Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more such feature.
The fire extinguishing transport vehicle provided by the embodiment of the utility model is described.
Examples:
the embodiment provides a fire extinguishing transport vehicle, which is based on the illustration in fig. 1 to 3, and comprises a transport vehicle body 1 and a self-discharging fire extinguishing carriage 2 loaded on the transport vehicle body 1, wherein a storage chamber 201 for storing fire extinguishing agent and a containing chamber 202 for containing objects to be extinguished are arranged in the self-discharging fire extinguishing carriage 2. For different objects to be extinguished, the extinguishing agent may be selected from different substances, such as water or liquid nitrogen. The storage chamber 201 is selectively communicated with the accommodating chamber 202, and when an object to be extinguished enters the accommodating chamber 202, the extinguishing agent in the storage chamber 201 enters the accommodating chamber 202 to extinguish the fire by communicating the storage chamber 201 with the accommodating chamber 202.
On the basis of the above structure, the self-discharging fire extinguishing carriage 2 is further provided with a lifting supporting device extending and supporting on the ground, while the transport vehicle body 1 is provided with a tractor 3 for dragging an object to be extinguished to the accommodating chamber 202. The self-unloading fire extinguishing carriage 2 can be connected with the transport vehicle body 1 through a pin shaft, a twist lock and the like. When the fire extinguishing transport vehicle enters the treatment site, the pin shaft or the twist lock is firstly opened, so that the self-discharging fire extinguishing carriage 2 is detached from the transport vehicle body 1. And then the self-discharging fire extinguishing carriage 2 is lifted off the transport vehicle body 1 by extending and supporting the self-discharging fire extinguishing carriage on the ground through the lifting supporting device, the transport vehicle body 1 drives the self-discharging fire extinguishing carriage 2 to descend, and the self-discharging fire extinguishing carriage 2 is discharged from the transport vehicle body 1 to the ground. At this time, the transport vehicle body 1 drags the object to be extinguished into the accommodating chamber 202 through the retractor 3, and starts extinguishing the fire.
Because the whole process does not need to be matched with extra traction equipment, the fire-extinguishing transport vehicle can complete the traction loading and fire-extinguishing process, and has strong functionality. Meanwhile, the self-discharging fire extinguishing carriage 2 can descend to the ground, but is not positioned on the transport vehicle body 1, so that the self-discharging fire extinguishing carriage 2 can be towed into the high place without bringing an object to be extinguished, and the operation difficulty is reduced. In addition, when the vehicle to be extinguished is placed in the accommodating chamber 202, the self-discharging fire extinguishing vehicle body 2 can be lifted up again by the lifting support device and loaded on the transport vehicle body 1, and the self-discharging fire extinguishing vehicle body 2 is fixed by a pin or a twist lock. The transport vehicle body 1 drives away the vehicle to be extinguished in time, and the vehicle to be extinguished is processed while driving, so that long-time road congestion is avoided. The fire extinguishing transport vehicle is not limited to be applied to the fire extinguishment of vehicles, and objects to be extinguished, such as a shelf, a tray and the like which need to be timely transferred, can be embedded into the self-discharging fire extinguishing carriage 2 through the tractor 3 for transferring, so that the application range is wide.
Further, based on the illustration in fig. 1 and 3, the lifting support device includes a front lifting leg 203 and a rear lifting leg 207, the front lifting leg 203 is disposed on a side of the self-discharging fire extinguishing vehicle body 2 facing the vehicle head 1, and the rear lifting leg 207 is disposed on a side of the self-discharging fire extinguishing vehicle body 2 away from the vehicle head 1. The front lifting leg 203 and the rear lifting leg 207 are lifted by lifting to drive the lifting of the self-discharging fire extinguishing vehicle 2.
The front lifting leg 203 includes a lateral hydraulic cylinder 204 mounted to the dump type fire extinguishing chamber 2 and a vertical leg 205 mounted to an end of the lateral hydraulic cylinder 204, as shown in fig. 3. The transverse hydraulic cylinder 204 may be a double-piston hydraulic cylinder, and the ends of both pistons are provided with vertical support legs 205. The vertical leg 205, i.e. the leg of the existing work vehicle, is intended to be supported on the ground. When the self-discharging fire extinguishing carriage 2 needs to be dismounted, the transverse hydraulic cylinder 204 drives the vertical supporting leg 205 to extend out of the side of the transport vehicle body 1, so that the transport vehicle body 1 is avoided, and then the vertical supporting leg 205 extends downwards to be supported on the ground to lift the self-discharging fire extinguishing carriage 2. Of course, in other embodiments, the lateral hydraulic cylinders 204 may also adopt a single piston structure, and the number of the lateral hydraulic cylinders 204 is two, and the two lateral hydraulic cylinders 204 are arranged back, and the piston end of each lateral hydraulic cylinder 204 is provided with a vertical supporting leg 205.
