The application aims to provide a blood sampling conveying system and a conveying method.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present application provides a blood sampling and conveying system, which includes: at least one feeding bin, a pipe separating mechanism, an information acquisition module, a transfer bin, a loading mechanism, a conveying pipeline, an air extracting mechanism and an air blowing mechanism; the feeding bins are respectively communicated with the pipe separating mechanism, an information acquisition port is formed in the top of the pipe separating mechanism, the information acquisition module is located above the information acquisition port, the pipe separating mechanism is communicated with the transferring bin, and the loading mechanism is movably installed in the transferring bin; the transfer bin is provided with a receiving port, an extraction port, an air blowing port and a transfer port, and the receiving port, the extraction port, the air blowing port and the transfer port are respectively connected with an air extracting mechanism of a pipe separating mechanism, an air blowing mechanism and a conveying pipeline; the sampling pipes put into the feeding bins slide into the pipe separating mechanism, and the pipe separating mechanism sequentially conveys the sampling pipes towards the information collecting port, so that the information collecting module sequentially collects sampling information of the sampling pipes at the information collecting port until the sampling pipes slide towards the transferring bin at the information collecting port; when the loading mechanism rotates to a first position in the transferring bin, the receiving port and the air extracting port are opened, the air blowing port and the transferring port are blocked, the sampling tube enters a loading tube in the loading mechanism through the receiving port, the air extracting mechanism extracts air from the loading mechanism through the air extracting port so that the sampling tube moves towards the bottom of the loading tube, and when the loading mechanism is empty, impurities in the feeding bin, the tube separating mechanism and the loading mechanism are discharged from the air extracting port; when the loading mechanism rotates to a second position in the transferring bin, the air blowing port and the transferring port are opened, the receiving port and the air extracting port are blocked, and the air blowing mechanism blows air into the loading mechanism through the air blowing port so as to blow out the loading pipe from the transferring port and the conveying pipeline.
Further, the feed bin comprises: a feed hopper and a feed slide; the feed hopper is connected with the pipe separating mechanism through a feed slideway; the sampling pipe put into the feed hopper slides into the pipe separating mechanism through the feed slideway.
Further, the pipe separation mechanism includes: the device comprises a branch pipe box, a turntable, a first motor, a plurality of semicircular supporting pipes, a plurality of second motors and a buffer assembly; the top of the branch pipe box is provided with an information acquisition port, the rotary table is movably arranged in the branch pipe box, the rotary shaft of the first motor is connected with the rotary table, the semicircular hosting movable rings are distributed on the outer side of the rotary table and perpendicular to the rotary table, each second motor corresponds to one semicircular hosting, and the rotary shaft of the second motor is connected with the semicircular hosting; the buffer component is movably arranged in the branch pipe box and positioned below the information acquisition port; the first motor drives the turntable to rotate so as to drive each semicircular supporting tube to do circular motion, the semicircular supporting tube supports the corresponding collecting tube at the bottom of the tube separating box, and the second motor drives the semicircular supporting tube to rotate so that the semicircular supporting tube drives the collecting tube to convey towards the information collecting port; when the semicircular support pipe brings the collecting pipe to the information collecting port, the second motor drives the semicircular support pipe to rotate, so that the semicircular support pipe puts the collecting pipe into the buffer assembly; the buffer assembly drives the collecting tube to rotate, so that the information collecting module collects sampling information of the sampling tube at the information collecting port until the buffer assembly conveys the collecting tube towards the transferring bin.
Further, the cache component includes: the buffer shaft, the third motor, a plurality of limiting plates, a plurality of rotating shafts and a plurality of fourth motors; the buffer shaft is movably arranged below the information acquisition port, and the rotating shaft of the third motor is connected with the buffer shaft; each limiting plate is radially annularly distributed on the outer side of the buffer shaft, buffer positions are formed between two adjacent limiting plates, each buffer position is embedded with a rotating shaft, each fourth motor corresponds to one rotating shaft, and the rotating shafts of the fourth motors are connected with the rotating shafts.
Further, the branch pipe box is connected with a transfer bin through a transfer slideway; the upper part of the transfer slide way is positioned below the buffer shaft, and the lower end of the transfer slide way is connected with the receiving port.
Further, the information acquisition module includes: a plurality of cameras and an upper computer; each camera is arranged towards the information acquisition port respectively, and is electrically connected with the upper computer.
