The paper towel guided out by the right guide roller 603 is wound downwards to the lower end of the polymerization traction roller 704, then is drawn to the middle of the cutting traction roller 705 at the two ends of the lower cutting support seat 806 along the groove bodies at the two sides of the partition plate 703, when the paper towel passes through the cutting traction roller 705 at the right end of the lower cutting support seat 806 and reaches a certain length, the lifting cylinder 802 is started to guide the lifting support plate 803 and the upper cutting knife 805 downwards along the guide post 804, the upper cutting knife 805 and the lower cutting knife 807 are enabled to cut the paper towel, the cut paper towel is rolled by the cutting traction roller 705 and is moved to the wrapping paper at the traction position at the right end of the port of the extraction notch 903, the paper towel cutting action is completed, the cut paper towel is fallen into a section of the wrapping paper towel on the wrapping paper after being cut, the paper towel is moved backwards to the subsequent packaging part of the wrapping paper under the traction action of the wrapping paper, the subsequent packaging operation is carried out, and the preparation of the whole sterilized paper towel is completed.

Referring to fig. 12, it can be seen from the first embodiment that, after the towel is soaked, if the towel cannot be timely squeezed for dehumidification, the quality of the subsequent cut is reduced, and meanwhile, the towel soaking quality is also reduced; the device needs to synchronously drive, infiltrate and cut a plurality of groups of tissues, so that when the front end is driven and infiltrated, the drive and infiltration are carried out by means of a plurality of groups of synchronous drive lamination layers in order to improve the drive efficiency, but when the infiltration is completed to cut, the cutting efficiency and the cutting effect are reduced if the plurality of groups of lamination layers are completed; and when carrying out tiling layering with the multilayer paper handkerchief, need twist reverse the tiling with the paper handkerchief, but the effort that the paper handkerchief both sides received when twisting is different, consequently can cause the fold overlap of paper handkerchief in the transmission process, and then reduce the production preparation quality of paper handkerchief, in order to solve above problem, this disinfection wet tissue preparation facilities still includes: the inner parts of the left guide roller 602 and the right guide roller 603 are uniformly provided with a plurality of groups of through holes 604, and disinfectant attached to the outer surface of the paper towel is sucked and squeezed by the through holes 604, so that the cleanliness and the dryness of the outer surface of the paper towel are further improved.
The inside of through-hole 604 all is equipped with flow velocity sensor, flow velocity sensor is used for detecting the inside velocity of flow value of through-hole 604, left side guide roller 602 and right guide roller 603 both sides all are equipped with driving roller 605, driving roller 605's the other end passes through driving motor and the inner wall rotation connection to the branch guide frame 601, then driving motor drives driving roller 605 and rotates, driving roller 605 rotates and drives left side guide roller 602 and right guide roller 603 and rotate, left side guide roller 602 and right guide roller 603 not only can cooperate through-hole 604 to carry out the convulsions to the surface of paper handkerchief when rotating and squeeze dry, simultaneously can also further carry out the transmission to the paper handkerchief, improve transmission efficiency and squeeze dry quality.
The middle cavity 6013 is formed in the left guide roller 602 and the right guide roller 603, the middle cavity 6013 is communicated with the through hole 604, the air suction holes 606 are formed in the driving roller 605, one ends of the air suction holes 606 are communicated with the middle cavity 6013, therefore when the driving roller 605 is driven, the air suction holes 606 synchronously apply suction force to the middle cavity 6013 when receiving suction force, the middle cavity 6013 synchronously applies suction force to the through hole 604 when receiving suction force, suction and squeezing transmission to the outer surface of a tissue is realized by means of the suction force received by the through hole 604, detection of the tissue can be realized, and wrinkles of the tissue are avoided to reduce subsequent preparation quality.
