Description

Weeding composition containing triazamate
The invention relates to a weeding composition containing triazamate, which is divided into application numbers 201910748120.2, application dates 2019, 8-month and 14-day and the name of the weeding composition.
Technical Field
The invention relates to a weeding composition, in particular to a weeding composition containing triazamate, and belongs to the technical field of pesticide compounding.
Background
The triazamate (Triaziflam) CAS number is 131475-57-5, is a novel triazine herbicide developed by the company Idemitsu Kosan in Japan in the later 90 s of the 20 th century, and is mainly used for preventing and killing gramineous weeds and broadleaf weeds before and after paddy field seedlings; the triazofluorfen can act on a plurality of sites (inhibiting photosynthesis, microtubule formation and cellulose formation) and has a brand new weeding mechanism.
Penoxsulam (Penoxsulam) CAS number 219714-96-2, an inhibitor of branched-chain amino acid synthesis (ALS or AHAS) of leucine, isoleucine and valine; mainly absorbed by the leaves and secondarily absorbed by the roots and conducted in phloem and xylem; is used for preventing and removing barnyard grass and a plurality of aquatic weeds in the broad-leaved sedge family in paddy fields.
Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl (Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl) CAS number 93697-74-6, which is a branched chain amino acid synthesis (ALS or AHAS) inhibitor, inhibits cell division and plant growth by inhibiting leucine and valine synthesis; is a systemic herbicide, is absorbed by the roots and leaves of the plant and is transmitted to the meristem; is mainly used for directly seeding or transplanting annual or perennial broadleaf weeds, nutgrass flatsedge and the like in paddy fields.
Bispyribac-sodium (Bispyribac-sodium) CAS number 125401-92-5 is a benzoic acid selective herbicide, inhibits Acetolactate (ALS) synthesis by root leaf absorption to inhibit branched chain amino acid biosynthesis, inhibits plant meristem growth, and kills weeds; the herbicide is used in paddy field to prevent and kill annual broadleaf weeds.
The herbicide variety containing single active component has the defects of different degrees in weed control, and weeds are easy to generate drug resistance after continuous use, so that the problems of narrow weed control spectrum, environmental pollution and the like are solved. The reasonable compounding of herbicide is an effective method for improving the preventing and killing effect, expanding the weed killing spectrum, delaying the drug resistance of weeds, reducing the environmental pollution, reducing the use cost and reducing the residual herbicide. The applicant surprisingly found that the compound of the triazamate with different action mechanisms and one or more of penoxsulam, pyrazosulfuron-ethyl and bispyribac-sodium has obvious synergistic control effects on various broadleaf weeds such as snakehead intestines, glossoside and arrowhead, grassy weeds such as barnyard grass, semen euphorbiae, rice and plum, and cyperaceae such as heterocycas, the control effect on broadleaf weeds and grassy weeds in paddy fields is remarkably improved, the weed control spectrum is enlarged, the dosage is reduced, the control cost is reduced, and the safety of crops is improved. And the mixing of the triazamate and one or more of penoxsulam, pyrazosulfuron-ethyl and bispyribac-sodium is not reported through searching.

Drug configuration: dissolving the raw material with dimethylformamide, diluting with 0.1% Tween 80 water solution, and preparing into 5 series of mass concentrations according to an equal ratio method for use.
The test method comprises the following steps: respectively sowing quantitative grass seeds into pots with the diameter of 9cm, culturing in an illumination incubator, and carrying out spray treatment when weeds grow to 1-3 leaf periods, wherein each pot is used for fixing 20 plants. After the treatment, the culture is continued in the greenhouse, the weed control effect of each treatment is observed periodically, and the fresh weight of each treated weed is recorded after 14 days.
Test treatment: each treatment was set up for 4 replicates and water control was set up.
Data investigation: the fresh weight control effect of each treatment was calculated 14 days after the spray treatment.
The calculation formula is as follows:
fresh weight control effect e= (fresh weight of control zone-fresh weight of treatment zone) ×100/fresh weight of control zone
Compounding theory prevention effect E 0 Weed control at P herbicide a + Q herbicide B-weed control at P herbicide a x weed control at Q herbicide B ≡100
Evaluation criteria for combined action of compounding agents:
E-E 0 more than 10% of the total content of E-E 0 With 10% antagonistic action, E-E 0 Between + -10% is additive.
The test results are shown in the following tables:

Field efficacy test
Example 17: field efficacy test of the herbicidal composition containing triazamate.
The inventor performs field pesticide effect tests of 24% triazamate-penoxsulam wettable powder (5:1), 40% triazamate-pyrazosulfuron water dispersible granule (32:8), 20% triazamate-bispyribac-sodium dispersible oil suspension (3:1), 10% penoxsulam water dispersible granule, 5% pyrazosulfuron ethyl wettable powder and 20% bispyribac-sodium dispersible oil suspension for preventing and controlling paddy field weeds in a Shandong Jimo Shifeng store in 2018, and verifies the prevention and control effect of the pesticide on paddy field weeds and the safety of paddy fields.
The test crop is rice, the control object is broadleaf weeds in paddy fields and grassy weeds, and the weeds are applied in 2-5 leaf periods. Test Tian Deshi was flat, the soil was loam, the fertility was moderate, and the pH was 7.2. The test agents and dosages are detailed in Table 7. A blank control was additionally placed, with each treatment repeated 4 times, 20 square meters per cell, and the cells were arranged in random groups. Conventional spraying methods are employed.
TABLE 7 herbicidal compositions containing triazamate for controlling weeds in paddy fields
The field test results show that the preparation example has good control effect on paddy field weeds, the dosage of the preparation is sprayed for 1 time according to the dosage, the average control effect on paddy field weeds for 30 days is over 90 percent, and the control effect is obviously better than that of each control medicament. Through the analysis of the significance of the prevention effect difference after 30 days of medicine, the significance of the prevention effect difference of any combination of the triazophos, the penoxsulam, the pyrazosulfuron-ethyl and the bispyribac-sodium with other control treatment is remarkable.
Safety investigation: and during the test period, all the test reagents are safe to rice growth and have no phytotoxicity.
In conclusion, the composition adopts a combination and compounding scheme of the triazamate, the penoxsulam, the pyrazosulfuron-ethyl and the bispyribac-sodium, the activity and the weeding effect of the composition are not simple superposition of the activities of the components, and compared with the existing single preparation, the composition has obvious control effect on plots mixed by various grassy weeds and broadleaf weeds, has obvious synergistic effect, can delay resistance, has less pesticide residue and good safety, and meets the safety requirement of pesticide preparations.