Further, the loading mechanism includes: the loading block, the transfer motor and a plurality of loading pipes; the loading block is movably arranged in the transfer bin, the rotating shaft of the transfer motor is connected with the loading block, and each loading pipe is movably arranged in the loading block; when the transfer motor drives the loading block to rotate to a first position in the transfer bin, the receiving port and the air extraction port are communicated with the interior of the loading block, the sampling pipe enters the loading pipe in the loading block through the receiving port, and the air extraction mechanism extracts air from the interior of the loading block through the air extraction port; when the transfer motor drives the loading block to rotate to a second position in the transfer bin, the air blowing port and the transfer port are communicated with the inside of the loading block, and the air blowing mechanism blows air to the inside of the loading block through the air blowing port.
Further, an inner cavity is formed in the loading block; the loading block is provided with a first port, a second port and a third port which are communicated with the inner cavity, a loading channel is formed between the first port and the second port so as to divide the inner cavity into an air pumping cavity and a loading cavity, and the air pumping cavity is communicated with the third port; a plurality of loading pipes are arranged in the loading cavity; when the transfer motor drives the loading block to rotate to a first position in the transfer bin, the receiving port is communicated with the first port, and the third port is communicated with the extraction port; when the transfer motor drives the loading block to rotate to a second position in the transfer bin, the air blowing port is communicated with the second port, and the transfer port is communicated with the first port.
Further, a plurality of through holes are formed in the lower portion of the loading tube, and the buffer is filled in the loading tube.
Further, a step groove is arranged in the loading channel; the loading cavity is internally provided with a loading pipe which falls into the loading channel until the bottom of the loading pipe is clamped into the step groove.
Further, the air extraction mechanism includes: an air pump and an air extraction pipeline; the air pump is connected with the air extraction opening through an air extraction pipeline.
Further, the blowing mechanism includes: the device comprises an air blowing pump and an air blowing pipeline; the air blowing pump is connected with the air blowing port through an air blowing pipeline.
Further, a plurality of magnetic rings are sleeved on the loading pipes, and a plurality of electromagnets are arranged in the conveying pipeline so as to convey each loading pipe in a suspending manner in the conveying pipeline.
In another aspect, the present application provides a blood collection and transportation system, comprising: the sampling pipes put into the feeding bins slide into the pipe separating mechanism, and the pipe separating mechanism sequentially conveys the sampling pipes towards the information acquisition port, so that the information acquisition module sequentially acquires sampling information of the sampling pipes at the information acquisition port until the sampling pipes slide towards the transfer bin at the information acquisition port; when the loading mechanism rotates to a first position in the transferring bin, the receiving port and the air extracting port are opened, the air blowing port and the transferring port are blocked, the sampling tube enters the loading tube in the loading mechanism through the receiving port, the air extracting mechanism extracts air from the loading mechanism through the air extracting port so that the sampling tube moves towards the bottom of the loading tube, and impurities in the feeding bin, the tube separating mechanism and the loading mechanism are discharged from the air extracting port when the loading mechanism is empty; when the loading mechanism rotates to the second position in the transferring bin, the air blowing port and the transferring port are opened, the receiving port and the air extracting port are blocked, and the air blowing mechanism blows air into the loading mechanism through the air blowing port so as to blow out the loading pipe from the transferring port and the conveying pipeline.
The application has the beneficial effects that the automatic acquisition of sampling information on the sampling tube is realized through the feeding bin, the tube separating mechanism and the information acquisition module, the acquisition efficiency and the safety are improved, the loading mechanism is arranged in the transfer bin, the sampling tube enters the loading mechanism and is sleeved into the loading tube, the loading tube can be adapted to sampling tubes with different specifications, the actual use requirements of the sampling tubes with different specifications are met, and the loading tube and the conveying pipeline are not contacted with the conveying pipeline in the pneumatic conveying process due to repulsive force, so that the problems of pneumatic conveying pipeline abrasion and deformation and damage of the sampling tube caused by friction between the traditional sampling tube and the pneumatic conveying pipeline are solved.

