Background
Compared with the traditional surgical cutting mode, the electric knife, ultrasonic knife, laser and other energy platforms have great advantages, have certain hemostatic capacity when cutting, effectively reduce the risk of bleeding amount and major bleeding in surgery, can effectively reduce the surgical difficulty, reduce patient injury and healing time. However, with the use of energy platforms, a large amount of smoke is generated. At present, only a part of pneumoperitoneum machines integrate a smoke exhausting function, are only suitable for few laparoscopic surgeries such as laparoscopes, and have no solution to open surgeries.
Smoke generated during surgery can block the surgical field, making the surgery difficult, and can also stimulate the respiratory system, causing bronchiolitis, emphysema, pulmonary fibrosis, etc. after long-term inhalation by the human body, and these pathological changes have been confirmed in rat models. The smoke also contains a variety of harmful chemical components, and researches show that the chemical components can cause headache, dizziness, lacrimation, nausea, cough, tracheitis, asthma and potential long-term influence. The smoke generated by the final operation also contains living cells, viruses and other infectious agents, and potential infection risks exist. There have been reports that contact of the skin or eyes with smoke may lead to HIV infection.
The existing negative pressure suction device is mainly designed to be a high negative pressure low flow suction device aiming at liquid, and can not meet the smoking requirement of open surgery. The existence of the operation smoke seriously blocks the operation vision and interferes with the normal operation. Meanwhile, harmful components in the surgical smoke can not be completely filtered out by the disposable medical surgical mask, and certain threat to health of medical staff exists in the environment for a long time. There is an urgent need for a smoke solution suitable for open surgery.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an adjustable low negative pressure aspirator so as to solve the problems in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following solutions: the invention provides an adjustable low negative pressure aspirator, which comprises a negative pressure aspirator, a negative pressure drainage device and a protective sleeve, wherein one ends of the negative pressure aspirator and the negative pressure drainage device are detachably connected, and the other ends of the negative pressure drainage device and the protective sleeve are detachably connected;
the negative pressure aspirator comprises a shell, wherein a negative pressure source component for manufacturing a negative pressure environment is fixedly arranged on the shell, the negative pressure source component is electrically connected with a control component, and the negative pressure source component is communicated with a discharge component; the shell is provided with a suction port communicated with the negative pressure drainage device, and the suction port is communicated with the drainage device;
the negative pressure drainage device comprises a drainage bottle communicated with a connecting pipe and the connecting pipe;
the protective sleeve comprises a clamping ring assembly, a connecting pipe connector is arranged on one side of the top of the clamping ring assembly, and a smoke exhaust hood is arranged on the top of the clamping ring assembly.
Preferably, the negative pressure source assembly comprises an aspirator, the aspirator is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the shell, a working port of the aspirator is communicated with the suction port, the aspirator is connected with a motor in a transmission manner, the motor is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the shell, and the motor is electrically connected with the control assembly.
Preferably, the control assembly comprises a control switch, the control switch is electrically connected with a control element, the control element is electrically connected with an adjusting knob and a negative pressure indicator, and the adjusting knob and the negative pressure indicator penetrate through the outer wall of the shell and are located on the outer side of the shell.
Preferably, the exhaust assembly comprises an exhaust port, the exhaust port is arranged on the side wall of the shell, a second filter is detachably connected to the exhaust port, and the second filter is positioned outside the shell; the inside of the exhaust outlet is communicated with the aspirator.
Preferably, a mounting groove is formed in one side, close to the suction port, of the outer part of the shell, and the mounting groove is matched with the outer wall of the drainage bottle; the drainage bottle comprises a liquid storage bottle, a first filter is arranged on one side of the liquid storage bottle, and the first filter is communicated with the liquid storage bottle; an aspirator interface is arranged at the bottom of the first filter and is matched with the aspiration port; the liquid storage bottle top is offered the connector, the connector with the connecting pipe is connected.

Preferably, a buckle for clamping the filter is arranged on the shell, and the buckle is positioned on the side wall above the mounting groove; a spring is detachably connected to one side, away from the mounting groove, of the buckle, a fixing plate is fixedly connected to one end of the spring, and the fixing plate is fixedly connected with the top of the inner side of the shell; the first filter is provided with a clamping groove matched with the buckle.

