After receiving a portrait video of a user, a bank side firstly queries user information (including but not limited to an identity card number, an identity card photo and the like) of the user in a block chain according to the identity card number; and verifying the identity information of the user to determine whether the operation of applying for transacting the credit card is the operation of the user. When the user identity information passes the verification, the basic information (including but not limited to name, mobile phone number, identity card photo, home address, etc.) of the user is inquired in a block chain according to the identity card number, the user information is simultaneously sent to all bank terminals of the user applying for transacting the credit card through 5G information, and corresponding credit card transacting business is executed. After applying for and transacting the credit card successfully, the bank returns the credit card number, and the credit card number is updated in the basic information of the block chain user. And simultaneously, the user is informed that the application of the credit card of a certain bank is successful.

collecting user information input when the target user applies for transacting the credit card for the first time;
and storing the collected user information to the block chain network.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after performing a credit card transaction service corresponding to the credit card transaction request based on the user information of the target user stored on the blockchain network, the method further comprises:
acquiring credit card information which is applied for successful transaction by the target user;
and updating the user information of the target user on the block chain network according to the credit card information successfully transacted by the target user application.
