when the mulching film is wound on the surface of the winding drum 3 for a certain number of turns, the second electric push rod 43 again controls the second rotating rod 39 to rotate reversely, so that the first group of rotary tables 31 release the fixation of the first pinion 24, and the other group of rotary tables 31 control the connecting rod 33 and the supporting seat 34 connected with the second group of rotary tables to move so as to fix the first large gear 25, so that the first large gear 25 controls the second pinion 28 to rotate so as to realize the speed increase of the first rotating rod 27, and further the efficiency of the subsequent mulching film winding is effectively improved, and the efficiency of the subsequent mulching film winding is improved by switching between the first small gear 24 and the first large gear 25;