The invention discloses the following technical effects: the invention adopts the low negative pressure high flow type negative pressure aspirator, thereby not only realizing the negative pressure aspiration of high flow rate, but also being capable of rapidly cleaning the smoke; the dual high-efficiency filter is arranged, so that the inside of the negative pressure aspirator can be prevented from being polluted, and harmful components in smoke can be prevented from reentering the air. The design of the liquid storage bottle can collect splashing and overflowing liquid in the operation, so as to prevent environmental pollution; but also provides powerful guarantee for the health of medical staff.

referring to fig. 1-9, the invention provides an adjustable low negative pressure aspirator 16, which comprises a negative pressure aspirator 16, a negative pressure drainage device and a protective sleeve, wherein one end of the negative pressure aspirator 16 is detachably connected with one end of the negative pressure drainage device, and the other end of the negative pressure drainage device is detachably connected with the protective sleeve; the negative pressure aspirator 16 comprises a shell 1, wherein a negative pressure source component for manufacturing a negative pressure environment is fixedly arranged on the shell 1, the negative pressure source component is electrically connected with a control component, and the negative pressure source component is communicated with a discharge component; the shell 1 is provided with a suction port 24 communicated with the negative pressure drainage device, and the suction port 24 is communicated with the drainage device; the negative pressure drainage device comprises a drainage bottle communicated with the connecting pipe 2 and the connecting pipe 2; the invention adopts the low negative pressure high flow type negative pressure aspirator 16, thereby not only realizing the negative pressure aspiration of high flow rate, but also being capable of rapidly cleaning the smoke; and the double high-efficiency filter arrangement can prevent the interior of the negative pressure aspirator 16 from being polluted, and can prevent harmful components in the smoke from re-entering the air. The protective sleeve comprises a clamping ring assembly, a connecting pipe connector 3 is arranged on one side of the top of the clamping ring assembly, and a smoke exhaust hood 4 is arranged on the top of the clamping ring assembly; the snap ring assembly comprises an outer ring 5 and an imbedding ring 7, the outer ring 5 is positioned at the upper part of the imbedding ring 7, a smoke exhaust hood 4 is arranged on the upper part of the outer ring 5 in the circumferential direction, a connecting pipe interface 3 is arranged on one side of the smoke exhaust hood 4, and the connecting pipe interface 3 is connected with the connecting pipe 2; a passage is provided between the outer ring 5 and the insert ring 7. The whole protective sleeve is made of plastic materials, performs aseptic treatment, and is a disposable product; the main function is to protect the incision or tissue from damage, and to remove the surgical smoke in combination with the low negative pressure aspirator 16; a smoke exhaust channel is formed between the outer ring 5 and the embedded ring 7, the outer ring 5 and the embedded ring 7 are provided with an expanding cover, the middle part of the expanding cover is sunken to form an inward concave arc, and the diameters of the outer ring 5 and the inner ring are both larger than the diameter of the middle part of the channel.
The negative pressure source assembly comprises an aspirator 16, the aspirator 16 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the shell 1, a working port of the aspirator 16 is communicated with the aspiration port 24, the aspirator 16 is in transmission connection with a motor 22, the motor 22 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the shell 1, and the motor 22 is electrically connected with the control assembly. The control assembly comprises a control switch 20, the control switch 20 is electrically connected with a control element, the control element is electrically connected with an adjusting knob 10 and a negative pressure indicator 9, and the adjusting knob 10 and the negative pressure indicator 9 penetrate through the outer wall of the shell 1 and are located on the outer side of the shell 1. The shell 1 adopts a medical polypropylene shell, the internal power elements are driven by a power supply 18, the negative pressure indicator 9 can display the numerical value in real time in the debugging or working process, and the negative pressure indicator 9 can adopt a negative pressure meter; the adjusting knob 10 is electrically connected with the negative pressure indicator 9, and the reading of the negative pressure indicator 9 can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting knob 10, so that the power of the aspirator 16 can be adjusted.
The exhaust assembly comprises an exhaust outlet 11, the exhaust outlet 11 is formed in the side wall of the shell 1, a second filter 12 is detachably connected to the exhaust outlet 11, and the second filter 12 is positioned outside the shell 1; the inside of the air outlet 11 is communicated with the aspirator 16, and the second filter 12 can be sleeved on the air outlet 11 or connected on the air outlet 11 through threads, so as to facilitate the replacement of the second filter 12; the primary function of the second filter 12 is to filter smoke and absorb harmful gases, unlike the first filter 14, the first filter 14 not only needs to filter smoke but also needs to filter liquid, preventing liquid from entering the aspirator 16.
