Background
The pressure steam sterilization is a technology for sterilizing by utilizing high-temperature high-pressure steam, and is widely applied to sterilization of products such as medical instruments and the like. In order to ensure that the sterilization parameters in the pressure steam sterilization process meet the sterilization requirements, the sterilization process needs to be monitored and indicated by an indicator with chemical medicines. In the pressure steam sterilization process, chemical medicines in the indicator can be different in color along with different sterilization environments, so that a user can judge whether the pressure steam sterilization meets the sterilization requirement through the color of the chemical medicines on the indicator.
For the indicator for monitoring the pressure steam sterilization process, an indicator ink containing a chemical is generally printed on an article such as a label paper, and the label paper is attached to the object to be sterilized. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a chemical indicator label. When the indication label is actually prepared, a plurality of indication ink stripes are printed on the whole label paper at one time, and a blank area is reserved between every two adjacent indication ink stripes so as to fill in the description text.
However, in the process of preparing the indicator according to the above method, in order to avoid that the indicator ink is too viscous in the printing plate, a volatile organic solvent is often required to be added, and the organic solvent is an environmentally unfriendly toxic gas, so that a large amount of toxic gas is discharged; and the properties of indicators prepared based on the above-described manner are often not satisfactory.

Drawings
For a clearer description of embodiments of the application or of the prior art, the drawings that are used in the description of the embodiments or of the prior art will be briefly described, it being apparent that the drawings in the description below are only some embodiments of the application, and that other drawings can be obtained from them without inventive effort for a person skilled in the art.
FIG. 1 is a schematic illustration of a chemical indicator label;
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of the distribution of the indicator ink stripes on the label paper;
fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a method for preparing a chemical indicator according to an embodiment of the present application.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a chemical indicator label, and the black stripes in fig. 1 are indicator ink stripes. As can be seen from fig. 1, since the filling-in explanatory text is reserved between each of the indicating ink stripes on the label paper, the distribution of the indicating ink stripes on the label paper tends to be relatively dispersed, as shown in fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the distribution of the indicating ink stripes on the label paper printed. The width of each indicator ink stripe is only about 2mm, so that the proportion of the printing area of the flowing indicator ink to the whole printing surface is relatively low, about 15% in each printing of the printing plate.
In the actual printing process, volatile organic solvents are required to be added into the indicating ink, because the indicating ink does not flow for a long time or flows at a low speed, the viscosity of the indicating ink is gradually increased; in order to ensure the fluidity of the indicating ink, so that the indicating ink can smoothly flow out of the printing plate, volatile organic solvents are required to be continuously added into the indicating ink, and the viscosity of the indicating ink is reduced; the use of a large amount of organic solvents inevitably causes a large amount of volatilization of the organic solvents, thereby causing environmental pollution.
Furthermore, it will be appreciated that, if the printing area of the indicating ink flowing out of the printing plate is smaller each time the indicating ink is printed on the printing plate, it is apparent that the slower the indicating ink is consumed in the printing plate, the longer the time it remains in the printing plate, and accordingly the more organic solvent needs to be added.
On the basis, the printing thickness of the indication ink is increased to a certain extent because the consumption and flow speed of the indication ink in the printing plate is low, so that the finally obtained indication object is easy to have the problems of incomplete color change and the like in practical application.
Therefore, the technical scheme for preparing the chemical indicator is provided in the application, the indicating ink is printed on the transparent material film and then transferred to the paper carrier, so that the printing area of the printing plate for printing the indicating ink at one time can be increased, the use amount of the organic solvent is reduced on the basis of increasing the printing speed of the indicating ink, and the uniformity of the printing thickness of the indicating ink is improved.
In order to better understand the aspects of the present application, the present application will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a method for preparing a chemical indicator according to an embodiment of the present application.
The chemical indicator of the present application has an indication of a sterilization parameter for application to pressure steam. In a specific embodiment of the present application, the method for preparing the chemical indicator may include:
s11: printing indicating ink on the transparent material film; and the ratio between the total coverage area of the indicating ink printed on the transparent material film at a time and the area size of the printing surface of the printing plate is not less than 0.5.
