Referring to fig. 2 and 7, the flap discharging device in this embodiment includes a discharging shaft 14 disposed on the rear side of the discharging conveyor along the left-right direction, and a plurality of discharging toothed plates 15 disposed side by side on the discharging shaft 14, where the plurality of discharging toothed plates 15 are coplanar, and the plurality of discharging toothed plates 15 are disposed in a staggered manner with the plurality of conveyor belts 2 on the discharging conveyor. Referring to fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the upper fabric structure is disposed on the left side or the right side of the frame 1 and opposite to the V-shaped fabric folding plate 3, and the V-shaped fabric folding plate 3, the edge-wrapping guide roller 5 and the rolling structure 6 are sequentially disposed on the frame 1 from front to back. The lifting cloth guide roller 22 is positioned below the front traction roller 23 and the rear traction roller 24, the gauze 17 (S-shaped winding) sequentially winds the upper side of the front traction roller 23, the lower side of the lifting cloth guide roller 22 and the upper side of the rear traction roller 24, the lifting cloth guide roller 22 is wrapped on the gauze 17, and the lifting cloth guide roller 22 can move up and down (in an arc shape) around the rotating shaft of the rotating frame 21. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the front conveying device in the embodiment of the present invention includes a second driving roller 25, a plurality of conveyor belts 2 arranged side by side left and right, a driven roller 26 (flush with the second driving roller 25) behind the second driving roller 25, a bonding roller 27 adjacent to the second driving roller 25 and the like, the second driving roller 25 is driven by a corresponding motor, and the second driving roller 25 is located behind and below the rear traction roller 24. The driven roller 26 is positioned adjacent to and in front of the edge suction plate 10 in front of the lower cutter 7, the conveyor belt 2 is arranged on the second driving roller 25 and the driven roller 26 along the front-back direction, and the second driving roller 25, the driven roller 26 and the laminating roller 27 are arranged on the frame 1 along the left-right direction. The brake structure comprises a second cloth pressing roller 28, a pressing rod 29, a jacking cylinder 30 for driving the pressing rod 29 to rotate, and the like, wherein the second cloth pressing roller 28 is arranged along the left-right direction and can be driven by the jacking cylinder 30 to simultaneously push the upper side of the second driving roller 25 and the upper side of the laminating roller 27 so as to roll the gauze 17 and the conveyor belt 2 on the second driving roller 25 and the laminating roller 27; the second driving roller 25, the second cloth pressing roller 28 and the laminating roller 27 are distributed in a triangle shape, the laminating roller 27 is positioned in an annular structure formed by the conveyor belt 2, and the diameters of the second driving roller 25 and the laminating roller 27 are the same and larger than the diameter of the second cloth pressing roller 28. The compression bar 29 is disposed in the front-rear direction, the middle of which is rotatably disposed on the frame 1, and the front end of which is rotatably connected with the upper end of the telescopic rod of the jacking cylinder 30. The second cloth pressing roller 28 is arranged at the rear end of the pressing rod 29, the jacking cylinder 30 is arranged below the pressing rod 29, the cylinder body of the jacking cylinder 30 is rotationally arranged on the frame 1, and the telescopic rod of the jacking cylinder 30 can jack the second cloth pressing roller 28 upwards to simultaneously jack the upper side of the second driving roller 25 and the upper side of the laminating roller 27. The above structure not only provides the power for the gauze 17 and the conveyor belt 2, but also enables the gauze 17 to be attached between layers, and can prevent the gauze 17 from sliding forward by the lifting cloth guide roller 22 after the second driving roller 25 stops rotating.
The operation of the cloth storage apparatus in this embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1: the rolling structure 6 continuously conveys the gauze 17 backwards at a uniform speed, the cloth feeding speed of the first driving roller 19 is smaller than that of the second driving roller 25, if the second driving roller 25 stops rotating (slitting is performed at the moment), the conveyor belt 2 stops, the gauze 17 thereafter stops, and the lifting cloth guide roller 22 descends to store cloth; after the slitting is completed, the second driving roller 25 rotates, the conveyor belt 2 moves backward, and at the same time, the gauze 17 moves backward, and the lifting cloth guide roller 22 rises. And so on, the lifting cloth guide roller 22 is lowered and raised to store cloth by stopping and running the second driving roller 25.