Based on the illustration in fig. 1 and 2, the self-discharging fire extinguishing carriage 2 has an extension section 206 that extends partially out of the tail of the transport vehicle body 1, i.e. the self-discharging fire extinguishing carriage 2 will exceed a part of the tail of the transport vehicle body 1, so that the rear lifting leg 207 will avoid the transport vehicle body 1. A rear lifting leg 207 is provided at the bottom of the extension 206, and the rear lifting leg 207 is extended to be supported on the ground to lift the dump truck 2. Since the fireproof sealing door 209 is located at the tail of the self-discharging fire extinguishing compartment 2, it cannot be applied to the same leg structure extending toward both sides of the front lifting leg 203, otherwise the fireproof sealing door 209 is shielded.
Further, based on the fig. 2, a nozzle 208 is provided between the storage chamber 201 and the accommodating chamber 202, a fireproof sealing door 209 communicating with the accommodating chamber 202 is provided at the tail of the self-discharging fire extinguishing vehicle 2, and a control chamber 210 is provided at the self-discharging fire extinguishing vehicle 2. The control chamber 210 is provided with control ends respectively connected with the spray head 208 and the fireproof sealing door 209, and the control ends can be controlled by adopting common modes such as buttons or touch control. The opening and closing of the nozzle 208 and the fire sealing door 209 are controlled by the control terminal. The nozzle 208 is controlled to be opened and closed, and the storage chamber 201 and the accommodating chamber 202 can be selectively communicated. The manner in which the nozzle 208 and the fire-resistant sealing door 209 are controlled is known in the art and will not be described in detail. When the self-unloading fire extinguishing carriage 2 is used, after being lowered to the ground, the control end opens the fireproof sealing door 209, the transport vehicle body 1 drags the object to be extinguished into the accommodating chamber 202 through the tractor 3, and then the fireproof sealing door 209 is closed. After closing, the nozzle 208 is opened, and the fire extinguishing agent in the storage chamber 201 can be sprayed out through the nozzle 208 to extinguish the fire of the object to be extinguished.
In the present embodiment, based on the illustration of fig. 2, the storage room 201 and the control room 210 are both located at the end of the dump truck 2 toward the truck head, and the storage room 201 is located at the top of the control room 210. In other embodiments, based on the illustration of fig. 4, the storage chamber 201 may also be located at the top of the holding chamber 202, with the spray heads 208 being distributed over the top wall of the holding chamber 202 to more evenly spray the fire suppressant. But this approach would raise the center of gravity of the entire self-dumping fire extinguishing car 2, with vehicle stability somewhat lower than the solution shown in fig. 2.
Further, based on the figures 1, 5 and 6, the retractor 3 comprises a main hydraulic cylinder 301 and a connection assembly for connecting objects to be extinguished. The master cylinder 301 includes a fixed rod 302 and a telescopic rod 303 slidably provided at an end of the fixed rod 302. The end part of the fixed rod 302, which is far away from the telescopic rod 303, is hinged to the bottom of the tail side of the chassis of the transport vehicle body 1, a lifting hydraulic cylinder 304 is hinged between the side wall of the fixed rod 302 and the bottom of the chassis of the transport vehicle body 1, and the telescopic rod 303 is arranged towards the direction of the head of the transport vehicle body 1.
In actual installation, the fixed rod 302 and the hinged connection between the lifting hydraulic rod and the chassis of the transport vehicle are all required to be carried out from the bottom of the chassis, so that the operation is inconvenient. Thus, the retractor 3 may be fitted with a front side rail 310 and a rear side rail 311, with the front side rail 310 and rear side rail 311 having webs 312 at both ends. The end of the fixed rod 302 far away from the telescopic rod 303 is hinged with the side wall of the front side cross beam 310, meanwhile, the rear side cross beam 311 is positioned on the top side of the fixed rod 302, and a lifting hydraulic cylinder 304 is hinged between the fixed rod 302 and the side wall of the rear side cross beam 311. When the whole tractor 3 is assembled, the front side beam 310 and the rear side beam 311 are connected to the bottom of the chassis of the transport vehicle body 1 through mounting plate bolts, wherein connecting plates 312 at two ends of the front side beam 310 and the rear side beam 311 are respectively positioned at two sides of the transport vehicle chassis, and the operation of side bolt connection is convenient.
