Abstract
本发明公开了一种噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂,由包含如下重量百分含量的成分制成:噁霉灵0.1%~2%,三乙膦酸铝0.1%~5%,硝酸钾5~10%,氯化铵10~25%,钙镁磷肥6~13%,磷酸二氢铵3~18%,分散剂1~6%,粘结剂1~5%,氮素增效剂0.06%~0.08%,稳定剂0.2~5%,铝离子螯合剂0.04%~2.2%,填料补足至100%;稳定剂为遮光剂0.1~2%、成膜剂0.1~3%;铝离子螯合剂为有机酸。本发明公开了药肥颗粒剂在防治黄瓜根腐病和/或促进黄瓜植株生长和/或促进黄瓜增产的应用。本发明噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝复配提高了杀菌能力,同时解决了Al离子对植物根部带来的毒性。

技术领域
本发明属于药肥领域,具体涉及一种噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂及其应用。
背景技术
噁霉灵是一种内吸性杀菌剂和植物生长调节剂,高效、低毒,对各种植物真菌病害,如镰刀菌、苗腐菌、腐霉菌、丝核菌、根壳菌、雪微菌等均有显著的防治效果,广泛适用于柑橘、水稻、小麦、棉花、甜菜、烟草、蔬菜、苗木、果树、谷类、油科、瓜类、草坪、花卉等作物由上述病原真菌引起的作物病害。噁霉灵同样具有强力土壤杀菌与种子消毒作用,对各种土传病害有特效,能够促进作物生长与根系发达,抗苗期各种生理病害及除草剂药害。
三乙膦酸铝是一种有机磷类高效、广谱、内吸性低毒杀菌剂,具有治疗和保护作用,对藻菌亚门霜霉属、疫霉属病原真菌、单轴病菌引起的病害如蔬菜、果树霜霉病、疫病、菠萝心腐病、柑橘根腐病、茎溃病、草霉茎腐病、红髓病有效。该药水溶性好,内吸渗透性强,持效期较长,使用安全。三乙膦酸铝既能通过根部和基部茎叶吸收后向上输导,也能从上部叶片吸收后向基部叶片输导,其只有在植株体内才能发挥防病作用,离体条件下对病菌的抑制作用很小,其防病原理认为是药剂刺激寄主植物的防御系统而防病。
肥料和农药在农业生产中占有重要地位,肥料能提供作物生长的养分需求确保增产,增收;农药可有效防治病、虫、草害,为作物正常生长保驾护航。肥料、农药、土壤与作物之间存在着直接或间接的关系。随着农业生产的发展、科学技术水平的不断提高,肥料、农药混用,使田间两个操作步骤合二为一,现己成为农业领域的一个重要发展方向。
但是,世界上大约50%的可耕土壤是酸性的,酸性土壤的铝(Al)毒害是重要的作物生产限制因素。在pH值低于5时,三价Al离子从粘土矿物中溶解,对植物根部具有相当大的毒性。Al能快速抑制根系生长,抑制根系功能,进而导致干旱和矿质元素缺乏,导致作物产量下降。同样的,三乙膦酸铝作为药肥使用的时候,需要在植物根部使用,亦有三价Al离子从中溶解出来的风险,对植物根部具有相当大的毒性危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决了铝离子给植物带来的毒害问题,提供一种噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝复配而成的药肥颗粒剂,该药肥颗粒剂在提高杀菌能力的同时,也可以促进植物增产。
本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂,它是由包含如下重量百分含量的成分制成的:噁霉灵0.1%~2%,三乙膦酸铝0.1%~5%,硝酸钾5~10%,氯化铵10~25%,钙镁磷肥6~13%,磷酸二氢铵3~18%,分散剂1~6%,粘结剂1~5%,增效剂0.06%~0.08%,稳定剂0.2~5%,铝离子螯合剂0.04%~2.2%,填料补足至100%;所述的增效剂为氮素增效剂;所述的稳定剂为遮光剂0.1~2%、成膜剂0.1~3%;所述的铝离子螯合剂为有机酸。
优选的,噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂是由包含如下重量百分含量的成分制成的:噁霉灵1%,三乙膦酸铝2%~5%,硝酸钾5~10%,氯化铵20~25%,钙镁磷肥6~13%,磷酸二氢铵15~18%,分散剂4~6%,粘结剂1~5%,增效剂0.06%~0.08%,遮光剂1~2%、成膜剂2~3%,铝离子螯合剂0.04%~2.2%,填料补足至100%。

