In an implementation, in a case that an account where the service publisher is located confirms that the on-target line service is provided, the information service platform responds to the service order, and the account where the service publisher is located executes the on-target line service by means of the information service platform. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the information service platform includes an equipment layer and an engine layer, the equipment layer includes functional modules such as a voice collection playing module, a video collection rendering module, a network I/O (input/output) module, and the engine layer includes an audio call module, a video call module, a data transmission module, a data conversion module, and the like, each functional module corresponds to a processing unit, a plurality of execution threads are allocated in the background of the information service platform for providing accounts of service publishers to execute the service on the target line, and in the execution process of the service on the target line, the information service platform monitors the execution process of the service on the target line and obtains the execution information of the service on the target line in the execution process.
And step 208, determining the execution result of the service on the target line according to the execution information of the service on the target line.
In the implementation, the information service platform determines the execution result of the service on the target line according to the execution information of the service on the target line. The execution result of the service on the target line is used for providing the basis of the service transaction for both the service publisher and the service subscriber.
The execution result of the service on the target line may include, but is not limited to, various execution results including incomplete, complete, and incomplete part. The execution result of the incomplete part is specifically classified into interrupt execution, pause execution or cancel execution.
In the service method of the time online sharing service, the information service platform responds to the service release request to release each online service. When the target online service in each online service is subscribed, generating a service order of the target online service according to the service attribute information and the service subscription information of the target online service; and responding to the service order, monitoring the execution process of the service on the target line in the execution process of the service on the target line, and acquiring the execution information of the service on the target line. And the information service platform determines the execution result of the service on the target line according to the execution information of the service on the target line. By adopting the method, the execution process of the service on the target line is monitored and recorded through the information service platform, so that the safety of the service on the target line is ensured.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, before generating the service order of the on-target line service according to the service attribute information and the service subscription information of the on-target line service in step 204, the method further includes the following steps:
and step 402, sending subscription reminding information to an account where a service publisher of the service on the target line is located.
In an implementation, after an account where a service subscriber is located is monitored to subscribe to a target online service in an information service platform, the information service platform sends subscription reminding information to an account where a publisher of the target online service is located, so as to prompt the service publisher that the current target online service is subscribed. The service publisher can respond to the subscription reminding information by combining with the self demand and through the client of the account where the service publisher is located, and confirm whether to provide the target online service of the time.
Step 404, in response to the confirmation service information of the service publisher account for the on-target line service, acquiring service attribute information of the on-target line service.
In implementation, under the condition that the account where the service publisher is located confirms that the current on-target line service is provided, the information service platform responds to the confirmation service information submitted by the account of the service publisher for the on-target line service, and acquires the service attribute information of the on-target line service so as to supervise the on-target line service based on the service attribute information and the like.
In this embodiment, the information service platform monitors whether the service on the target line is normally provided, and if the account where the service publisher is located submits the confirmation service information under the condition that the service on the target line is subscribed, it is determined that the service on the target line can be normally provided, and the execution reliability of the service on the target line is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, in step 204, a service order of the on-target line service is generated according to the service attribute information and the service subscription information of the on-target line service, which specifically includes the following processing procedures:
step 502, acquiring an order form and service subscription information of a service subscriber for a service on a target line.
In practice, the information service platform has pre-stored order templates. Then, when the information service platform monitors that the on-line business is subscribed, the information service platform acquires an order form and business subscription information of a business subscriber for the on-line business.
The order template can be configured in advance by a developer of the information service platform and stored in the information service platform, or can be configured in a personalized way by an account where a service publisher is located.
And step 504, adding the service attribute information and the service subscription information of the target online service into an order form to generate a service order of the target online service.
In an implementation, after a service publisher account submits confirmation service information of a target online service, an information service platform obtains service attribute information of the target online service. Then, the information service platform adds the acquired service attribute information and service subscription information of the target online service into an order form to generate a service order for the target online service.
In this embodiment, the information service platform generates a service order based on the service attribute information and the service subscription information of the service on the target line, and implements supervision of the interaction process of the service on the target line based on the service order, thereby improving the security and reliability of the service on the target line.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, in step 208, according to the execution information of the service on the target line, the execution result of the service on the target line is determined, and the specific processing result includes:
step 602, determining the executed duration of the service on the target line according to the execution information of the service on the target line.
