Working principle: when the circuit board is etched, the circuit board with orderly codes is placed between the limiting plate 150 and the baffle 120, at this time, the second pneumatic rod drives the pressing plate to block and support the circuit board, the first pneumatic rod 180 drives the pushing plate 160 to push the circuit board between the two clamping edges 55, the two clamping edges 55 clamp the circuit board under the compression of the compression wheels 95 at the two sides, meanwhile, the continuously rolling conveying belt 54 drives the circuit board to move in a vertical state, and the water pump sends etching liquid in the liquid storage tank to the main pipe 41 and sends the etching liquid to the spray pipe 43 through the branch pipe 42 to uniformly spray the etching liquid to the circuit board through the spray holes 45 for etching.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 10, an FPC etching apparatus includes a housing 2 with openings at left and right ends, a lateral conveying assembly 5 is provided at an inner side of the housing 2, a feeding assembly 1 for feeding a plate material to the conveying assembly 5 is provided at a left end of the housing 2, the conveying assembly 5 can automatically clamp and convey an upper end edge of the plate material, liquid spraying assemblies 4 for spraying liquid are provided at both sides of the plate material in the housing 2, a discharging assembly 6 for discharging the plate material conveyed by the conveying assembly 5 is provided at a right end of the housing 2, a collecting assembly 7 for collecting the discharged plate material is provided at one side of the discharging assembly 6, a plurality of electric lifting rods 3 are provided at an upper side of the housing 2, a top rod of the electric lifting rod 3 passes through a top of the housing 2 and is fixedly connected with the conveying assembly 5, a liquid storage tank is provided at an inner bottom of the housing 2, the conveying assembly 5 includes a conveying belt 54, the outside of the conveyer belt 54 is provided with two clamping edges 55 protruding outwards, the front side and the rear side of the conveyer assembly 5 are respectively provided with a compacting assembly 9 for elastically compacting the two clamping edges 55 at the lower side of the conveyer belt 54, the collecting assembly 7 comprises a movable trolley, the upper surface of the movable trolley is provided with two connected side plates 71, the edges of the other two sides of the upper surface of the movable trolley are respectively provided with a movable plate 78, the movable plates 78 are inserted on the movable trolley through inserting posts 77, the circuit board on the placing plates 79 can be conveniently taken out, the upper side of the movable trolley is provided with the placing plates 79, a plurality of springs 710 which are uniformly distributed are arranged between the movable trolley and the placing plates 79, the placing plates 79 are suspended and supported through the springs 710, meanwhile, the placing plates 79 are conveniently rocked under the action of a vibrator, the lower surface of the placing plate 79 is fixed with a vibrator, the placing plate 79 receives the poured circuit boards, and meanwhile, the circuit boards which are not in a horizontal state on the placing plate 79 are in a horizontal state and stacked together under the continuous vibration of the vibrator.
Working principle: when the discharged materials after etching the circuit board are collected, the circuit board conveyed by the conveying belt 54 is guided through the first limiting column 62 and the second limiting column 63, when one side of the circuit board loses the blocking of the first limiting column 62, the circuit board falls into the collecting assembly 7 under the action of the blowing mechanism, meanwhile, the poured circuit board is received through the placing plate 79, and the placing plate 79 shakes under the action of the vibrator, so that the circuit board which is not in a horizontal state on the placing plate 79 is in a horizontal state and stacked together under continuous vibration, and accordingly material collection is completed.