所述的分散剂为烯丙基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯环氧基醚、聚羧酸盐、脂肪醇环氧乙烷加成物磺酸盐、亚甲基双甲基萘磺酸钠、烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐中的一种或几种。
所述的粘结剂为PVPK30、HPMC、玉米淀粉、阿拉伯胶、黄原胶中的一种或几种。

本发明的另一个目的是提供一种所述的噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝用纯水溶解得到混合溶液,其余物料使用气流粉碎机粉碎得到微粉末;启动圆盘造粒机,开启循环加热装置,圆盘造粒机转速为30r/min,油温到68℃时,将微粉末投入至圆盘造粒机中;然后使用高压喷枪(高压喷雾压力8公斤)将混合溶液均匀喷洒至微粉末上,喷洒结束后继续混合45分钟,得到噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂。
本发明的另一个目的是提供所述的噁霉灵和三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂在防治黄瓜根腐病和/或促进黄瓜植株生长和/或促进黄瓜增产的应用。
所述的黄瓜根腐病是由鞭毛菌亚门真菌形成毒素侵染导致的。
所述的鞭毛菌亚门真菌为Phytophthora melonis。
所述的噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂的施药方式为穴施。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明根据有机酸的释放作用于铝排外机制,在药肥中添加了有机酸,在实际使用中时,有机酸(OA)阴离子在根际螯合三价Al离子(Al3+),形成无法进入根部的无毒化合物,从而解决三价Al离子对植物根部带来的毒性。
噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝复配提高了杀菌能力,肥料的加入可以促进植物增产;氮素增效剂可以与肥料混合使用,能迅速渗透到植物体内,促进细胞原生质流动,提高细胞活力,防止肥料固化,加快和增强肥料吸收(可减少化学肥料正常施用量的10~30%),并且能够增强光合作用,增加叶绿素,促进植物生长健而不旺,同时还能增强作物抗病抗逆能力,促使根系发达。遮光剂的添加有效阻挡紫外线对药物和肥料的光解破坏;通过成膜剂对每一个颗粒进行全覆盖式包膜,隔绝了空气中的氧气和水分,防止药物和肥料氧化、水解;通过遮光剂和成膜剂的使用,不仅能够使产品的杀菌效果更稳定、持久,而且对氮磷肥起到保护作用。
具体实施方式
生物测试
为了明确噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝的可混性,以及在不同配比下对黄瓜根腐病的协同防治作用,进行噁霉灵和三乙膦酸铝混配对黄瓜根腐病联合毒力测定,为噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝混剂产品的开发以及该产品在病害防治上的合理使用提供依据。
试验条件
防治对象、作物和材料的选择
防治对象:黄瓜根腐病。
试验作物:黄瓜(品种:中农6号)。
供试菌种及试材培养
菌种:黄瓜根腐病病原菌(Phytophthora melonis)由沈阳中化农药化工研发有限公司农药生测定心提供,此菌种采自辽宁省沈阳市苏家屯,沈阳中华农药化工研发有限公司农药生测中心繁殖、保存。
种子:去除空瘪粒,挑选种质一致的黄瓜种子,冲洗干净并催芽。
土壤:风干的土壤过筛(60目)后,装入金属容器,在干燥箱中160℃灭菌6h,晾凉,备用。
育苗:黄瓜种子催芽后,播种到经过灭菌后的土壤中,培养至一片真叶平展期,备用。
试验药剂
98%噁霉灵原药;97.1%三乙膦酸铝原药。

培养箱、显微镜、作物喷雾机、电子天平、空气压缩机等,乙醇、吐温80等。

噁霉灵单剂、三乙膦酸铝单剂及七个复配剂的试验总有效浓度均为80、40、20、10、5mg/L五个浓度,另设无菌水作为空白对照。共46个处理,每处理12盆,4次重复。

试验处理
接菌培养基质:将干燥高温灭菌后的风干土,用含有甜瓜疫霉(Phytophthoramelonis)休止孢的带菌水(200个休止孢/毫升),将湿度调整至60%左右。
试材移栽:将培养至1片针叶平展的黄瓜幼苗分苗移栽,栽培土为接菌培养基质。每个处理移栽12盆,4次重复,共48盆。
药剂处理:按照设计浓度配制药液,移栽当天每盆浇灌药液100毫升,空白对照浇灌无菌水。施药后的试验材料放置温室中培养,试验期间,定期浇水,保持土壤表面湿润。
培养条件
温室培养温度:昼28℃,夜20℃。培养时间:21天。
调查及计数方法
在施药后7天、14天、21天,分别调查各处理的发病情况,累计发病株数和总株数。
计算发病株率,以病株率计算防治效果。
数据统计分析方法
应用DPS数据处理系统计算每种药剂的毒力回归方程,并求出各供试药剂及不同配比的EC50值。
根据SUN-Johnson共毒系数法进行计算评价。