In the implementation, in the execution process of the on-target line service, the information service platform monitors the execution process of the on-target line service to obtain the execution information of the on-target line service. And determining the executed duration of the service on the target line in the execution information of the service on the target line.
Step 604, obtaining service subscription information of an account where the service subscriber is located, and determining the service execution progress of the service on the target line according to the executed time length of the service on the target line and the calibrated time length contained in the service subscription information.
Optionally, the execution information of the on-target line service may be continuously updated into the service order, so as to supervise the execution process of the on-target line service based on the service order.
In implementation, the service subscription information includes a calibration duration for reflecting the execution progress of the service, and the calibration duration can be determined according to a preset proportion based on the subscription duration of the service subscriber. Specifically, the information service platform acquires service subscription information of an account where a service subscriber is located, and determines a service execution progress of the service on the target line according to a calibrated duration and an executed duration of the service on the target line contained in the service subscription information.
Step 606, determining the execution result of the service on the target line based on the service execution progress.
In implementation, the information service platform determines an execution result of the service on the target line based on the service execution progress. For example, the service execution progress characterizes that the service is completed, and the execution result of the service on the target line is determined to be that all the execution is completed; if the service execution progress represents that the service is suspended, determining that an incomplete part exists as an execution result of the service on the target line; if the service execution progress characterizes that the service execution is started, namely, interrupted, determining that the execution result of the service on the target line is not executed.
In this embodiment, the executed duration of the service on the target line is determined based on the execution information of the service on the target line, and further, the service execution progress of the service on the target line is determined based on the executed duration of the service on the target line and the calibrated duration contained in the service subscription information, so that the progress supervision of the service on the target line is realized.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, after determining the execution progress of the service on the target line according to the executed duration of the service on the target line and the calibrated duration contained in the service subscription information in step 604, the method further includes:
Step 702, in the process of executing the on-target line service, timing supervision is performed on the on-target line service based on the subscription duration corresponding to the on-target line service and a preset timer included in the service subscription information.
In implementation, in the execution process of the on-target line service, the information service platform performs timing supervision on the on-target line service based on the subscription duration corresponding to the on-target line service contained in the service subscription information and a preset timer. Specifically, the timer is set based on the starting time and the subscription time of the service on the target line, and when the preset time is reached, the timer triggers a reminding message to inform the information service platform that the service on the target line has reached the preset time, so that the information service platform carries out corresponding processing on the service on the target line.
And step 704, when the difference between the subscription duration and the executed duration is smaller than or equal to the preset time difference, sending time limit reminding information to the account where the service publisher and the service subscriber are located.
In the implementation, in the execution process of the business on the target line, when the difference between the subscription time length and the executed time length is smaller than or equal to the preset time difference, the information service platform publishes time limit reminding information to the account where the business publisher and the business subscriber are located. Specifically, the difference between the subscription duration and the executed duration is smaller than or equal to the preset time difference, which indicates that the execution process of the current target on-line service is close to tail sound, so that the information service platform sends time limit reminding information to the account where the service publisher and the service subscriber are located so as to prompt that the two parties participating in the target on-line service are close to the end of the service on the target on-line service.
In this embodiment, the information service platform performs timing supervision on the on-target line service based on the subscription duration corresponding to the on-target line service and a preset timer, and when the on-target line service is close to the end, sends time limit reminding information to both parties participating in the on-target line service, thereby ensuring the execution standardization of the on-target line service.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the service subscription information includes a calibrated duration, where the calibrated duration includes a first expected duration and a second expected duration. The first predicted duration is smaller than the second predicted duration, and the second predicted duration is smaller than or equal to the subscription duration corresponding to the service on the target line. The calibration time length is used for determining the service execution progress of the service on the target line. Specifically, in step 604, the service execution progress of the service on the target line is determined according to the executed time length of the service on the target line and the calibrated time length contained in the service subscription information, including the following procedures:
step 802, if the executed duration of the service on the target line is less than the first expected duration, determining that the service on the target line is not executed, and generating a service execution progress representing that the service on the target line is not completed.