The rear conveying device and the discharging conveying device in the embodiment of the invention comprise a driving roller, a driven roller, a plurality of conveying belts 2 and the like, the conveying belts 2 are arranged on the driving roller and the driven roller (horizontally), and the driving roller is driven to rotate by a corresponding motor. Since the rear conveyor and the discharge conveyor are not provided with the cloth pressing roller, a positioning structure (rectangular groove guide structure) for preventing the conveyor belt 2 from sliding is provided at the driving roller or the driven roller.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1 and 8, the front conveyor in the embodiment of the present invention is provided with a wetting structure for wetting gauze; the wetting structure comprises a water receiving tray 31 on the frame 1, a surrounding edge 32 arranged around the water receiving tray 31, at least one spray head 33 for spraying the gauze 17 with moisture, and the like. The water pan 31 is used for receiving water sprayed by the spray heads 33 and water falling on the gauze 17, the spray heads 33 require a certain atomization effect, and the whole cloth surface of the gauze 17 can be wetted by the spray heads 33. The water pan 31 is located below the conveyor belt 2, the spray head 33 is located above the conveyor belt 2 and above the water pan 31, the spray head 33 is arranged on the frame 1 or the surrounding edge 32, the surrounding edge 32 is arranged on the frame 1 or the water pan 31, and openings for the gauze 17 and the conveyor belt 2 to pass through are formed in the front side and the rear side of the surrounding edge 32.
Further, referring to fig. 2-6, the left and right sides of the frame 1 in the embodiment of the present invention are respectively provided with a synchronous driving structure 34, the left ends of the two folding plates 9 (through the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is arranged along the left and right directions) are respectively disposed on the left synchronous driving structure 34, and the right ends of the two folding plates 9 (through the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is arranged along the left and right directions) are respectively disposed on the right synchronous driving structure 34. One edge folding plate 9 can be driven by a corresponding motor or a driving structure such as a cylinder, and the two edge folding plates 9 can be synchronous by gears. The width of the folding plate 9 in the front-back direction is larger than 2cm, the rotating shaft of the folding plate is positioned on the outer side (close to the edge-sucking plate 10 on the corresponding side), and the front end and the rear end of the folding plate 9 are preferably arc-shaped structures so as to be convenient to rotate. The synchronous drive 34 enables the two folding plates 9 to rotate synchronously. At least one guide post 35 is arranged on the left side and the right side of the frame 1 along the vertical direction, specifically, 2-4 guide posts 35 are arranged on the left side of the frame 1, and 2-4 guide posts 35 are arranged on the right side of the frame 1; the guide post 35 is slidably provided with a slitting lifting frame 36 (slidably arranged on a part of the guide post 35) and an edge covering lifting frame 37 (slidably arranged on a part of the guide post 35), and the slitting lifting frame 36 and the edge covering lifting frame 37 are respectively enabled to move up and down by corresponding lifting driving structures (structures such as a motor, a chain and a chain wheel). The upper cutter 8 is arranged at the bottom of the slitting lifting frame 36 along the left-right direction, the two pressing blocks 11 are respectively arranged at the front side and the rear side of the upper cutter 8 and are all arranged at the bottom of the edging lifting frame 37, and the edging lifting frame 37 can be arranged around the slitting lifting frame 36.
The edge suction plate 10 in the embodiment of the invention is a rectangular cavity structure, wherein a plurality of suction holes are uniformly distributed on the upper side of the edge suction plate, and the width of the edge suction plate in the front-rear direction is more than 2cm. The intermittent suction structure in this embodiment, referring to fig. 10, includes a vacuum pump 38, a vacuum chamber 39, a suction cylinder 40, a gas dividing head 41, etc., where one side of the vacuum chamber 39 is provided with a gas outlet and a sliding plate 42 is slidingly provided thereon, and the vacuum chamber 39 may be a rectangular chamber; specifically, the inner walls of the upper and lower side plates of the vacuum chamber 39 are correspondingly provided with sliding grooves matched with the sliding plates 42. The sliding plate 42 can be driven by the suction cylinder 40 to shield and open the air outlet to form vacuum and break vacuum respectively, the vacuum pump 38 is connected with the air outlet of the sliding plate 42 through the hose 43, the air dividing head 41 is arranged on the air inlet at the other side of the vacuum cavity 39 and is connected with the two edge suction plates 10 through a plurality of pipelines.