共毒系数CTC:大于120为增效,小于80为拮抗,80至120为相加。
试验结果
结果见表1。噁霉灵(B)与三乙膦酸铝(A)混配后对黄瓜根腐病有较高的杀菌活性,噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝(重量比=1:1、1:2、1:3、1:4、1:5、1:6、1:7)七个配比的EC50分别为9.17、9.29、9.36、10.08、10.21、11.16和12.47mg/L,对黄瓜根腐病的EC50值介于对照单剂噁霉灵(EC50=8.58mg/L)和三乙膦酸铝(EC50=13.87mg/L)之间。噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝(1:1、1:2、1:3、1:4、1:5、1:6、1:7)七个配比的共毒系数为115.61、123.87、128.39、122.49、123.17、114.21和103.27。
根据SUN-Johnson共毒系数,噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝(1:2、1:3、1:4、1:5)四个配比的共毒系数大于120,表现为增效作用;噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝(1:1、1:6、1:7)三配比的共毒系数在80至120之间,表现为相加作用。说明噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝混配的适宜比例为噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝的重量比为1:2~1:5,具体可以为1:2、1:3、1:4、1:5。

实施例1
一种噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂,由如下重量百分含量的成分制成:噁霉灵1%,三乙膦酸铝2%,硝酸钾10%,氯化铵20%,钙镁磷肥13%,磷酸二氢铵17%,亚甲基双甲基萘磺酸钠2%,烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐2%,PVPK30 3%,黄原胶0.3%,氮素增效剂(双氰胺)0.06%,丙烯酸酯类共聚物(Aculyn 33,DOW,下同)1.3%,丙烯酸树脂1.4%,硝酸纤维素0.7%,草酸1.47%,煅烧高岭土补足至100%。
制备方法如下:将噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝用纯水溶解得到混合溶液,其余物料使用气流粉碎机粉碎得到微粉末;启动圆盘造粒机,开启循环加热装置,圆盘造粒机转速为30r/min,油温到68℃时,将微粉末投入至圆盘造粒机中;然后使用高压喷枪(高压喷雾压力8公斤)将混合溶液均匀喷洒至微粉末上,喷洒结束后继续混合45分钟,最终得到1%噁霉灵+2%三乙膦酸铝的药肥颗粒剂。
实施例2
一种噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂,由如下重量百分含量的成分制成:噁霉灵1%,三乙膦酸铝3%,硝酸钾10%,氯化铵23%,钙镁磷肥13%,磷酸二氢铵17%,脂肪醇环氧乙烷加成物磺酸盐2%,烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐2.5%,HPMC 2.5%,黄原胶0.5%,氮素增效剂(硫脲)0.07%,丙烯酸酯类共聚物1.3%,丁二烯树脂1.65%,聚氨酯0.7%,苹果酸1.25%,煅烧硅藻土补足至100%。
制备方法如下:将噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝用纯水溶解得到混合溶液,其余物料使用气流粉碎机粉碎得到微粉末;启动圆盘造粒机,圆盘造粒机转速为30r/min,开启循环加热装置,油温到68℃时,将微粉末投入至圆盘造粒机中;然后使用高压喷枪(高压喷雾压力8公斤)将混合溶液均匀喷洒至微粉末上,喷洒结束后继续混合45分钟,最终得到1%噁霉灵+3%三乙膦酸铝的药肥颗粒剂。
实施例3
一种噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂,由如下重量百分含量的成分制成:噁霉灵1%,三乙膦酸铝4%,硝酸钾10%,氯化铵25%,钙镁磷肥13%,磷酸二氢铵17%,亚甲基双甲基萘磺酸钠2.5%,烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐3%,玉米淀粉5%,氮素增效剂(聚-γ-谷氨酸)0.07%,乙二醇单硬脂酸酯1.8%,聚氨酯0.74%,硝酸纤维素1.3%,草酸1.7%,轻质碳酸钙补足至100%。
制备方法如下:将噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝用纯水溶解得到混合溶液,其余物料使用气流粉碎机粉碎得到微粉末;启动圆盘造粒机,圆盘造粒机转速为30r/min,开启循环加热装置,油温到68℃时,将微粉末投入至圆盘造粒机中;然后使用高压喷枪(高压喷雾压力8公斤)将混合溶液均匀喷洒至微粉末上,喷洒结束后继续混合45分钟,最终得到1%噁霉灵+4%三乙膦酸铝的药肥颗粒剂。
实施例4
一种噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂,由如下重量百分含量的成分制成:噁霉灵1%,三乙膦酸铝5%,硝酸钾10%,氯化铵25%,钙镁磷肥13%,磷酸二氢铵18%,聚羧酸盐4%,烯丙基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯环氧基醚2%,阿拉伯胶2%,黄原胶0.5%,PVP K30 2.5%,氮素增效剂(正丁基硫代磷酰三胺)0.08%,丙烯酸酯类共聚物2%,丙烯酸树脂2%,丁二烯树脂1%,酒石酸2.2%,凹凸棒土补足至100%。
制备方法如下:将噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝用纯水溶解得到混合溶液,其余物料使用气流粉碎机粉碎得到微粉末;启动圆盘造粒机,圆盘造粒机转速为30r/min,开启循环加热装置,油温到68℃时,将微粉末投入至圆盘造粒机中;然后使用高压喷枪(高压喷雾压力8公斤)将混合溶液均匀喷洒至微粉末上,喷洒结束后继续混合45分钟,最终得到1%噁霉灵+5%三乙膦酸铝的药肥颗粒剂。
对比例1
剔除实施例1中遮光剂丙烯酸酯类共聚物,其余均与实施例1相同,参照实施例1方法制得药肥颗粒剂。
对比例2
剔除实施例1中成膜剂丙烯酸树脂和硝酸纤维素,其余均与实施例1相同,参照实施例1方法制得药肥颗粒剂。
对比例3
剔除实施例1中氮素增效剂,其余均与实施例1相同,参照实施例1方法制得药肥颗粒剂。
对比例4
剔除实施例1中草酸,其余均与实施例1相同,参照实施例1方法制得药肥颗粒剂。
稳定性实验
将实施例1和对比例1、对比例2样品暴露于人工气候箱中,调节湿度60%RH,温度30℃,光照度6级,采用24小时照射,共考察一周。