The main components of the indicating ink in this embodiment are water and inorganic salt resin polymer, and a catalyst, a colorant, a heat stabilizer, an absorber, a solvent, and the like are additionally added. The transparent material film may be a film of different materials such as PET, PP, PVC. The transparent material film is used, and the color change of the indication ink between the transparent material film and the paper carrier is required to be observed through the transparent material film.
The printing plate may be any printing method such as screen printing, flexography, or gravure printing.
In addition, in order to avoid the influence of the increase in the viscosity of the indicating ink in the printing plate on the printing quality, an organic solvent may be continuously added to the indicating ink to suppress the curing of the indicating ink. The organic solvent may include cyclohexanone, butyl acetate, toluene, and the like. The organic solvent is volatile and toxic gas, so that the consumption of the organic solvent is reduced as much as possible, and the pollution to the environment can be reduced.
In this embodiment, the large area of the indication ink is printed on the transparent material film, and the coverage area of the indication ink printed each time is more than 50% of the area of the printing surface of the printing plate, so that the rapid printing of the indication ink can be ensured. In practical applications, the indication ink may be printed directly on the transparent material film by full-page printing, that is, the whole printing surface on the printing plate is a printing area.
The printing area of the indicating ink to be printed on the transparent material film may include only one area at a time, or may be a plurality of independent printing areas. In order to ensure that the indication ink can rapidly flow out from the printing plate for printing in the actual printing of each printing area, the area size of each printing area can be set to be not smaller than the set area size, and the area size of each finally formed indication ink area is also not smaller than the set area size.
S12: the region on the transparent material film printed with the indication ink is cut into a plurality of ink units of a set shape.
In various chemical indicators, the indicator ink is basically printed and molded in the form of indicator ink stripes. For this reason, in this embodiment, after the indication ink is printed on the transparent material film, the area covered with the indication ink on the transparent material film may be cut into a plurality of strip-shaped ink units, and the width of each ink unit may be about 2 mm.
Of course, in practice, cutting the ink units into various shapes like squares, circles, etc. is not precluded.
S13: the ink unit is snugly disposed on the paper carrier to form a chemical indicator.
The type of paper carrier in this embodiment varies based on the type of chemical indicator that is ultimately desired to be formed. Currently more common chemical indicators for parameter indication of pressure steam sterilization include indicator labels, indicator tapes, and indicator cards. Accordingly, the paper carrier, respectively, may comprise any of label paper, tape paper or cardboard.
In addition, in order to realize the close fitting arrangement between the paper carrier and the ink unit as far as possible, the ink unit can be arranged on the paper carrier through ultrasonic ironing, one surface of the ink unit with indication ink is attached to the paper carrier, and the surface of one side of the ink unit with the indication ink can be provided with hot melt adhesive, and the ink unit and the paper carrier are adhered through the hot melt adhesive.
It should be noted that, in the indicator formed by printing the indicating ink on the paper carrier in the conventional manner, the ink in the liquid state is directly printed on the paper carrier, and the material requirement of the paper carrier is relatively high.
The paper of the existing paper carrier has the characteristics of acid and alkali, adsorptivity and the like, and the characteristics directly have great influence on the color change rate and the color change condition of the indication ink; the demand of indicator inks on paper substrates is particularly high. When the material of the paper carrier is actually selected, there is often a problem that the tightness of mutual adsorption of the indicating ink is not compatible with the good color-changing property of the indicating ink.
In the embodiment, when the ink unit is attached to the paper carrier, one is to realize attachment connection in an ultrasonic ironing mode, so that the connection tightness between the ink unit and the paper carrier can be ensured; meanwhile, the indication ink on the ink unit is cured before the ink unit is attached to the paper carrier, so that the influence of the paper carrier on the color change of the indication ink can be avoided.
In addition, when realizing laminating connection between ink unit and the paper carrier through the hot melt adhesive, because there is one deck hot melt adhesive in the interval between ink unit and the paper carrier, and then avoid instruct printing ink direct contact paper carrier, and then also can avoid paper carrier to instruct the influence that printing ink discoloured. And the hot melt adhesive can also promote the tight connection between the ink unit and the paper carrier, so as to avoid medicine dropping.
