are according to the tapping of the bottom outer wall of adapter and the top outer wall of deformation portion to leave the junction, the junction is not tapped.
5. The pre-operative ear hair removal device for skin preparation of claim 4, wherein said junction has a slot for placement of at least one first ear hair collection net, said first ear hair collection net being removably snapped into said slot;
the clamping groove is provided with one or a plurality of clamping grooves which are sequentially arranged.
6. A pre-operative ear hair removal device for skin preparation as claimed in claim 1, wherein said universal rotation shaft comprises a universal joint and a rotation shaft, said rotation shaft being connected to both ends of the universal joint;