The timing starting point of the first preset duration starts from the initial execution time of the service on the target line, and if the execution duration of the service on the target line is smaller than the first preset duration, the service on the target line is characterized as not formally starting.
In implementation, if the executed duration of the service on the target line is less than the first expected duration, the service on the target line is characterized as not starting, or just starting and ending (i.e. as not formally starting), so that the information service platform determines that the service on the target line is not executed, and generates a service execution progress which characterizes that the service on the target line is not completed.
Step 804, if the executed time length of the service on the target line is longer than the first expected time length and is shorter than the second expected time length, determining that there is an unfinished portion of the service on the target line, and generating a service execution progress indicating that there is an unfinished portion of the service on the target line.
In an implementation, the calibration duration further includes a second expected duration, where the second expected duration may be equal to the subscription duration or slightly less than the subscription duration (i.e., a time difference between the second expected duration and the subscription duration is within a preset range). And if the execution duration of the service on the target line is greater than or equal to the second preset duration, representing that the service on the target line is executed. Thus, if the executed duration of the service on the target line is longer than the first expected duration, the service on the target line is calculated as formal execution, and if the executed duration of the service on the target line is smaller than the second expected duration (for example, the situation that the service on the target line is suspended in a stage manner, etc.), the service on the target line is not completely executed, and an unfinished part exists, so that the information service platform generates the service execution progress of the unfinished part of the service on the target line.
Step 806, if the executed time length of the on-target line service is greater than or equal to the second expected time length, determining that the on-target line service is completed, and generating a service execution progress indicating that the on-target line service is completed.
In implementation, if the executed time length of the service on the target line is greater than or equal to the second preset time length, the service on the target line is represented to be executed, the information service platform determines that the service on the target line is completed, and a service execution progress representing that the service on the target line is completed is generated.
In this embodiment, based on the calibrated duration in the service subscription information and the executed duration of the service on the target line, the service execution progress of the service on the target line is determined, so as to implement the progress supervision of the service on the target line.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, after step 208, the method further comprises:
and step 902, updating the execution result of the on-target line service to the service order of the on-target line service.
In implementation, the information service platform updates the execution result of the on-target line service to the service order of the on-target line service to query and track the execution result of the on-target line service based on the service order.
Step 904, pushing the updated service order to the account of the service publisher and the account of the service subscriber according to the preset order pushing strategy.
In implementation, after determining the execution result of the service on the target line, the information service platform pushes the updated service order to the account of the service publisher and the account of the service subscriber according to a preset order pushing strategy. Optionally, the order pushing policy may include, but is not limited to, a pushing order policy of a service order, a pushing form policy of a service order, etc., where the pushing order policy of the service order may be that the order pushing policy is pushed to an account where a service publisher is located and then pushed to an account where a service subscriber is located; or pushing the account to the account of the service subscriber and pushing the account to the account of the service publisher. Therefore, the push sequence policy of the service order is not limited in the embodiment of the present application, and may be set based on the actual service requirement. The embodiment of the application also does not limit the policy content of each dimension contained in the order pushing policy.
In step 906, in response to the confirmation information for the service order, a service order completion for the service on the target line is determined.
In implementation, if both parties involved in the on-target line service (i.e. the service publisher and the service subscriber) confirm the service order, the on-target line service is characterized in that, for the present on-target line service, the parties involved have agreed on service information (e.g. service attribute information, service subscription information, service execution progress, service executed duration, etc.) fed back in the service order, so that the information service platform determines that the service order of the on-target line service is completed in response to the confirmation information for the service order.
Optionally, in addition to the fact that the subscription task of the on-target line service is completed, both parties involved in the on-target line service may confirm the service order (i.e. receive confirmation information of the service orders of both parties involved in the on-target line service), or may confirm the on-target line service in stages, i.e. there are already completed portions in the staged service order, but there are still incomplete portions, for example, a situation that the on-target line service is suspended, etc., where the information service platform confirms the staged service order (or referred to as a service sub-order), and at this time, the service order includes only staged service information, for example, the service execution progress indicates that there is an incomplete portion of the on-target line service, the service execution duration is less than the subscription duration, etc., while both parties involved in the on-target line service confirm the staged service order, i.e. indicate that the staged service information included in the service order is confirmed. Whether the subscription task of the service order corresponding to the service on the target line is completely completed or an unfinished part exists, if the two parties involved in the service on the target line confirm the service order, the service interaction represented by the service order is established, and the service order completion of the current service on the target line is reflected.
