A blockchain-based intelligent government information management device for performing the blockchain-based intelligent government information management method of claim 1, wherein the blockchain-based intelligent government information management device comprises: the auditing preset module is used for setting auditing conditions of the user identity information at the government affair node; the information acquisition module is used for acquiring government affair registration application information of the user; the information comparison module is used for receiving government registration application information of the user by the government service node, identifying identity information contained in the application information of the user, judging the affiliated auditing conditions, and searching the identity information of the user through the cloud database for comparison; the information comparison module is also used for analyzing the identity recognition degree of the user according to the comparison result, confirming whether the identity recognition degree is the identity, and if the recognition degree result does not reach the appointed value, the user autonomously selects the next auditing condition and resubmisses the application information until the identity recognition degree reaches the appointed value; and the information uploading module is used for confirming the identity recognition degree of the user to be the user himself after reaching the standard, encrypting the government affair node and uploading government affair registration application information of the user to the blockchain.

An electronic device, the electronic device comprising: the device comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the memory is in communication connection with the processor; the memory is configured to store executable instructions that are executed by at least one of the processors, the processor configured to execute the executable instructions to implement the blockchain-based intelligent government information management method of claim 1.
4. A computer readable storage medium, wherein a computer program is stored in the computer readable storage medium, which when executed by a processor, implements the blockchain-based intelligent government information management method of claim 1.