The indication ink in this embodiment is not directly printed on the paper carrier, but printed on the transparent material film when being transferred to the paper carrier, and the transparent material film is also required to be cut into ink units after being printed and then transferred to the paper carrier; obviously, when the indicating ink is printed on the transparent material film, the indicating ink is not required to be printed into the shape of the indicating ink stripes, and a blank area for accommodating the written description is not required to be left between the indicating ink stripes; that is, when the indicating ink is printed on the transparent material film, the indicating ink can be printed on a larger area of the transparent material film, and the printing pattern and the position are not limited.
Taking a chemical indicator as an indication label as an example, the paper carrier is label paper; for the indication label, a plurality of indication ink stripes are required to be formed on the label paper, a large-area rectangular ink area can be directly printed on the transparent material film, the rectangular ink area on the transparent material film is cut into a plurality of strip-shaped ink units, the ink units are sequentially attached to the label paper according to the required positions, and blank areas for filling in the description characters can be reserved between the adjacent ink units, so that the indication label can be formed.
Since the printing of the indicating ink on the transparent material film is not limited by the printing position and the printing area, the printing area on the printing plate can be set as large as possible in the actual printing process of the indicating ink, and the printing area is at least 50% of the whole printing surface of the printing plate. The actual printing area of the printing plate is enlarged, the amount of the indication ink consumed by each printing is relatively large, correspondingly, the retention time of the indication ink in the printing plate is correspondingly shortened, which is equivalent to shortening the time for gradually thickening the indication ink, namely that the indication ink is not too thick, and the indication ink can flow out of the printing plate for printing; because the viscosity of the indicating ink is reduced, the amount of the volatile organic solvent added into the indicating ink is also greatly reduced, so that the pollution of the volatile organic solvent to the environment can be reduced.
On the basis, because the printing of the indicating ink on the transparent material film is not limited by the printing shape and the position, the large-area printing of the indicating ink can be realized, and therefore, compared with the conventional printing of the indicating ink on only one paper carrier at a time, the number of the ink units which are formed by cutting after the indicating ink is printed on the transparent material film at one time in the embodiment can be met, wherein the number is two, three or even more of the ink units are attached to each other on the paper carrier. From this, it can be seen that the printing efficiency of the printing indicating ink in this embodiment is greatly improved.
In addition, at present, when the indication ink is printed directly on the paper carrier, because a plurality of stripe patterns with the width of only about 2mm are printed directly, the gap for the indication ink on the printing plate is relatively smaller correspondingly, and the indication ink has relatively higher viscosity due to low flowing speed, so that the amount of the indication ink at the corresponding ink outlet positions of different stripe patterns in the printing process is uneven, and the thickness of the indication ink in the indication ink stripes formed by final printing is uneven. The uneven thickness of the indication ink can cause the problems of incomplete color change, bottom exposure, drug dropping and the like of the chemical indicator in the process of actually monitoring the pressure steam sterilization parameters.
In this embodiment, the area of the transparent material film printed with the indicating ink is larger, the area of the printing plate printed with the indicating ink is larger, the viscosity of the indicating ink is lower, and the uniformity of the printing thickness of the indicating ink can be improved to a great extent, so that the working performance of the finally formed chemical indicator is improved to a certain extent.
In addition, in the embodiment, fascia connection between the ink unit and the paper carrier is realized by utilizing an ultrasonic ironing or hot melt adhesive mode, the requirement on the material characteristics of the paper carrier is reduced, and the situations of dropping medicine and indicating that the color change of the ink is not in accordance with the requirement can be avoided.
In summary, in the process of preparing the chemical indicator, the indication ink is printed on the transparent material film, then the transparent material film printed with the indication ink is cut into a plurality of ink units, and the ink units are attached to the paper carrier to realize the transfer of the indication ink to the paper carrier, so as to form the chemical indicator. The printing method has the advantages that the indicating ink with larger area can be printed on the transparent material film at one time, the printing speed of the indicating ink is accelerated, the using amount of volatile organic solvents is reduced, and the printing thickness uniformity of the indicating ink can be improved to a certain extent. Therefore, the mode for preparing the chemical indicator is more environment-friendly, the efficiency of printing the formed indicator is higher, and the quality of the chemical indicator can be improved.