The outer surfaces of the left guide roller 602 and the right guide roller 603 are in sealed sliding connection with a moving sleeve 609, a plurality of groups of fixing plates 607 are symmetrically arranged on the outer surface of the driving roller 605, an electric telescopic rod 608 is arranged on one side, close to the middle cavity 6013, of the fixing plates 607, the other end of the electric telescopic rod 608 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the moving sleeve 609, therefore, when the electric telescopic rod 608 is started, the moving sleeve 609 is driven to be in sliding connection, a plurality of groups of matching holes 6010 are evenly arranged in the moving sleeve 609, the matching holes 6010 are matched with the through holes 604, then the moving sleeve 609 is driven to transversely move along with the electric telescopic rod 608, the overlapping area of the matching holes 6010 and the through holes 604 is increased, the suction force of the middle cavity 6013 on the side of a paper towel is increased by means of the through holes 604 and the matching holes 6010, the friction driving force of the moving sleeve 609 on the paper towel is further improved, and stable tiling and driving of the paper towel is further guaranteed.
When the tissue cutting machine is used, the first electric roller 102 rotates and drives the tissue, simultaneously, in order to improve the preparation efficiency, the three groups of synchronous driving modes are used for wetting and driving the tissue, and the three groups of synchronous driving modes are used for driving the tissue in the same vertical direction, but in order to ensure the stability and synchronism of driving, the driving speeds of the three groups of first electric rollers 102 are different, and further, the tissue driven to the top of the middle supporting plate 702 is ensured to be synchronously cut, the cutting efficiency and the cutting quality are further improved, the tissue enters the wetting assembly 3 for wetting under the driving of the left traction guide assembly 2, after wetting is finished, the tissue reaches the end of the direction guiding assembly 6 under the driving of the right traction guide assembly 4 and the superposition assembly 5, a plurality of groups of tissues are guided by the direction guiding assembly 6, and finally reach the top of the cutting traction guide assembly 7 for cutting and guiding, the tissue at the two sides is changed from an inclined torsion state into a horizontal driving state parallel to the tissue at the middle position, and finally the tissue is cut through the cutting assembly 8, and the tissue is discharged along the guide plate 901 and the guide groove 903 and the guide assembly 903 after the tissue is cut, and finally driven to the tissue is driven to the driving to the next tissue.
In the actual transmission process, when three groups of tissues reach the end of the branch guide assembly 6 along the stacking assembly 5, the branch guide assemblies 6 positioned at two sides incline the tissues to two sides, so that the tissues reaching the left guide roller 602 and the right guide roller 603 along the stacking assembly 5 to the bottom of the aggregation traction roller 704 are inclined and twisted, and the tissues are changed from the stacked distribution to the flat distribution of the same horizontal plane.
In this process, the paper towel is first passed through the bottom of the left guide roller 602 and then driven rearward to the top of the right guide roller 603, in which process the paper towel is in pressing contact with the outer surface of the moving sleeve 609, and simultaneously suction force is applied to the inside of the suction hose 6012 by means of the suction pump, the suction hose 6012 applies suction force to the inside of the collar 6011, the collar 6011 applies suction force to the intermediate chamber 6013, the intermediate chamber 6013 applies suction force to the outer surface through the through hole 604 and the matching hole 6010, and when the paper towel and the outer surface of the moving sleeve 609 are mutually adhered, the paper towel blocks the matching hole 6010, and the flow velocity value detected by the flow velocity sensor is zero.
Meanwhile, as the paper towel is inclined and twisted in the actual transmission process, when the blocking degree of the inclined and twisted and the matching hole 6010 is reduced on one side of the paper towel, the flow velocity value detected by the multiple groups of flow velocity sensors on the side is not zero, and the fitting degree of the paper towel and the outer surface of the movable sleeve 609 is smaller than required, the transmission efficiency of the paper towel can be reduced in the actual transmission process, and the fold overlapping of the paper towel is easily caused, so that the preparation quality of the paper towel is reduced.
Therefore, in this process, the suction force of the suction hose 6012 is increased, and the suction force of the suction hose 6012 to the middle cavity 6013 through the ring sleeve 6011 is increased, the suction force of the middle cavity 6013 to the tissue through the through hole 604 and the matching hole 6010 is increased, the fitting degree of the tissue and the moving sleeve 609 is further enhanced, and further the transmission efficiency and the transmission stability of the moving sleeve 609 to the tissue are effectively improved.
