The government affair information to be inquired comprises title fields such as a government affair content abstract, sponsor information, certificate storing time, block positions and government affair information hash values; correspondingly, the government affair information stored in the government affair block chain comprises attribute values corresponding to fields such as a government affair content abstract, sponsor information, certificate storing time, block positions, government affair information hash values and the like.
For example, only address information for storing government affair information of different organizations can be stored in the government affair block chain, wherein the address information can be device identifications of storage devices corresponding to the different organizations and storage addresses in the storage devices. Correspondingly, the query is performed according to the government affair information stored in the government affair block chain, and may be to acquire address information corresponding to the government affair information to be queried from the government affair block chain, and read the government affair information from the storage device of the corresponding organization according to the address information.

The default display of 'submission information' is block chain evidence storage information of information submitted by a user, and the information comprises a version hash value, a submitter, update time and information of a block where the submitter is located: block height, creation time, hash value. The specific display page can be seen in fig. 3D. The "approval information" is an approval flow of the service, and includes an approval unit (an approval unit of the process, such as a tax administration, a residential and construction administration, a state and soil administration), an approver (a hidden name, only a surname is reserved), an approval result, a block height, a creation time, and a hash value. The specific display page can be seen in fig. 3E.
For example, when the online approval service platform performs declaration acceptance, project approval and supervision publication, a worker accepts and approves a project. Double-clicking the item, entering an item detail page, and like the above "web portal-online office query", the staff can also see the submission information and the approval information of the item, which can be referred to in the foregoing example, and will not be described herein again.
When supervision and publication are carried out, working personnel can issue information such as relevant policies and news in the latest notice, and a user can click to check and chain up and store in the publishing process. See fig. 3F. Meanwhile, the block chain information list released by the latest bulletin can be entered by clicking 'checking bulletin block chain information', and the block chain information list comprises the version hash value, the submitter, the updating time and the block information where the latest bulletin is released: block height, creation time, hash value. See fig. 3G.
For example, the management user of the system management platform can accept, approve and declare, double-click the event, enter the event detail page, and see the submission information and the approval information of the event as in the above-mentioned "web portal-online office query".
According to the embodiment of the application, the government affair information inquiry request received by the government affair server side is obtained, inquiry feedback is carried out according to the government affair information stored in the government affair block chain based on the government affair information inquiry request, the government affair information inquiry function of the government affair block chain is achieved, and the function of the government affair block chain is further enriched.
On the basis of the technical solutions of the above embodiments, in order to implement comprehensive management of the government affair block chain network, the node status, the account status, and the data status of the government affair block chain may also be obtained and displayed; the node condition comprises the operation condition of the node and a node list; the account status includes the number of registered users; the data status includes the number of government information stored on the block chain and the block height.
It is understood that, in order to ensure timeliness of the acquired data, the node status, the account status, and the data status may be acquired according to a set time frequency. The set time frequency is set by the inquiring user according to the requirement, or is determined by the block chain technician when the block chain is created. For example, it may be set to 3 seconds.
The operation condition of the node can comprise normal operation state and abnormal operation state. The normal operation can be understood as that the block link point can perform operations such as sending, receiving, processing and data storage of transaction requests; abnormal operation may be understood as a block chain node not being started, or a post-startup exception.
The node list may include node identifiers, node configuration information, node address information, and the like. Illustratively, the node identifier may be the number of nodes, the name of the node, or the number of the node. The node address information may be a MAC address or an IP address of the node.
The registered user may be a login account at a government affair service terminal, or may be a block chain account. Generally, the number of login accounts is not less than the number of blockchain accounts.
Referring to fig. 3H, the network conditions such as the node conditions, the account conditions, and the data conditions are displayed through two modules, namely, the network condition module and the node list module. In order to distinguish different blockchains, the head portrait of the government blockchain is displayed at the same time.

Fig. 4A is a flowchart of a block chain-based government affair information processing method in a fourth embodiment of the present application, and the embodiment of the present application performs optimization and improvement on the basis of the technical solutions of the foregoing embodiments.
Further, before the government affair information processing request received by the government affair server side through the block chain account is acquired, the block chain account is added to create the block chain account for the login account of the government affair server side, and the address of the block chain account is associated with the login account, so that user management can be carried out.

