s5, the ordinary user searches the existing parking order information through the query module, and performs renewal or refund operation on the selected parking order through the service handling module;
and S6, the common user drives the automobile to the parking lot, and a manager or intelligent equipment of the parking lot recognizes and uploads the license plate number of the automobile through the second terminal to inquire payment state information of the corresponding license plate number.

1. An online parking service handling system comprises a server, a plurality of first terminals and a plurality of second terminals; the method is characterized in that: the first terminal is in communication connection with the server, and the second terminal is in communication connection with the server; the server is managed by a third party supervision organization, the first terminal is used by a common user, and the second terminal is used by a parking lot supervision organization user;
the server side is provided with a registration login module, a business handling module, a query module, a transaction module and a storage module;
the common user and the parking lot management mechanism user register account information in the registration login module through the first terminal and the second terminal respectively; other modules may be accessed if and only if the user registration is successful;
in the service handling module, the functions accessible by the first terminal comprise parking mode selection, payment, renewal and withdrawal, and the functions accessible by the second terminal comprise parking lot information setting;
the inquiry module is used for inquiring the parking lot information by a common user and inquiring the common user information of the parking lot management mechanism user which has transacted the parking service;
the transaction module is used for settling the fund exchange between the common user and the third party supervision organization and settling the fund exchange between the parking lot supervision organization user and the third party supervision organization;
the storage module is used for storing data generated when the registration login module, the business handling module and the transaction module run.
2. An on-line parking business handling system according to claim 1, wherein:
when the common user registers an account, the uploaded information comprises personal identity information and license plate numbers;
uploading the parking lot information, including a parking lot name, a parking lot address, a business license and the number of parking spaces, when the parking lot management mechanism user registers an account;
when any one of the ordinary users selects any one of the parking lots, selects a parking mode and pays fees, the service handling module automatically generates a parking order and generates fee paying state information, and the information of the parking order comprises cut-off parking time;
when the ordinary user performs the renewal or refund operation on one parking order, the service handling module automatically modifies the payment status information corresponding to the parking order; when the real-time exceeds the stop parking time of one parking order, the service handling module can automatically modify the payment state information of the corresponding parking order.

An on-line parking business handling system according to claim 2, wherein: when the service handling module generates or modifies the payment state information, the service handling module sends information to inform the second terminal; and the common user or the parking lot management mechanism user checks the corresponding payment state information by checking the parking order.

An on-line parking business handling system according to claim 2, wherein: the service end is provided with a payment state API interface; a proprietary parking management system is operated on the second terminal; the parking lot information comprises a parking lot identification number; and after the special parking management system identifies the license plate number of the vehicle, the special parking management system is combined with the parking lot identification number, and then the payment state information corresponding to the license plate number is queried in real time through the payment state API interface.

An on-line parking business handling system according to claim 2, wherein: the parking lot information further includes a parking contract; the parking lot information setting comprises modification of total number of parking spaces, modification of parking cost and uploading or updating of parking contracts; when the parking fee is modified by the parking management mechanism user, synchronously updating the parking contract; and if and only if the number of parking spaces of the parking lot is greater than 0 and the ordinary user agrees to the content of the parking contract, the ordinary user enters the payment operation through the first terminal.

An on-line parking business handling system according to claim 5, wherein: after the parking contracts are updated, the number of the parking contracts of the parking lot management agency user is increased; any of the parking orders is associated only with the parking contract of the latest version prior to the time of generation.

An on-line parking business handling system according to claim 2, wherein: the parking mode comprises a daily rental mode, a monthly rental mode and an annual rental mode; when the common user selects the daily rental mode, the monthly rental mode or the annual rental mode to pay fees, the common user pays fees for one day, one month or one year respectively;
if and only if the business handling module generates one parking order, the ordinary user also pays deposit;
the deposit is returned to the user if and only if the ordinary user completes the refund operation on one of the parking orders.

An on-line parking business handling system according to claim 2, wherein: when the ordinary user carries out the refund operation on one parking order, the refund cost is calculated according to the proportion occupied by the residual parking use time or the residual parking use date, and then the default is deducted, namely:
refund cost= (payment amount x proportion) -deposit violation;
wherein, the calculation formula of the proportion is as follows:
proportion = 1- (cut-off parking time-real time)/(cut-off parking time-order generation time);
the default fund is preset by the parking lot management mechanism user; if the real-time is greater than the cut-off parking time, the default gold is 0.
9. An on-line parking business handling system according to claim 1, wherein: the storage module is a block chain database.
10. An on-line parking service handling method, applying an on-line parking service handling system according to any one of claims 2 to 9; the method is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
step S1, the parking lot management mechanism user accesses a registration login module of the server through the second terminal, and logs in after registering an account;
s2, the parking lot management mechanism performs parking lot information setting operation through the service handling module;
s3, the common user accesses a registration login module of the server through the first terminal, and logs in after registering an account;
s4, the common user searches the parking lot information through the query module and performs parking mode selection operation and payment operation through the service handling module; when the ordinary user pays the fee successfully, a parking order is generated;
s5, the ordinary user searches the existing parking order information through the query module, and performs renewal or refund operation on the selected parking order through the service handling module;
and S6, the common user drives the automobile to the parking lot, and a manager or intelligent equipment of the parking lot recognizes and uploads the license plate number of the automobile through the second terminal to inquire payment state information of the corresponding license plate number.