Embodiment 1, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 11, the present embodiment provides a blood sampling and transporting system, which includes: at least one feeding bin 1, a pipe separating mechanism 2, an information acquisition module, a transfer bin 3, a loading mechanism 4, a conveying pipeline 5, an air extracting mechanism 6 and an air blowing mechanism 7; the feeding bins 1 are respectively communicated with the pipe separating mechanisms 2, the tops of the pipe separating mechanisms 2 are provided with information acquisition ports 211, the information acquisition modules are located above the information acquisition ports 211, the pipe separating mechanisms 2 are communicated with the transferring bins 3, and the loading mechanisms 4 are movably installed in the transferring bins 3; the transfer bin 3 is provided with a receiving port 31, an air extracting port 32, an air blowing port 33 and a transfer port 34, and the receiving port 31, the air extracting port 32, the air blowing port 33 and the transfer port 34 are respectively connected with an air extracting mechanism 6, an air blowing mechanism 7 and a conveying pipeline 5 of the pipe separating mechanism 2; the sampling pipes put into the feeding bins 1 slide into the pipe separating mechanism 2, and the pipe separating mechanism 2 sequentially conveys the sampling pipes towards the information collecting port 211, so that the information collecting module sequentially collects sampling information of the sampling pipes at the information collecting port 211 until the sampling pipes slide down towards the transferring bin 3 at the information collecting port 211; when the loading mechanism 4 rotates to a first position in the transferring bin 3, the receiving port 31 and the extracting port 32 are opened, the air blowing port 33 and the transferring port 34 are blocked, the sampling tube enters the loading tube 43 in the loading mechanism 4 through the receiving port 31, the extracting mechanism 6 extracts air from the loading mechanism 4 through the extracting port 32 so as to enable the sampling tube to move towards the bottom of the loading tube 43, and when the loading mechanism 4 is empty, impurities in the feeding bin 1, the separating tube mechanism 2 and the loading mechanism 4 are discharged from the extracting port 32; when the loading mechanism 4 rotates to the second position in the transfer bin 3, the air blowing port 33 and the transfer port 34 are opened, the receiving port 31 and the air extracting port 32 are blocked, and the air blowing mechanism 7 blows air into the loading mechanism 4 through the air blowing port 33 so as to blow out the loading pipe 43 from the transfer port 34 and the conveying pipeline 5.

In this embodiment, the feeding bin 1 includes: a feed hopper 11 and a feed chute 12; the feed hopper 11 is connected with the pipe separating mechanism 2 through a feed slideway 12; the sampling tube put into the feed hopper 11 slides into the tube separating mechanism 2 through the feed slideway 12.
In this embodiment, the feeding chute 12 is disposed obliquely, so that the sample tube fed into the feed hopper 11 can be guided to slide into the tube separating mechanism 2, and the conveying efficiency can be improved.
In this embodiment, the pipe branching mechanism 2 includes: the device comprises a branch pipe box 21, a turntable 22, a first motor 23, a plurality of semicircular supporting pipes 24, a plurality of second motors 25 and a buffer component 26; an information collection port 211 is formed in the top of the branch pipe box 21, the rotary table 22 is movably arranged in the branch pipe box 21, a rotary shaft of the first motor 23 is connected with the rotary table 22, semicircular support pipes 24 are movably distributed on the outer side of the rotary table 22 in a ring mode and perpendicular to the rotary table 22, each second motor 25 corresponds to one semicircular support pipe 24, and the rotary shaft of the second motor 25 is connected with the semicircular support pipe 24; the buffer component 26 is movably arranged in the branch pipe box 21 and is positioned below the information acquisition port 211; the first motor 23 drives the turntable 22 to rotate so as to drive each semicircular supporting tube 24 to do circular motion, the semicircular supporting tube 24 supports the corresponding collecting tube at the bottom of the tube separating box 21, and the second motor 25 drives the semicircular supporting tube 24 to rotate so that the semicircular supporting tube 24 drives the collecting tube to be conveyed towards the information collecting port 211; when the semicircular support pipe 24 brings the collecting pipe to the information collecting port 211, the second motor 25 drives the semicircular support pipe 24 to rotate, so that the semicircular support pipe 24 puts the collecting pipe into the buffer assembly 26; the buffer assembly 26 drives the collecting tube to rotate, so that the information collecting module collects sampling information of the sampling tube at the information collecting port 211 until the buffer assembly 26 conveys the collecting tube towards the transferring bin 3.
