6. The label-removing and cleaning system for recycling waste plastic bottles as claimed in claim 1 wherein said label-removing and cleaning shaft comprises:
the main shaft is rotatably arranged on the central axis of the inner cavity of the machine body;
the plurality of spindle arms are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the main shaft and form a double-spiral winding shape, and the cutter claws are arranged on the spindle arms.
7. The system for de-labeling and cleaning a plastic bottle according to claim 6, wherein the swivel arm is detachably connected to the main shaft.

The label removing and cleaning system for recycling waste plastic bottles according to claim 7, wherein the cutter claw comprises a cutter claw body in a shape of a musa fan, the cutter claw body is fixedly arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft arm, the cutter claw body comprises a first toothed cutter and a second toothed cutter which are sequentially arranged, and two sides of the first toothed cutter and the second toothed cutter are in a tooth shape.
9. The label removing and cleaning system for recycling waste plastic bottles as claimed in claim 8, wherein said first serrated knife is detachably inserted at both ends of said rotating shaft arm, and said second serrated knife is detachably fixed at the end of the first serrated knife.
10. The label-removing cleaning system for recycling waste plastic bottles as claimed in claim 1 wherein said label-removing cleaning machine further comprises:
the driving mechanism is arranged at the front end of the machine body and comprises a motor and a speed reducer, and the motor is connected with the label-removing cleaning shaft through the speed reducer;
the frame is arranged at the bottom of the machine body.