During the traveling process of the fire extinguishing carrier vehicle, the lifting hydraulic cylinder 304 and the main hydraulic cylinder 301 are in a contracted state, and the whole tractor 3 is accommodated at the bottom of the chassis of the carrier vehicle body 1. When the object to be extinguished needs to be towed, the main hydraulic cylinder 301 is extended to extend the connection assembly out of the tail end of the transport vehicle body 1, and the height position of the connection assembly is adjusted by the expansion and contraction of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 304. After the connecting component is connected with the object to be extinguished, the object to be extinguished is pushed into the self-discharging type fire extinguishing carriage 2 which is already placed on the ground in a reversing pushing mode to extinguish the fire. The whole tractor 3 is directly arranged on the transport vehicle body 1, no additional traction vehicle is needed, and the whole tractor is not needed to be arranged on site after reaching a treatment site, so that the accident treatment time is shortened.
Further, in the present embodiment, the object to be extinguished is a vehicle to be extinguished. Correspondingly, based on the illustration of fig. 5 and 6, the connecting assembly comprises a traction rod 305, and two groups of clamping mechanisms are symmetrically arranged along the extending direction of the traction rod 305. The two groups of clamping mechanisms are respectively used for overhead two front wheels of the vehicle to be extinguished, and after the front wheels of the vehicle to be extinguished are overhead, the transport vehicle body 1 drives the vehicle to be extinguished to the self-unloading type fire extinguishing carriage 2 in a reversing manner. Wherein the clamping mechanism comprises a movable clamping bar 306 and a clamping hydraulic cylinder 307. The movable clamping rod 306 is L-shaped, one end of the movable clamping rod 306 is hinged to the side wall of the traction rod 305, a U-shaped clamping groove 308 for clamping a tire of a vehicle to be extinguished is formed between the movable clamping rod 306 and the end of the traction rod 305 in a surrounding mode, and two ends of the clamping hydraulic cylinder 307 are respectively hinged to the side wall of the movable clamping rod 306 and the side wall of the traction rod 305. The clamping hydraulic cylinder 307 drives the U-shaped clamping groove 308 to open and close by telescoping.
In use, the clamping cylinder 307 is first retracted and the U-shaped clamping groove 308 is opened, extending the connection assembly into the main cylinder 301 from the bottom of the vehicle head by reversing or extending the main cylinder. When the side walls at the two ends of the traction rod 305 are abutted against the two front wheels of the vehicle to be extinguished, the clamping hydraulic cylinder 307 stretches, and the traction rod 305 and the movable clamping rod 306 can clamp the wheels. At this time, the lifting hydraulic cylinder 304 is contracted to lift the head of the vehicle to be extinguished. When the vehicle to be extinguished is pushed into the self-unloading fire extinguishing vehicle compartment 2, the clamping hydraulic cylinder 307 stretches out and draws back, and the connecting assembly can be pulled out from the bottom of the vehicle to be extinguished. The telescopic operation of the clamping hydraulic cylinder 307, the main hydraulic cylinder 301 and the lifting hydraulic cylinder 304 can be performed remotely, the operation end is located in the cab of the transport vehicle body 1, the whole process is free from connecting the connecting assembly with the vehicle to be extinguished manually, the rescue workers are free from approaching the vehicle to be extinguished, and the operation is safe.
Preferably, based on the illustration of fig. 5, the side wall of the drawbar 305 facing away from the clamping mechanism is hinged to the end of the telescopic bar 303. Because the position of the vehicle to be extinguished is not directly opposite to the fireproof sealing door 209, steering is not necessarily required in the process of pushing the vehicle to be extinguished into the self-discharging type fire extinguishing carriage 2, and the front wheels of the vehicle to be extinguished are overhead on the ground, so that steering is inconvenient. Therefore, the traction rod 305 and the telescopic rod 303 are hinged, and the main hydraulic cylinder 301 and the connecting assembly can be driven to rotate in the pushing process, so that the direction adjustment of the vehicle to be extinguished is facilitated.
Preferably, based on the illustration of fig. 5, the opposite side walls of the U-shaped clamping groove 308 are provided with inclined surfaces 309 matching the tires of the vehicle to be extinguished. The opposite two inclined surfaces 309 can be more easily placed at the bottom of the wheels of the vehicle to be extinguished and lift the bottom of the wheels up.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the side wall of the self-discharging fire extinguishing vehicle 2 is provided with a filler 211 communicating with the housing chamber 202. The filler opening 211 may be connected to an external pipe such as a fire hose. When the fire-extinguishing transport vehicle returns with the object to be extinguished, additional coolant can be sprayed into the cabin through the filling opening 211 according to the condition of the object to be extinguished, and the object to be extinguished is pulled out after the safety is reached.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the utility model is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the utility model.