In this embodiment, the information service platform is provided with a confirmation mechanism of the service order, and both parties involved in the service on the target line confirm the service order, so as to ensure that the interaction process of the service on the target line is agreed, and improve the security and reliability of the interaction process of the service on the target line.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, after step 904, the method further comprises:
if the confirmation information of the service order sent by at least one of the service publisher and the service subscriber is not received, step 1002, the updated service order is obtained in response to the update operation of the service publisher or the service subscriber on the service order.
In the implementation, if the information service platform does not receive the confirmation information of the service order sent by at least one of the service publishers and the service subscribers, the information service platform characterizes that the two parties participating in the service on the target line have objection to the service information of the service on the target line fed back in the service order. At this time, any one of the two parties participating in the service on the target line can propose modification and update of the service order, and the information service platform responds to the update operation of the service publisher or the service subscriber on the service order to acquire the updated service order.
Step 1004, pushing the updated service order to the account of the service publisher and the account of the service subscriber for consensus confirmation.
In implementation, for the updated service order, the information service platform pushes the updated service order to the account where the service publisher is located and the account where the service subscriber is located, so that the account where the service publisher is located and the account where the service subscriber is located can perform consensus confirmation on the updated service order, and therefore participation of both parties of the service on the target line can be promoted to reach consensus on the service information in the service order as soon as possible.
Optionally, for the service information with objection in the service order, the parties involved in the service on the target line may communicate and negotiate by means of an interaction manner provided by the information service platform, for example, the information service platform supports the parties involved in the service on the target line to communicate through an audio/video call or an online text manner, and the interaction manner provided by the information service platform is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In this embodiment, the information service platform is provided with an update mechanism when the service order is not confirmed and a consensus confirmation mechanism after the service order is updated, based on this, both parties involved in the service on the target line confirm the service order, so that under the condition of the business order consensus confirmation, both parties involved in the service on the target line agree on the interaction process, and the security and reliability of the service interaction process on the target line are improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, after the business order is completed, the information service platform needs to process the business order once, and then after step 906, the method further includes:
in step 1101, the service order in the cache is cleared when the execution result of the on-target line service included in the service order indicates that all the execution is completed.
In implementation, in the case that the execution result of the on-target line service included in the service order indicates that all the execution is completed, in order to reduce the occupation of the buffer space, the information service platform clears the service order in the buffer.
In step 1102, the service order is retained in the case where the execution result of the on-target line service included in the service order indicates that there is an incomplete portion.
In implementation, in the case that the execution result of the on-target line service contained in the service order represents that there is an unfinished part, in order to ensure that the two parties involved in the on-target line service recover the response efficiency of the on-target line service at any time, the information service platform reserves the service order.
In this embodiment, different processing is performed on the service order according to different execution results of the service on the target line included in the service order, so as to reduce occupation of the buffer space and improve response efficiency of the service on the target line.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, in step 1101, in a case where the execution result of the on-target line service included in the service order indicates that all the execution is completed, the clearing the service order in the cache includes:
step 1201, based on the confirmation information of the service order and the preset order confirmation condition, the service execution result of the on-line service included in the service order is checked.
The confirmation information of the service order may be the confirmation information of the service order from the account where the service publisher is located, or the confirmation information of the service order from the account where the service subscriber is located. The preset order determining condition is that determining information is sent to an account where a service publisher is located and an account where a service subscriber is located.
In implementation, the information service platform verifies the service execution result contained in the service order based on the received confirmation information of the service order and the preset order confirmation condition, namely, the commonality and reliability of the service execution result in the service order are ensured. Specifically, if the information service platform receives the confirmation information of the service order sent by the account where the service publisher is located and the account where the service subscriber is located, the information service platform determines that the service order meets the preset order confirmation condition, so that the information service platform determines that the service execution result contained in the service order passes the verification.
