在静止地面耦合装置3的中心处,交替电磁场、电流或流体可最优地从充电线圈30、充电触点30或箱嘴30流动到接触板23中或流动到呈至少一个充电线圈230、两个充电触点230或至少一个装载嘴230形式的连接构件230中,同时开始补充能量过程。电缆231或装载软管231从连接构件230通向接触板连接件22,且因此间接地经由补给连接件20通向驱动电池A或流体箱B。
为了允许充分自动地补充能量,必须利用至少一个传感器S通过充电线圈30、充电触点30或箱嘴30找到接触板23的最优位置,并且必须将操控器臂24移动到所述最优位置。
在图2中,以虚线示出了具有接触板23的操控器臂24的缩回状态。由单箭头指示操控器臂24的折叠。操控器臂24的设计必须使得接触板连接件22在移动期间不会被切断。
为了进一步增大操控器臂24或接触板23的行进范围,本文将下部臂区段242任选地设计为可线性延伸的伸缩式区段。此伸缩式区段可沿着双箭头缩回和延伸,从而允许接触板23最优地移动到静止地面耦合装置3的中心。伸缩式区段242可由计算机和控制单元21在电控制、机电控制或气动控制下移动。
至关重要的是,静止地面耦合装置3中不使用可移动组件并且以稳定的方式固定供应线路31以及充电线圈、充电触点或箱嘴30。如果总是向供应线路31供应电或流体,则补充能量甚至可在无补给电子器件32的情况下运作。
一旦连接构件230连接到充电线圈30、充电触点30或箱嘴30,可立刻开始补充能量。
可通过两个充电触点230与充电触点30之间的接触借助引线接合充电或通过充电线圈230与充电线圈30之间的接触借助无线充电来达成对驱动电池A的充电。
如果在车辆中为流体箱B补充能量,则必须达成接触板23上的补给端口230与静止地面耦合装置3上的箱嘴30之间的紧密接触。
接触板23优选地被设计为多层壳体并且具有内部空间,所述内部空间中可布置有连接构件230、传感器S。
为了实行补充能量方法,在第一步骤中,车辆驾驶员必须将车辆停放在静止地面耦合装置3的区域中。在本文,车辆侧耦合装置2布置在车辆的前轴的区域中,并且静止地面耦合装置3大致定位在前车轮之间。由于地面耦合装置3是固定的,因此必须相应地对车辆进行定位。
一旦车辆就位,则可启动计算机和控制单元21并且开始所需的补充能量过程。因此,应在车辆的仪表板上设置计算机和控制单元21的操作选项。在计算机和控制单元21的控制下,利用操控器臂24将接触板23从车辆降低直到所述接触板与地面耦合装置3接触为止。
然后,借助操控器臂24使接触板23在静止地面耦合装置3的最优补充能量点的方向上移动。在至少一个传感器S的控制下,操控器臂24找到接触板23的最佳位置以使得将连接构件230置于距充电线圈30、充电触点30或箱嘴30最小距离处。
最终,在计算机和控制单元21的控制下自动将接触板23与连接构件230一起放下,因此将连接构件230耦合到充电线圈30、充电触点30或箱嘴30。
如果向供应线路31持续供应电或流体,则可立即开始补充能量过程。计算机和控制单元21还可用于监测补充能量。
如果静止地面耦合装置3包括补给电子器件32,则补充能量过程可相应地由补给电子器件32开始并且在完成之后再由补给电子器件32结束。在此情形中,补给电子器件32确保自动补充能量并终止所述过程。
在补充能量已完成之后,再次从静止地面耦合装置3释放连接构件230,并且使操控器臂24与接触板23一起移动回到在车辆底板上的存放状态。
当使用补给电子器件32时,可确保只有在补充能量过程已开始时才发生电力供应和流体供应,这是出于安全和环境原因而优选的。
在图3中所示的另一实施方案中,车辆上携载的耦合装置2包括本文未示出的连接构件,所述连接构件呈至少一个充电线圈形式、呈充电触点形式或是装载嘴。整个操控器臂24连接到计算机和控制单元21并且可在静止地面耦合装置3的方向上整体地下降。操控器臂24上包括伸缩式下部臂区段242的上部臂区段240被配置成使得其可降低并且绕纵轴旋转360°,而下部臂区段242可在平面中移动以使得接触板23可线性移位到靠近静止地面耦合装置3的中心的各个位置。提供与上部臂区段240接合的机构以升高和降低整个操控器臂24并且使操控器臂24绕其纵轴旋转。下部臂区段242被设计成伸缩式的并且包括可按照双箭头在纵向方向上移动的多个部件。接触板23在与上部臂区段240间隔开的一侧上布置在下部臂区段242的末端处,依靠所述机构和伸缩式下部臂区段242可旋转地、可枢转地或可线性移位地移动,所述移动由计算机和控制单元(21)自动控制。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于为可移动车辆的电气驱动电池(A)或流体箱(B)补充能量的多部件补充能量装置(1),所述多部件补充能量装置(1)包括:
车辆侧耦合装置(2),所述车辆侧耦合装置(2)具有补给连接件(20)、计算机和控制单元(21)、被设计为电缆或流体软管的接触板连接件(22)和具有连接构件(230)的可移动接触板(23),以及
地面耦合装置(3),所述地面耦合装置(3)以静止且固定的方式布置在地面上,具有至少一个充电线圈(30),具有与所述选定连接构件(230)兼容的充电触点(30)或箱嘴(30),
其特征在于
携载在所述车辆上的所述车辆侧耦合装置(2)具有:连接构件(230),所述连接构件(230)被设计为至少一个充电线圈、充电触点形式或被设计为装载嘴(230),以及操控器臂(24),所述操控器臂(24)用于使所述接触板(23)下降、移位并降低在所述静止地面耦合装置(3)的中心中,
其中所述操控器臂(24)被安装成使得其能够上下移动,具有可枢转且可旋转地安装在车辆侧上的至少一个上部臂区段(240)和用于安装所述接触板(23)的一个伸缩式下部臂区段(242),并且由所述计算机和控制单元(21)自动控制。
2.如权利要求1所述的多部件补充能量装置(1),其中所述操控器臂(24)包括可枢转且可旋转地安装在所述车辆侧上的所述上部臂区段(240)、接头(241’)、下部臂区段(242)和用于安装所述接触板(23)的另一接头(241”),并且由所述计算机和控制单元(21)自动控制。
3.如权利要求1至2中任一项所述的多部件补充能量装置(1),其中所述操控器臂(24)的所述上部臂区段(240)可枢转地附接到所述车辆侧上的接头(241)。
4.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的多部件补充能量装置(1),其中所述下部臂区段(242)被设计为伸缩式区段(242),所述伸缩式区段能够在所述计算机和控制单元(21)的电控制、机电控制和气动控制下移动并且因此能够线性地延伸。
5.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的多部件补充能量装置(1),其中所述操控器臂(24)被设计为由所述计算机和控制单元(21)电控制、机电控制或气动控制。
6.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的多部件补充能量装置(1),其中至少一个传感器(S)布置在所述接触板(23)上或布置在所述接触板(23)的内部空间中,并且连接到所述计算机和控制单元(21)以确定相对于所述地面耦合装置(3)的最优位置,其中所述至少一个传感器(S)是接触传感器、电磁传感器、磁性传感器、光学传感器或红外线传感器。
7.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的多部件补充能量装置(1),其中所述静止地面耦合装置(3)包括开始和结束补充能量过程的补给电子器件(32),其中以受控方式对应地馈送电流或流体。
8.一种使用多部件补充能量装置(1)来为可移动车辆的电气驱动电池(A)或流体箱(B)补充能量的补充能量方法,所述补充能量方法由以下步骤表征:
-将所述车辆定位在本地固定的不可移动地面耦合装置(3)的附近,
-操作计算机和控制单元(21)以开始补充能量过程,
-借助由所述计算机和控制单元(21)电控制、机电控制或气动控制的操控器臂(24)将接触板(23)在所述地面耦合装置(3)的方向上降低在所述车辆下方的地面上,以此方式将所述接触板(23)的连接构件(230)置于距所述地面耦合装置(3)的充电线圈(30)、充电触点(30)或箱嘴(30)的最小距离处,
-通过对所述充电线圈(30)或所述充电触点(30)施加电或通过向所述箱嘴(30)供应流体来开始所述补充能量过程,借此,在所述补充能量之后,
-借助操控器臂(24)将接触板(23)转移回到存放状态中。
9.如权利要求7所述的使用多部件补充能量装置(1)的补充能量方法,其中补充能量装置(1)如权利要求1至6中任一项所述。