In this embodiment, the feeding slideway 12 sends the sampling tube to the bottom of the tube sorting box 21, the turntable 22 is driven by the first motor 23 to continuously rotate, so that each semicircular supporting tube 24 moves along with the turntable 22 in a circular manner, meanwhile, the second motor 25 can drive the corresponding semicircular supporting tube 24 to rotate, so that the semicircular supporting tube 24 can support the sampling tube, the sampling tube at the bottom of the tube sorting box 21 is sent to the top of the tube sorting box 21, and after the sampling tube reaches the top of the tube sorting box 21, the second motor 25 drives the semicircular supporting tube 24 to guide the supported sampling tube into the buffer assembly 26, so that the function of orderly conveying the sampling tube is achieved.
In this embodiment, the buffer unit 26 includes: the buffer shaft 261, the third motor 262, a plurality of limiting plates 263, a plurality of rotating shafts and a plurality of fourth motors; the buffer shaft 261 is movably installed below the information acquisition port 211, and the rotating shaft of the third motor 262 is connected with the buffer shaft 261; each limiting plate 263 is radially looped on the outer side of the buffer shaft 261, a buffer position is formed between two adjacent limiting plates 263, each buffer position is embedded with a rotation shaft, each fourth motor corresponds to one rotation shaft, and the rotation shaft of each fourth motor is connected with the rotation shaft.
In this embodiment, the buffer shaft 261, the third motor 262 and each limiting plate 263 are matched to realize temporary storage of the sampling tube and transfer of the sampling tube, and meanwhile, the fourth motor drives the rotation shaft to rotate, namely, the sampling tube rotates on the buffer position, so that sampling information on the sampling tube can be ensured to be identified by the information acquisition module, and accuracy of information sampling is improved.
In this embodiment, the branch pipe box 21 is connected with the transfer bin 3 through a transfer slideway 27; the upper part of the transfer slide way 27 is positioned below the buffer shaft 261, and the lower end of the transfer slide way 27 is connected with the receiving opening 31.

In this embodiment, the loading tube 43 is adapted to different sizes of sampling tubes, and the reloading motor 42 can drive the loading block 41 to rotate, so as to change the orientation of the loading tube 43 and perform the functions of loading and transporting the sampling tubes.

In this embodiment, the shape of the loading channel 414 exactly matches with that of one loading tube 43, the loading cavity 416 can accommodate a plurality of loading tubes 43, when one loading tube 43 in the loading channel 414 is blown out, and the transfer motor 42 drives the loading block 41 to rotate to the first position in the transfer bin 3, the loading tube 43 in the loading cavity 416 automatically supplements the loading channel 414 under the action of gravity, and simultaneously the air suction mechanism 6 sucks air from the inside of the loading block 41 through the air suction opening 32, so that the loading tube 43 can be more attached in the loading channel 414.

In this embodiment, the load block 41 is driven by the load motor 42 to rotate to the first position in the transfer bin 3, at this time, the receiving port 31 is communicated with the first port 411, the sample tube can slide into the load tube 43 along the transfer slideway 27, and the third port 413 is communicated with the pumping port 32, the pumping mechanism 6 pumps air from the pumping cavity 415 through the pumping port 32, since the lower part of the load tube 43 is provided with the plurality of through holes 431, the inside of the load tube 43 can also be pumped, the lower part of the load tube 43 forms negative pressure to adsorb the sample tube and moves towards the bottom of the load tube 43, and the load tube 43 is filled with the buffer 432, so that the buffer 432 fixes the sample tube in the load tube 43, thereby avoiding collision between the sample tube and the load tube 43 in the conveying process, achieving the effect of stable conveying, and when the load tube 43 in the load chamber 416 is used up, the pumping mechanism 6 continues to pump air from the pumping cavity 415 through the pumping port 32, thereby cleaning impurities in the feed bin 1, the pipe separating mechanism 2, the load mechanism 4 and the conveying pipeline 5, ensuring that the sample tube is not polluted, the information collecting module is more accurately sucked, and simultaneously ensuring the conveying pipeline 5, and simultaneously ensuring the safety and the conveying pipeline 5, on the other hand, and the safety and the cleanliness are improved.
In this embodiment, the buffer 432 is an elastic material, and a sponge may be used.
In this embodiment, the load block 41 is driven by the load motor 42 to rotate to the second position in the transfer bin 3, at this time, the air blowing port 33 is communicated with the second port 412, and the transfer port 34 is communicated with the first port 411, at this time, the air blowing mechanism 7 blows air into the load channel 414 through the air blowing port 33, and due to the bottom sealing of the load pipe 43, the bottom of the load pipe 43 is stressed, the load pipe 43 is blown up by wind pressure, so that the load pipe 43 enters the conveying pipeline 5 to be conveyed to subsequent equipment, and the pneumatic conveying function is realized.
