Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of magnetic core winding processing, and particularly relates to stranded wire inductance equipment.
Background
The wire winding process of winding the copper wire on the magnetic core by the stranded wire inductance device is mainly divided into a single wire winding process and a double wire winding process, and the double wire winding process can be generally divided into a double wire parallel winding process and a double wire stranded wire winding process. The double-wire parallel winding is to wind two strands of copper wires on the magnetic core in parallel, and when the double-wire twisted wire is wound, the two strands of copper wires are twisted first and then wound, and the winding process of the latter is relatively complex.
Chinese patent application CN108987099a discloses a wire twisting method of an inductor, comprising: firstly, attaching a double copper wire on a fixed pin, guiding the double copper wire to a starting end silver point of a magnetic core for spot welding, and tearing off redundant copper wires; then controlling the rotating jig to rotate 180 degrees to wind the double copper wires on one end of the magnetic core; then the lower clamping jaw is controlled to clamp the magnetic core, then the magnetic core is moved to the right side to the lower side of the guide pin, and the guide pin is controlled to move so as to hook the double copper wires on the lower clamping jaw; then controlling the wire block of the guide pin mechanism to clamp the double copper wires, and controlling the lower clamping jaw of the lower clamping jaw servo displacement mechanism to rotate in situ for 95-120 circles together with the magnetic core clamped by the lower clamping jaw servo displacement mechanism, so as to finish the stranding action of stranding the double copper wires into a strand of copper wires; and finally, controlling the rotating jig to clamp the magnetic core again and controlling the rotating jig to rotate so as to wind the double copper wires stranded into one strand of copper wires on the magnetic core.
In the existing stranding method, a magnetic core is fixed on a rotating jig, when double-wire stranding is needed, a lower clamping jaw clamps the magnetic core from the rotating jig and rotates in situ with the magnetic core for a plurality of circles, so that stranding action is completed, and after stranding action is completed, the magnetic core is fixed on the rotating jig again, so that subsequent stranding action is completed. The whole process needs to clamp and fix the magnetic core for many times, the operation process is more complex, and the working efficiency is lower.