Wherein, referring to fig. 2 and 7, the folding toothed plate 13 (when horizontal) and the discharging toothed plate 15 (when horizontal) in the embodiment of the present invention are both disposed along the front-back direction and have the front-back direction length greater than (slightly greater than) or equal to the length of 1/2 gauze piece (front-back direction, back-same), and may specifically be about equal to the length of 1/2 gauze piece; the length of the front and back directions of the discharging and conveying device is larger than or equal to 1/2 of the length of the gauze pieces, so that the secondary doubling and discharging can be well carried out, and the length of the gauze pieces can be about equal to 1/2 under the condition that gaps among the gauze pieces are not considered; the length of the back conveying device in the front-back direction is greater than or equal to the length of the 3/2 gauze pieces, so that the slitting and the folding are not mutually interfered, and the length of the 3/2 gauze pieces can be particularly equal to each other under the condition that gaps among the gauze pieces are not considered. The width of the folding tooth plate 13 and the discharging tooth plate 15 is smaller than the distance between the adjacent conveyor belts 2, and the distance between the adjacent folding tooth plate 13 and the adjacent discharging tooth plate 15 is larger than the width of the conveyor belts 2. The folding shaft 12 is required to have a certain width (forward and backward direction, generally 3-5 cm) to secure the folding effect, its upper surface is smooth, and its rotation shaft (left and right direction arrangement) is located at its rear side. When the turnover plate folding device folds the gauze piece, the rear conveying device and the discharging conveying device are stopped, a plurality of discharging toothed plates 15 are embedded into the discharging conveying device and are positioned below the rear half part of the gauze piece at the same time, and the folding shaft 12 rotates backwards to fold the front half part of the gauze piece backwards; after the folding is completed, the rear conveying device and the discharging conveying device still stop, the folding shaft 12 rotates forwards, and the discharging shaft 14 rotates backwards to realize discharging; after the unloading is finished, the unloading shaft 14 rotates forwards until the unloading toothed plate 15 is embedded into the unloading conveying device, and the like, so that the gauze can be folded and unloaded continuously. Further, a second photoelectric sensor is arranged on the rear conveying device, and the distance between the second photoelectric sensor and the lower cutter 7 is approximately equal to 1/2 of the length of the gauze piece so as to control the split cutting condition.
Preferably, referring to fig. 2 and 7, a buffer block 46 (corresponding to the middle of the folding toothed plate 13) for buffering the folding toothed plate 13 is provided on the frame 1 and in front of the folding shaft 12, and a buffer block 46 (corresponding to the middle of the discharging toothed plate 15) for buffering the discharging toothed plate 15 is provided in front of the discharging shaft 14 in the embodiment of the present invention. The buffer block 46 is specifically a strip-shaped rubber block, and the buffer block 46 is disposed adjacently below the conveyor belt 2 in the left-right direction.
The embodiment provides a production system of abdomen pad of taking X tracking line, can realize the process such as once fifty percent discount, primary bordure, slitting, secondary bordure, secondary fold, unload and range upon range of through an equipment, degree of automation is high, and the product accords with the requirement.

S103, primary edge wrapping: the gauze 17 is covered by adopting the cloth folding rod 4 and the edge covering guide roller 5, and the gauze is covered by inwards folding and covering more than 2 cm to 4cm on one layer on the other layer.
S104 rolling traction: the folded gauze 17 is rolled by a rolling structure 6 and is conveyed backwards.
S105, cloth storage: the cloth storage device is used for storing the gauze, the lifting cloth guide roller 22 which can move up and down is matched with the stop and rotation of the second driving roller 25 to realize cloth storage, and the cloth storage process is required to be matched with the slitting correspondingly.
S106, wetting: the gauze 17 is wetted on the front conveyor with a wetting structure and the passing gauze 17 is wetted with a spray head 33.
S107, slitting: the gauze 17 is conveyed backwards by a preset length (the length of the front and back directions of the belly pad plus the length of the edges covered by the front and back ends of the belly pad) by adopting a front conveying device and then is stopped (the rear conveying device is synchronously stopped), the two edge folding plates 9 are turned inwards to expose the lower cutter 7, the lower cutter 7 is lifted to be level with the edge absorption plate 10, and meanwhile, the upper cutter 8 moves downwards to realize cutting to obtain gauze pieces; after the slitting is completed, the upper cutter 8 moves upward.
S108, secondary edge covering: the two folding plates 9 are turned outwards to fold one end of the gauze 17 onto the side-corresponding side of the suction plate 10, and the intermittent suction structure sucks the gauze at the same time; the two edge folding plates 9 are turned inwards to be horizontal, and then the pressing blocks 11 move downwards to press the folded edges on the edge suction plates 10 to realize edge wrapping; after the hemming is completed, the intermittent suction structure stops suction, and the briquette 11 moves upward.
In steps S107 and S108, the folding tooth plate 13 is inserted into the post-conveying device, and the discharge tooth plate 15 is inserted into the discharge conveying device.

S107 can be synchronized with S108 and S109 by controlling the length of each conveyor belt 2.
S110, unloading: after the secondary doubling is completed, the folding shaft 12 rotates forwards to be embedded into the rear conveying device, the discharging shaft 14 rotates backwards to bring the gauze pieces to the discharging platform 16 for stacking, and after discharging is completed, the discharging shaft 14 rotates forwards to be embedded into the discharging conveying device.