实验结果表明,遮光剂和成膜剂的存在,能有效的降低活性物的降解以及肥料的降解,尤其对氮磷肥的保护尤为重要
大田生测试验
试验例:田间试验防治黄瓜根腐病。
作物与靶标:黄瓜、根腐病。
试验田:山东莘县黄瓜大棚基地。
调查方法:
根系指标的测定:盛果期取样后测定植株根长(直接法)、根重(重量法)和根体积(排水法),同时使用氯化三苯基四氮唑法(TTC,即红四氮唑)测定其根系活力。
植株株高、茎粗的测定:黄瓜定植后,选择大小一致的植株跟踪调查,每七天用卷尺测量一次植株茎高、用游标卡尺测量茎粗(地表根节上1厘米处做好标记)。
黄瓜产量和品质的测定:果实成熟后进行产量的测定,每次收获均记录果数、重量,拉秧后计算各处理的总产量和平均单果重。
施用时间:2022年1月。
施用方式:穴施。
施用量:80%三乙膦酸铝可湿性粉剂(利民化学有限责任公司)施用量为200g/亩;8%噁霉灵水剂(陕西西大华特科技实业有限公司)施用量为10g/平方米;实施例1-实施例4药肥颗粒剂施用量均为2000g/亩;对比例3药肥颗粒剂施用量2000g/亩。
根腐病防治病情指数调查:于施药后15d、25d、40d进行黄瓜根腐病调查,每个处理三次重复,每次重复调查60株。病情分级标准:0级,无症状,植株生长良好;1级,胚轴或子叶出现轻微症状,但生长正常;2级,胚轴或子叶有明显坏死斑,或1片子叶黄化,生长受一定影响;3级,坏死斑严重引起局部萎蔫,或1片真叶枯死,或生长僵化;4级,整体萎蔫,倒伏或枯死。
本试验遵从《农药登记试验质量管理规范》、《农药田间药效试验准则》计算公式如下:

注:空白样不施用药肥颗粒剂,也不施用8%噁霉灵水剂、80%三乙膦酸铝可湿性粉剂。
试验结果见表3,表明:4个实施例制得的噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂均对黄瓜根腐病表现出出色的防治效果。施药后15d,噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝复配具有明显的增效效果。随着时间的推移,施药后25d,噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝颗粒剂缓释的效果已经明显体现,防治效果明显好于单剂8%噁霉灵水剂和80%三乙膦酸铝可湿性粉剂。施药后45d,8%噁霉灵水剂和80%三乙膦酸铝可湿性粉剂对根腐病的防治效果已经远远低于噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂的防治效果。从整个试验过程来看,噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝复配具有明显的增效效果,同时噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝颗粒剂具有明显的缓释防治能力。
表4.黄瓜根系生长情况
试验结果见表4,表明:使用实施例1至实施例4药肥颗粒剂处理过的黄瓜,其根系的根长、根鲜重、根体积和根系活力均高于未处理的、使用8%噁霉灵水剂和80%三乙膦酸铝可湿性粉剂处理过的黄瓜根系,具有明显的壮根作用。单独使用80%三乙膦酸铝可湿性粉剂处理的黄瓜,其根系发育明显不如实施例1-实施例4药肥颗粒剂处理过的黄瓜根系。结合对比例4药肥颗粒剂处理过的黄瓜根系可以看出,噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝复配时,并不具备解毒效果,三乙膦酸铝依旧影响黄瓜根系生长。通过以上试验可以看出,有机酸具有明显的解毒作用。
表5.黄瓜亩产量情况
实验结果见表5,表明:使用实施例1至实施例4药肥颗粒剂处理黄瓜,黄瓜亩产量得到明显的提升,并且本发明可缓释的药肥颗粒剂,施药成本是也得到了明显的控制,虽然每公斤利润并不会有太大的提高,总利润反而由于总产量的提高而提高。

Claims (10)
1.一种噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂,其特征在于:它是由包含如下重量百分含量的成分制成的:噁霉灵0.1%~2%,三乙膦酸铝0.1%~5%,硝酸钾5~10%,氯化铵10~25%,钙镁磷肥6~13%,磷酸二氢铵3~18%,分散剂1~6%,粘结剂1~5%,增效剂0.06%~0.08%,稳定剂0.2~5%,铝离子螯合剂0.04%~2.2%,填料补足至100%;所述的增效剂为氮素增效剂;所述的稳定剂为遮光剂0.1~2%、成膜剂0.1~3%;所述的铝离子螯合剂为有机酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂,其特征在于:它是由包含如下重量百分含量的成分制成的:噁霉灵1%,三乙膦酸铝2%~5%,硝酸钾5~10%,氯化铵20~25%,钙镁磷肥6~13%,磷酸二氢铵15~18%,分散剂4~6%,粘结剂1~5%,增效剂0.06%~0.08%,遮光剂1~2%、成膜剂2~3%,铝离子螯合剂0.04%~2.2%,填料补足至100%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂,其特征在于:所述的噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝的重量比为1:2~1:5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂,其特征在于:所述的分散剂为烯丙基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯环氧基醚、聚羧酸盐、脂肪醇环氧乙烷加成物磺酸盐、亚甲基双甲基萘磺酸钠、烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐中的一种或几种;
所述的粘结剂为PVPK30、HPMC、玉米淀粉、阿拉伯胶、黄原胶中的一种或几种;
所述的填料为煅烧高岭土、煅烧硅藻土、轻质碳酸钙、蒙脱土、凹凸棒土、滑石粉中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂,其特征在于:所述的氮素增效剂为生物酶、促进营养吸收的酶催化剂、高活性调节剂、聚-γ-谷氨酸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂,其特征在于:所述的遮光剂为丙烯酸酯类共聚物、乙二醇单硬酯酸酯中的一种或几种;
所述的成膜剂为丙烯酸树脂、丁二烯树脂、聚氨酯、硝酸纤维素中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的噁霉灵与三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂,其特征在于:所述的有机酸为草酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸中的一种或几种;所述的三乙膦酸铝和有机酸的摩尔比为1:1~1:3。
8.权利要求1-7任一项所述的噁霉灵和三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂在防治黄瓜根腐病和/或促进黄瓜植株生长和/或促进黄瓜增产的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于:黄瓜根腐病是由鞭毛菌亚门真菌形成毒素侵染导致的。
10.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于:噁霉灵和三乙膦酸铝药肥颗粒剂的施药方式为穴施。