Optionally, if the information service platform does not receive the confirmation information of the service order sent by at least one party of the account where the service publisher is located and the account where the service subscriber is located, the service execution result of the on-target service included in the service order does not pass the verification.
Step 1202, in the case that the service execution result of the service on the target line passes the verification, if the execution result of the service on the target line indicates that all the execution is completed, clearing the service order in the cache.
In implementation, under the condition that the service execution result of the service on the target line passes the verification, if the execution result of the service on the target line included in the service order indicates that all the execution is completed, the service order in the cache is cleared, so that the occupation of the cache space is reduced.
In this embodiment, the service execution result of the service on the target line included in the service order is checked, and if the checked service execution result indicates that all the execution is completed under the condition that the check is passed, the service order in the cache is cleared, so as to reduce the occupation of the cache space.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 13, after step 1202, the method further comprises:
in step 1301, in response to the operation of continuing to execute the service on the target line, a service remaining duration corresponding to the unfinished portion in the service on the target line is obtained.
In practice, during the actual execution of the on-target line service, the on-target line service may be executed in stages, so if the account of the service subscriber wants to continue to execute the on-target line service. The account where the service subscriber is located can execute the operation which is continuously executed on the information service platform. Then, the information service platform responds to the continuous execution operation for the service on the target line, and obtains the service residual duration corresponding to the unfinished part in the service on the target line. For example, in an online consultation service (a target online service) for 60 minutes at a time, after the two parties are involved in the consultation consensus, the service is suspended when the consultation time reaches 40 minutes. The service order of the service on the target line is reserved, and when the service subscriber triggers the operation to be continuously executed, the information service platform obtains the remaining duration of the service on the target line, namely 20 minutes.
In step 1302, in the process of executing the unfinished portion of the on-target line service, timing supervision is performed on the execution process of the on-target line service based on the remaining duration of the service.
In the implementation, the account where the service publisher is located continues to execute the unfinished part of the service on the target line by means of the information service platform, and in the process of executing the unfinished part of the service on the target line, the information service platform performs timing supervision on the execution process of the service on the target line based on the residual duration of the service.
In this embodiment, for the suspended on-target service, the information service platform provides a continuous execution mechanism, so as to ensure the completion of the task on the target line.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, the method further comprises:
in step 1401, renewal information is generated in response to a renewal request for the on-target line traffic.
In implementation, if the service subscriber wants to renew the on-target line service, the information service platform provides a renewing mechanism within the validity period of the on-target line service, that is, the account where the service subscriber is located sends a renewing request to the information service platform, and the information service platform responds to the renewing request for the on-target line service to generate renewing information.
Step 1402, generating a renewing service order of the on-line service according to the renewing information, and executing the on-line service based on the renewing service order.
In implementation, the information service platform generates a renewal service order of the on-line service according to renewal information. Then, the information service platform performs the target online service based on the renewal service order.
Optionally, for the renewal request of the same service subscriber to the service on the same target line, the generated renewal order can be used as a new service order, independent of the previous service order. The method can also be used as the follow-up of the past service order, and the service information of the new round of on-target line service is continuously updated in the past service order, which is not repeated in the embodiment of the application.
In an embodiment, after the service order corresponding to the current on-target line service is completed, the information service platform may perform data statistics processing on the service order of the current on-target line service, as shown in fig. 15, in step 206, in response to the service order, after monitoring the execution progress of the on-target line service in the execution process of the on-target line service, the method further includes:
step 1501, determining total resource data of the current on-target line service based on preset unit resource data in the service order and the executed duration of the on-target line service.
In the implementation, in the execution process of the current target line service, the information service platform carries out real-time data processing on the target display service based on preset unit resource data and the executed time length of the target line service, and determines the total resource data of the current target line service. As shown in fig. 16, fig. 16 is an exemplary diagram of an interactive process of a target line service, in which an information service platform is integrated on a call server and a service server. After the call service between the account of the service publisher and the account of the service subscriber is switched on, the information service platform creates a callback and creates charging, the SDK is switched on (Software Development Kit ) and the video is switched on, the callback is switched on, then the information service platform starts timing charging, the service on the target line is preset with resource data (namely, unit resource data) of unit time, the information service platform can determine the total resource data of the service on the target line based on the resource data of the unit time and the executed time length of the service on the target line, so that the automatic data statistics processing of the service on the target line is realized until the service on the target line is completed, and the information service platform finishes timing charging.