In this embodiment, a stepped slot 417 is disposed in the loading channel 414; the loading tube 43 in the loading chamber 416 falls into the loading channel 414 until the bottom of the loading tube 43 snaps into the stepped groove 417.
In this embodiment, by providing the stepped groove 417 in the loading channel 414, the loading tube 43 in the loading channel 414 is offset from the other loading tubes 43 in the loading chamber 416, so that the position of the other loading tubes 43 in the loading chamber 416 is prevented from being changed at the moment of being blown up by the loading tube 43 in the loading channel 414, and the loading tube 43 in the loading channel 414 is more stable and no shaking or tilting problem is generated when the loading block 41 is driven to rotate in the transfer bin 3 by the transfer motor 42.
In this embodiment, the air extraction mechanism 6 includes: a suction pump and suction pipe 61; the suction pump is connected to the suction port 32 through a suction pipe 61.
In this embodiment, the blowing mechanism 7 includes: an air blowing pump 72 and an air blowing pipe 71; the air blowing pump 72 is connected to the air blowing port 33 through an air blowing pipe 71.
In this embodiment, the loading pipes 43 are sleeved with a plurality of magnetic rings, and a plurality of electromagnets 51 are disposed in the conveying pipe 5 to suspend and convey each loading pipe 43 in the conveying pipe 5.
In this embodiment, through a plurality of magnetic rings sleeved on the loading pipe 43 and a plurality of electromagnets 51 arranged in the conveying pipeline 5, repulsive force can be generated between the loading pipe 43 and the inner side wall of the conveying pipeline 5, so that the loading pipe 43 and the conveying pipeline 5 can be conveyed in a non-contact manner, on one hand, friction force is overcome, conveying efficiency is higher, energy is saved, on the other hand, nondestructive conveying is realized, and the problems of abrasion of the conveying pipeline 5, deformation and damage of a sampling pipe are overcome.
Embodiment 2, on the basis of embodiment 1, this embodiment provides a conveying method using the blood sampling conveying system as provided in embodiment 1, which includes: the sampling pipes put into the feeding bins 1 slide into the pipe separating mechanism 2, and the pipe separating mechanism 2 sequentially conveys the sampling pipes towards the information collecting port 211, so that the information collecting module sequentially collects sampling information of the sampling pipes at the information collecting port 211 until the sampling pipes slide down towards the transferring bin 3 at the information collecting port 211; when the loading mechanism 4 rotates to a first position in the transferring bin 3, the receiving port 31 and the extracting port 32 are opened, the air blowing port 33 and the transferring port 34 are blocked, the sampling tube enters the loading tube 43 in the loading mechanism 4 through the receiving port 31, the extracting mechanism 6 extracts air from the loading mechanism 4 through the extracting port 32 so as to enable the sampling tube to move towards the bottom of the loading tube 43, and when the loading mechanism 4 is empty, impurities in the feeding bin 1, the separating tube mechanism 2 and the loading mechanism 4 are discharged from the extracting port 32; when the loading mechanism 4 rotates to the second position in the transfer bin 3, the air-blowing port 33 and the transfer port 34 are opened, the receiving port 31 and the air-extracting port 32 are blocked, and the air-blowing mechanism 7 blows air into the loading mechanism 4 through the air-blowing port 33 to blow out the loading tube 43 from the transfer port 34 and the conveying pipe 5.
In summary, the application realizes automatic collection of sampling information on the sampling tube through the feeding bin, the tube separating mechanism and the information collecting module, improves the collection efficiency and the safety, and the loading mechanism is arranged in the transfer bin, the sampling tube enters the loading mechanism and is sleeved into the loading tube, the loading tube can adapt to sampling tubes with different specifications, the actual use requirements of the sampling tubes with different specifications are met, and the loading tube and the conveying pipeline are not contacted with the conveying pipeline in the pneumatic conveying process due to repulsive force, so that the problems of abrasion of the pneumatic conveying pipeline, deformation and damage of the sampling tube caused by friction between the traditional sampling tube and the pneumatic conveying pipeline are solved.
The components (components not illustrating the specific structure) selected in the present application are common standard components or components known to those skilled in the art, and the structures and principles thereof are known to those skilled in the art through technical manuals or through routine experimental methods.