For example, when the user a needs to perform asset verification through the user B, the user B authorizes the verification authority to the subordinate user C, and the user C performs the asset verification instead. At this time, the user B is an authorized user, the user C is an authorized user, and the qualification verification authority is authorized content.
In another optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the authorization content may be material information required by a transaction authority (e.g., a business agency) for a user to transact a transaction individually; correspondingly, the identity information of the authorized party can be a blockchain account and/or a login account corresponding to the public user needing to transact business; the authorized identity information may be a blockchain account and/or a login account corresponding to a public user performing a business transaction operation.
For example, when the user a needs to perform house property information query, the user a asks the user B to perform the house property information query instead, and authorizes the personal electronic certificate of the user a, which needs to be used when performing the house property information query, to the user B for use. The user A is an authorized user, the user B is an authorized user, and the personal electronic certificate is authorized content.
S506, the authorization relation processing transaction request is transmitted in a government affair block chain network so as to execute the authorization relation processing transaction request and generate authorization relation processing transaction data for uplink storage.

Referring to fig. 5B, the user may perform the permission granting operation to the authorized person through the user management interface, and may further display the authorized identity information and the authorized person identity information respectively through the authorized person and the authorized person fields in the user management interface, display the specific authorization time in the authorization time field, display the hash value of the authorization relationship processing transaction data in the hash field, display the block height of the block where the authorization relationship processing transaction data is stored in the block height field, and display the authorized role in the authorization content field.
The embodiment of the application processes the generation and the processing of the transaction request through the authorization relationship, realizes the entrustment authorization of the processing authority of different users, increases the flexibility of the government affair processing process, and enriches the service function of the government affair block chain.

Fig. 6 is a structural diagram of a block chain-based government affair information processing device according to a sixth embodiment of the present application, where the embodiment of the present application is applied to processing cross-department government affair information, and the device is implemented by software and/or hardware and is specifically configured in an electronic device carrying a block chain node.

According to an embodiment of the present application, an electronic device and a readable storage medium are also provided.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of an electronic device implementing the block chain-based government affair information processing method according to the embodiment of the present application. Electronic devices are intended to represent various forms of digital computers, such as laptops, desktops, workstations, personal digital assistants, servers, blade servers, mainframes, and other appropriate computers. The electronic device may also represent various forms of mobile devices, such as personal digital processing, cellular phones, smart phones, wearable devices, and other similar computing devices. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be examples only, and are not meant to limit implementations of the present application that are described and/or claimed herein.
As shown in fig. 7, the electronic apparatus includes: one or more processors 701, a memory 702, and interfaces for connecting the various components, including a high-speed interface and a low-speed interface. The various components are interconnected using different buses and may be mounted on a common motherboard or in other manners as desired. The processor may process instructions for execution within the electronic device, including instructions stored in or on the memory to display graphical information of a GUI on an external input/output apparatus (such as a display device coupled to the interface). In other embodiments, multiple processors and/or multiple buses may be used, along with multiple memories and multiple memories, as desired. Also, multiple electronic devices may be connected, with each device providing portions of the necessary operations (e.g., as a server array, a group of blade servers, or a multi-processor system). In fig. 7, one processor 701 is taken as an example.
The memory 702 is a non-transitory computer readable storage medium as provided herein. Wherein the memory stores instructions executable by at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to perform the block chain based government information processing method provided herein. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of the present application stores computer instructions for causing a computer to execute the block chain-based government information processing method provided by the present application.
The memory 702 is used as a non-transitory computer readable storage medium for storing non-transitory software programs, non-transitory computer executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the block chain based government affair information processing method in the embodiment of the present application (for example, the block chain based government affair information processing apparatus 600 including the request acquisition module 601, the transaction request generation module 602, and the transaction request transmission module 603 shown in fig. 6). The input device 703 may receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of an electronic apparatus performing the block chain-based government information processing method, such as an input device of a touch screen, a keypad, a mouse, a track pad, a touch pad, a pointing stick, one or more mouse buttons, a track ball, a joystick, or the like. The components of the system can be interconnected by any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communication network). Examples of communication networks include: local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), and the Internet.
The computer system may include clients and servers. A client and server are generally remote from each other and typically interact through a communication network. The relationship of client and server arises by virtue of computer programs running on the respective computers and having a client-server relationship to each other.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, the embodiment of the application acquires the government affair information processing request received by the government affair service terminal; generating a government affair information processing affair request according to the government affair information processing request based on the government affair block chain deployment data; and transmitting the government affair information processing affair request in the government affair block chain network so as to execute the government affair information processing affair request and generate government affair information processing affair data for uplink storage. According to the technical scheme, the government affair information processing requests corresponding to different government affair mechanisms received by the government affair service end are processed and stored in a chain mode based on the government affair block chain by deploying the government affair block chain corresponding to the government affair service end, government affair information between different government affair mechanisms is opened, the centralized processing bottleneck of the government affair information is eliminated, the processing efficiency of the trans-department government affair information processing requests is improved, and the government affair information is processed more conveniently and reliably. Meanwhile, government affair information processing transaction data are stored through the block chain, so that the safety of the stored data is improved, and the internal fraud phenomenon of departments is avoided.
It should be understood that various forms of the flows shown above may be used, with steps reordered, added, or deleted. For example, the steps described in the present application may be executed in parallel, sequentially, or in different orders, and the present invention is not limited thereto as long as the desired results of the technical solutions disclosed in the present application can be achieved.