Optionally, if the service execution result of the service on the target line is that all the execution is completed, the information service platform may perform data statistics processing on the service on the current target line based on the preset unit resource data and the executed duration of the service on the target line (where the executed duration is equal to the subscription duration). And if the service on the target line is not executed, the information service platform cancels the data statistics processing of the service on the target line. If the execution of the service on the target line is suspended in the execution process, namely, an unfinished part exists, the information service platform has two data statistics processing modes, namely, a mode I, extracts the current executed time length of the service on the target line (the executed time length is smaller than the subscription time length), and performs partial data statistics processing based on preset unit resource data and the current executed time length of the service on the target line. And secondly, the information service platform pauses the data statistics processing of the on-target line service until the whole processing of the on-target line service is completed, and restarting the data statistics processing of the on-target line service.
In step 1502, the total resource data of the service on the target line is updated to the service order.
In the implementation, the information service platform updates the total resource data of the on-line service determined by the real-time data processing to the service order, so that the service order is pushed to the account where the service subscriber is located after the service order is updated.
In this embodiment, in the service execution process of the on-target service, the information service platform performs automatic data statistics processing on the on-target service, and updates the total resource data obtained after the data statistics processing to the service order in real time, and performs consensus confirmation on the total resource data by relying on the service order, thereby improving the processing efficiency of the service order.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 17, the method further comprises:
in step 1701, execution of the on-target traffic is discontinued in response to a suspension operation of the on-target traffic.
In implementation, if both parties of the on-target line service submit a suspension application during the execution of the on-target line service, the information service platform responds to the suspension operation for the on-target line service, and the terminal executes the on-target line service, and at this time, the information service platform also stops the data statistics processing of the total resource data of the on-target line service.
Step 1702, if the current executed duration of the on-target line service is less than the subscription duration corresponding to the on-target line service, generating a service sub-order of the on-target line service based on the total resource data and the executed duration of the on-target line service.
In implementation, after the on-target line service is interrupted, if the current executed duration of the on-target line service is smaller than the subscription duration corresponding to the on-target line service, and the incomplete part of the on-target line service is represented, the information service platform may perform data statistics processing based on the completed part only, and further generate a service sub-order of the on-target line service. The information service platform pushes the business sub-order to an account where the business subscriber is located so as to prompt the account where the business subscriber is located to settle the business sub-order.
In this embodiment, for the case that the executed duration of the service on the target line is less than the subscription duration corresponding to the service on the target line (i.e., the case that there is an incomplete portion in the service on the target line), the information service platform adopts a partial data statistics manner, calculates the total resource data after partial data statistics, updates the total resource data into the service order, and performs consensus confirmation on the total resource data depending on the service order, thereby improving the processing efficiency of the service order.
Optionally, after continuing to execute the incomplete on-target line service, the information service platform may generate a service sub-order again, and perform settlement processing on the remaining part of the on-target line service (i.e., the last incomplete part) through the subsequent service sub-order.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
and under the condition that the total resource data contained in the service order is confirmed, responding to the payment confirmation information fed back by the account where the service subscriber is located, and updating the resource record of the account where the service subscriber is located based on the total resource data.
In implementation, the information service platform sends the total resource data contained in the service order to both parties participating in the service on the target line, performs consensus confirmation, and under the condition that both parties participate in the confirmation of the total resource data, the information service platform responds to the payment information triggered by the account where the service subscriber is located, updates the resource record of the account where the service subscriber is located based on the total resource data, and completes the resource settlement of the service on the target line.
The data statistics processing of the service order of the service on the target line and the resource settlement processing of the service on the target line are mutually independent data processing frames, so that the data statistics processing of the service on the target line and the resource settlement of the service on the target line can be synchronously processed or not synchronously processed.
In this embodiment, the information service platform supports a settlement mechanism for the on-target line service and completes settlement for the on-target line service when the total resource data included in the service order is confirmed.