A mounting groove 25 is formed in one side, close to the suction port 24, of the outer part of the shell 1, and the mounting groove 25 is matched with the outer wall of the drainage bottle; the drainage bottle comprises a liquid storage bottle 8, a first filter 14 is arranged on one side of the liquid storage bottle 8, and the first filter 14 is communicated with the liquid storage bottle 8; the bottom of the first filter 14 is provided with an aspirator 16 interface, and the aspirator 16 interface is matched with the aspiration port 24; a connecting port is formed at the top of the liquid storage bottle 8 and is connected with the connecting pipe 2; a scale mark 15 is carved on one side of the outer part of the liquid storage bottle 8. The liquid storage bottle 8 adopts the plastics material, is transparent design moreover, in the course of the work, can observe the collection condition of the inside liquid of liquid storage bottle 8 in real time through scale mark 15, and liquid storage bottle 8 is disposable product equally moreover, after liquid storage bottle 8 is collected fully, only need change can, not only improved the practicality of device, but also improved the security when the operation.

The control switch 20 is positioned outside the shell 1, a charging port 21 is arranged at the lower part of the control switch 20, a socket 19 is arranged at one side of the control switch 20, and the socket 19 is detachably connected with a foot switch for controlling the suction apparatus 16 to be opened and closed; the foot switch is connected with the socket 19 through the power 18 line, and when using, medical personnel can control the opening and closing of negative pressure drainage ware through foot pedal switch, compares with current drainage ware, and the drainage ware of this device can be through medical personnel self-control, not only can be timely absorb smog, does not influence the process of operation moreover.
The bottom of the shell 1 is provided with a heat radiation port; the durability of the device is improved.
The working process comprises the following steps: when the device is in actual use, the negative pressure aspirator 16 is firstly placed below or at one side of an operating table, and then the negative pressure aspirator 16, the negative pressure drainage device and the protective sleeve are connected in sequence; at this time, the protective sleeve is positioned above the operating table.
During installation, the disposable drainage bottle is installed on a machine, and the buckle 13 is clamped; placing a second filter 12 at the air outlet 11 on the air outlet 11, and rotating and screwing; connecting the pedal and a power supply 18; the connecting pipe 2 is connected with the protective sleeve, the pedal is stepped on, whether the testing equipment works normally or not, the negative pressure indicator 9 is observed, the knob is adjusted to a proper negative pressure value, the pedal is stepped on to attract when the smoke is required to be attracted, and the negative pressure can be adjusted at any time in the use process.
When the device works, firstly, the imbedding ring 7 is pinched to be long tongue-shaped, the imbedding ring 7 is pushed into a notch, the imbedding ring 7 is elastically unfolded to clamp the inner wall of a patient, the outer ring is pinched at 53 o 'clock and 9 o' clock positions, the outer ring is turned inwards until the operation part is fully exposed, the medical care performs operation on the patient through the inside of the channel fume-extraction cover 4, any splashed liquid and smoke generated in the operation can enter the first filter 14 for filtering after passing through the connecting pipe interface 3 and the connecting pipe 2 in the operation process, the second purification and filtration are performed after the second filtration, the liquid is discharged from the air outlet 11, the absorbed liquid can be stored in the liquid storage bottle 8 through the connecting pipe 2, and the liquid storage bottle 8 can be replaced after the liquid inside the liquid storage bottle 8 is fully stored. In the operation process, medical staff can control the opening and closing of the device by stepping on the foot switch according to actual conditions.
Compared with the traditional incision protective sleeve, the incision protective sleeve in the device is provided with 3 smoking channels which are uniformly distributed above, and can be used for sucking smoke and overflowing splashing liquid. The suction channel is connected with the liquid storage bottle 8 through a conduit, and the liquid storage bottle 8 can store sucked liquid components. The negative pressure aspirator 16 is connected with the liquid storage bottle 8 to provide high flow suction capacity, and the negative pressure aspirator 16 is provided with high-performance filters at the front and back, so that harmful components in smoke can be filtered fully.
Embodiment two:
referring to fig. 10, the difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is that the present embodiment is designed with an anti-overflow design, and in a specific embodiment, an anti-overflow sensor, that is, a liquid level sensor, is additionally installed at the interface of the connecting pipe of the liquid storage tank or the fume exhaust hood, and an overflow pipe 28 is further provided, where the overflow pipe 28 is disposed above the incision protection sleeve, when the liquid in the liquid storage bottle overflows, the liquid level sensor will give out a prompt, so that the liquid can be prevented from overflowing.