It should be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations and substitutions may be made in accordance with design requirements and other factors. Claims (14)

1. A government affair information processing method based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a government affair information processing request received by a government affair service terminal;
generating a government affair information processing affair request according to the government affair information processing request based on the government affair block chain deployment data;
and transmitting the government affair information processing affair request in a government affair block chain network so as to execute the government affair information processing affair request and generate government affair information processing affair data for uplink storage.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a government information processing transaction request from the government information processing request based on government affair blockchain deployment data comprises:
and calling a government affair intelligent contract deployed by the government affair block chain according to the to-be-processed government affair information and to-be-processed matters in the government affair information processing request to generate at least one government affair information processing affair request.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein performing the request for a government information transaction and generating government information transaction data for uplink storage comprises:
executing the government affair information processing transaction request to generate at least one auditing request to request the user to perform auditing feedback;
obtaining at least one audit feedback result;
and if each audit feedback result meets the audit condition of the government affair information processing affair request, generating the government affair information processing affair data according to each audit feedback result, and performing uplink storage.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein each of the audit feedback results satisfies an audit condition of the government information processing transaction request as follows: and the audit feedback result comprises an endorsement signature of the set audit account.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a government affair information inquiry request received by a government affair service terminal;
and inquiring and feeding back according to the government affair information stored in the government affair block chain based on the government affair information inquiry request.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the government information stored in the government block chain includes: government affair content abstract, sponsor information, evidence storing time, block position and government affair information hash value.
7. The method according to claim 1 or 5, wherein the acquiring of the government information processing request or the government information inquiry request received through the government service terminal comprises at least one of:
acquiring a government affair information processing request or a government affair information inquiry request submitted by a public user and received through a portal website;
acquiring a government affair information processing request or a government affair information inquiry request submitted by a working user and received by an internal approval service platform;
and acquiring a government affair information processing request or a government affair information inquiry request submitted by a management user and received through a system management platform.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring and displaying the node condition, the account condition and the data condition of the government affair block chain;
the node condition comprises the operation condition of a node and a node list; the account status comprises a number of registered users; the data condition includes the number of government information stored on the block chain and the block height.
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and creating a blockchain account for the login account of the government affair service terminal, and associating the address of the blockchain account with the login account.
10. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring an authorization relation processing request received by a government affair service terminal;
generating an authorization relation processing transaction request according to the authorization relation processing request based on government affair block chain deployment data;
and transmitting the authorization relation processing transaction request in a government affair block chain network so as to execute the authorization relation processing transaction request and generate authorization relation processing transaction data for uplink storage.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the authorizing relationship processing the transaction data comprises: the system comprises authorization party identity information, authorized party identity information, authorization time, a hash value of transaction data processed by an authorization relation, the height of a block where the transaction data is located and authorization content.
12. A block chain-based government affair information processing device, comprising:
the request acquisition module is used for acquiring a government affair information processing request received by the government affair service terminal;
the transaction request generating module is used for generating a government affair information processing transaction request according to the government affair information processing request based on the government affair block chain deployment data;
and the transaction request transmission module is used for transmitting the government affair information processing transaction request in a government affair block chain network so as to execute the government affair information processing transaction request and generate government affair information processing transaction data for uplink storage.
13. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform a block chain based government information processing method according to any one of claims 1-11.
14. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to execute a block chain-based government information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