By means of the suction force and the adhering and extruding action of the paper towel and the movable sleeve 609, residual redundant disinfectant in the paper towel is sucked and discharged through the matching holes 6010, and the residual disinfectant in the paper towel is further guaranteed to be thoroughly and effectively extruded and removed through the left guide roller 602 and the right guide roller 603, so that the suction and extruding effect of the disinfectant in the paper towel is prevented from being reduced due to inclined torsion in the transmission process, and the preparation quality of the disinfectant wet towel is affected.
With continuous transmission of the paper towel, when the paper towel is folded and overlapped to a certain side due to the external factors or the problems of width change during transmission of the paper towel, the blocking area of the paper towel to the plurality of groups of through holes 604 and the matching holes 6010 at the side is reduced, so that the flow velocity value detected by the flow velocity sensor at the side is continuously increased from zero, further, the paper towel is separated at the side, and the paper towel is required to be further stretched and straightened.
The electric telescopic rod 608 on the side is started and drives the moving sleeve 609 to move towards the end close to the fixed plate 607, when the moving sleeve 609 moves, the overlapping area of the matching hole 6010 and the through hole 604 is increased, the suction force of the middle cavity 6013 to the paper towel on the side is increased through the matching hole 6010 and the through hole 604, the friction force is increased, and meanwhile the moving sleeve 609 moves transversely to smooth the bottom of the paper towel on the side, so that the paper towel is further smoothly driven.
Meanwhile, under the initial condition, the through holes 604 positioned at the middle position are communicated with the outside under the blocking effect of the moving sleeves 609 at the two sides, so that when the moving sleeve 609 at one side moves transversely, the ventilation area of the through holes 604 positioned at the middle position is larger than the superposition area of the through holes 604 at the two sides and the matching hole 6010, the suction force applied to the middle position of the paper towel by the through holes 604 positioned at the middle position is maximum, and the other side of the paper towel is not driven to move along with the transverse movement of the moving sleeve 609, so that the stability and the high efficiency of the paper towel in the smoothing process are further improved.
And along with the movement of the moving sleeve 609 driven by the electric telescopic rod 608, the moving sleeve 609 drives the paper towel to be smoothed out continuously, when the moving sleeve 609 moves for a certain distance, and the sum of the distance from the end of the moving sleeve 609 to the moving sleeve 609 and the moving distance of the moving sleeve 609 is half of the width of the paper towel, which means that the paper towel is smoothed out again at the side, and the paper towel can be driven and cut subsequently in a plurality of groups of matching holes 6010 with the flow velocity value of zero detected by the flow velocity sensor.
When the paper towel is smoothed again, in order to ensure normal transmission of the paper towel, the suction pump stops sucking the suction hose 6012, the suction force applied by the middle cavity 6013 to the through hole 604 and the matching hole 6010 is stopped, the friction force between the paper towel and the movable sleeve 609 is reduced to the minimum value, the electric telescopic rod 608 is started and drives the movable sleeve 609 to move to the maximum distance away from the end of the fixed plate 607, each structure is restored to the initial working state, and the processes are repeated to realize the air suction squeezing and transmission deviation correction of the paper towel.
The device realizes transmission, wetting, layering and cutting of the tissue, so that the required disinfection wet tissue is formed, all the structures are matched with each other, the linkage is strong, and the versatility is high; meanwhile, the multi-layer synchronous transmission of the tissues can be realized, the transmission and wetting efficiency is improved, the tissues can be tiled after the multi-layer transmission is finished, the cutting stability and the cutting accuracy of the tissues are improved, and the cutting difficulty and the cutting accuracy difference caused by stacked tissues are avoided; and when the paper towel is extruded in a transmission way, the paper towel can be straightened in a rectifying way, the operation is simple, and the operation is stable and efficient.
